• wilddesertdogs (10/5): Perfect place close to hospital - Proximity to Bangkok hospital with beautiful outdoor area on top floor with pool. Didn't feel like I was in a concrete jungle. Even though they have a free shuttle to the hospital every day, I preferred to walk as it's also a beautiful street. The only thing was the water was either extremely hot or cold. The mixer was not working properly.

• Thea (9/5): - The location, transport to hospital, friendliness of staff The only little bit of comment is that the aircon was not very good and could not manage to cool the room properly. The towel railing also fell of when we touched it, but was fixed quickly.

• Christian (8/5): Nichts Außergewöhnliches, aber trotzdem recht solide. - Es war soweit alles wie immer, nichts außergewöhnliches. Die Lage zum Megakomplex Bangkok Hospital ist natürlich mega stark. Personal bleibt trotz schwieriger Gäste immer recht freundlich. Sorry, aber das Frühstück ist ein Hauch von nichts. Kein bisschen Abwechslung. Jeden Tag dasselbe, ist schon recht einfallslos. Selbst wenn man nur 2-3 Tage dort bleibt.

• Estelle (8/5): - A super good breakfast with variety each day. The size of the room. The close proximity to Bangkok Hospital. The friendly and helpful staff. The cold showers. Even though we complained about the water being cold in the shower, the hotel staff was not able to rectify the problem.

• Sandra (10/5): Great hotel with easy access to Bangkok Hospital - Excellent location near hospital. Shuttle is very much appreciated. The staff are lovely and helpful. The room was spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was decently equipped but it lacked dish soap, kitchen towel, etc. Not a big problem but a minor frustration.

Es wurde ein Zusatzbett bereit gestellt, welches 1 Nacht benutzt wurde und mit THB 1000 berechnet wurde. (10 Nächte waren gebucht!) Man wollte 1 defekten Kleiderbügel in Rechnung stellen…

• Adnan (10/5): Unexpectedly nice. - Overall, an excellent place to stay. The staff was always polite and helpful. The breakfast was very decent -- small but adequate. They changed the menu everyday, and everything was Halal. The restaurant itself is spacious, clean, and well lit, right next to the gym and some common areas where you can sit and work. The pool was also excellent, spans the entire roof of the main building. Almost always empty. Reception had a small store with water, snacks etc. They have a coin-operated washer/dryer on the ground floor -- roughly 100 THB for a wash/dry cycle. The location is excellent if you need to be near Bangkok Hospital (3 minutes on foot to the main building). Otherwise it might be a little out of the way from tourist attractions. The nearest mall is Rama 9. Some of the corridors and the elevators didn't have any fans or air conditioning, and can get extremely hot and humid.

• Virginie (9/5): Perfect for staying during hospital treatments or for recovering. - The location is very close to the hospital (no walking needed, golf caddies are running constantly to ferry patients between the hotel and the hospital), the rooms are very quiet and include a microwave oven and a large fridge. The hotel also has a common washing machine. Staff are helpful and kind. Perfect for a few weeks' stay. The lobby is a bit cramped and the photos of the room are slightly misleading. Note also that the restaurant is only for breakfast.

Staff are super kind too. Great place to recover after surgery before going home. Amenities like microwave and big fridge in the room, and the access to washing machine and dryer in the hotel. The fact room lacked a toaster and a tray. The choice of TV channels was good but not great.
