Sylwia (9/5): - Przestronny pokój i łazienka. Hotel bardzo dba o czystość. Piękne widoki na Fuji. Fajnie, że jest możliwość dokupienia smacznych śniadań w obiekcie obok. Blisko dużych sklepów ale dość daleko od stacji ale liczyliśmy się z tym przy wyborze. Jest też możliwość korzystania ze spa/onsenu ale my nie mieliśmy okazji. Spora odległość od stacji i brak dojazdu komunikacja.

The room size is decent but full of amenities and shower is good We did not drive so need to catch a blue line bus which it is limited but we can catch a taxi with around 1500 yen to the station.

If you have your own transport, highly recommend you stay here. Else, you might have to miss the sunrise for fuji lake view as there will be no taxi service until 8am.

Chika (8/5): 大浴場がとても清潔で広々しているし、3階のテラスからは富士山もよく見える - 館内に富士山パンケーキも食べられるレストラン、隣にはコンビニ、道路の反対側には何でも買えるスーパーベルがあり、とても便利。宿泊客は使えるパソコンや印刷機も仕事のためにとても便利だった。大浴場は清潔で広々としている上、サウナもあるし、無料マッサージチェアも良かった。しかし、なんと言っても3階のテラスから富士山が良く見えてお得感があり、そういう意味でもコスパの良いホテル。建物の外観がなんとなく簡単そうに見えて、でも中に入ったら良かったので違う意味でびっくりした。

Although we arrived much earlier than check-in time, we were still able to register in advance and leave our luggage. It was a great touch to find our bags already in our room when we returned later. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Le hice saber al personal que NO funcionaba sus maquinas, que gaste mas de 2000 yen y no me pudieron solucionar. La gente de la recepción NO sabe inglés, muy complicado comunicarse.

It’s so convenient with convenience stores, malls, and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, and the Fuji view was absolutely stunning. Having stayed at three different hotels during this trip, the reception service here was unfortunately the most disappointing. The front desk staff weren't as helpful and friendly as they should when compared with other hotels in our trip. On a positive note, the cafeteria staff and housekeeping were wonderful and provided great service.

Sam (7/5): Mooi verblijf - Het is een fijn hotel, wat me wel opviel is dat de kamers verouderd zijn vergeleken de foto’s. Heel veel gebruikssporen/ vlekken (de foto’s bij de kamer zag er moderner uit). Het bed had ook maar 1 hoofdkussen per kant en deze is erg plat, zeker iets om rekening mee te houden. Wel is het heel hygiënisch en schoon, de badkamer is ook fijn met een groot bad. Daarnaast was de ligging van het hotel wel heel fijn, ook was het personeel heel vriendelijk. Als je een kamer met Mount Fuji uitzicht boekt, krijg je die ook zeker! Geen klagen aan super mooi uitzicht :) heel fijn wakker worden in de ochtend. -

The windowsill behind the curtains could do with some cleaning as it has gotten a bit mouldy. 2. Room service knocked on my door quite early in the morning. Partially my bad because I didn't put up a do-not-disturb / please-clean sign, but it gave me quite a shock as a solo female traveller.

CONGAN (9/5): 不错的体验。 - 价格合适。一楼大厅有泡汤的地方，还有露天池子白天可以看到富士山。很舒服。枕头和被子不是很舒服。
