- Verified traveler (8/5): 今度はレストランも利用したい - 旅先の渋滞に何度も巻き込まれ、夜９時を回ってしまいました ホテルにあらかじめ遅くなってしまう電話をいれましたが、11時でも１２時でも大丈夫ですよ、と気遣いの言葉を掛けていただき安心しました 設備に関しては、部屋のエアコンをつけて３０分後に勝手に切れてしまい。 本体やリモコンを調べましたが、原因がわかりませんでした 夜中に差し掛かっていたので受付に電話することもためらわれ。 何も報告できずチェックアウトとなりました ごめんなさい

- Kawa (10/5): 一個很好的滑雪住宿體驗 - 我們一行六人去白樺湖滑雪，入住白樺湖榮園酒店，附近有好多滑雪場大人小朋友都可以玩，揸車也非常方便，房間有很靚的湖景露台，酒店大堂也有歐陸風情，老闆會說中文，溝通很方便，老闆還送我們泡湯卷。人很友善，照顧周到。
- TETSUO (4/5): - 室内にカメムシが多数侵入していました。入室前に除去して欲しかったです。
- Kazuki (6/5): - 景観は良くて空気が澄んでいて過ごしやすかったが、備え付けのテレビは取得チャンネルがあまりなく、部屋で過ごす場合だと少し静かだと思った。ただ、周辺の散策はとても気持ちの良い印象だった。

- Verified traveler (8/5): 感謝です！ - 始めは知らなかったのですが、ボイラー故障で宿泊予約を止めていたのに、私たちの予約だけ残してくださっていて、貸し切り状態でした(^^; 部屋もいい部屋にしていただきましたし、朝ごはんも満足で、何より気持ちよくスタッフさんに応対していただけて とてもあたたかい気持ちになりました。 コロナが落ち着いて活気が戻って…またいつかお邪魔したいなと思います。
- Flora (10/5): - A quiet and serene place to stay, and a good starting point to begin to explore the area. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. and rooms are sufficiently comfortable and clean. The nearest onsen is just a 5 minute walk, and there is a Lawson's about ten minutes away. Would love to come back and stay again if I visit Shirakabako again. :)
