- Alison (4/5): Was very disappointing and won’t stay here again. - Was located close to where my meeting was The decor is outdated, the carpets were grubby and damaged. The furniture was dirty. The refreshments were hidden in the wardrobe and we were not told about them being there. The hot waster is not regulated and a scold risk. My daughter had to wait 1.30min to be able to put her hand in the bath to take the plug out to add cold water.
- karen (8/5): Great value for money -
- Fiona (3/5): Find somewhere else - Not a lot. Very tired hotel, needing a complete makeover. Room was awful as was the bathroom. Breakfast was appaling- everything on 1 plate, fruit bacon eggs and toast. Very little choice of items.
- Adrian (7/5): -
- john (8/5): Perfect - Comfortable room, good breakfast Nothing
- Philip (4/5): Disappointed - Wont stay again - Parked my car outside the hotel and it happened tube underneath my room window
Such a shame the hotel ADDED on a £10.00 parking fee!!! Parking Fee of £10.00 NOT Necessary as it was NOT Secure Parking
Shower did not work - Member of staff offered to let me use another room but I was already dressed and in my suit and tie for work and leaving in 10mins!
Breakfast scrambled eggs were very very dry and such a small portion similar to the beans portion!
The heat within the room was too high, I spent the night sweating!
- Chohan (1/5): Drug user hotel. Absolutely awful avoid at all costs - Nothing to like The condition the staff the cleanliness
- mark (6/5): - Day as sunny Need updating
- Tina (6/5): The expectations match the price. - Comfortable. Nice staff. No frills. Having breakfast there was a nice bonus. Although I have no complaints I would probably find somewhere different if I were to stay in Farnborough again.
- Leahann (10/5): Small boutique hotel, staff very friendly, breakfast room cosy and clean. Very close walking distance to aviator hotel - Short 3 min walk along the road and I was at the aviator hotel where I was attending a conference. I was able to park my car for the 2 days in one of the falcon hotels allotted parking spots in front of reception, for a total of £10. The room was quiet, safe, had a very comfortable and clean bed and warm shower. Fresh linen and a few essentials like shower cap/shower gel etc. as a female solo traveller I felt safe staying here, safer actually than I have done at many other hotels I’ve visited. The windows didn’t have blinds so it was either draw the curtains or feel like anyone on the road side could have a good look in! (I chose to draw curtains!)

- Dean (9/5): A thumbs up from me, this was a great find. - The whole package met my needs and was perfect, this wasn't my first stay and will be staying again No complaints at all. Room is perfect, breakfast is great, service is spot on and it ideally located for my work
- Stuart (8/5): Good value for money. Nothing fancy but delivers what you expect for the money. - The property was ideally located for an event at the Air Field. Good value for money. Nothing fancy but delivers what you expect for the money.

- 54ab0f7da937711b4eec9b35dcd54af5 (8/5): Excellent - Everything None
- f71b60aa20437094821068d6b5d69556 (7/5): - Breakfast. Comfy bed. Quiet. Had to pay extra for parking. More a b&b than a hotel
- d94624d38f6c733296c4617be3906fca (6/5): Comfortable, welcoming but in dire need of a refurb. - The staff were lovely and the bed was comfortable. It was incredibly dated, the furniture in the room was unstable and the wallpaper was held up by drawing pins.
- Keith N (9/5): -
- Richard (10/5): - Nice room clean and plenty of parking Not really a dislike but found the rooms way to hot even with windows open and fan on
- Patricia (4/5): So Dissapointed felt we wasted our money. Not the relaxing stay we needed. - Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable. Our waitress was outstanding. Wallpaper held on with drawing pins!! 2 cracks in bathroom sink!!! Broken dressing table chair “couldn’t sit on it cause it was too wobbly!!! Curtains shabby and shredded!!! No Hairdryer!!! Walls water stained!!! People in the next room shouting and rowing until 3am!!! No hot water in sink taps!!!

- Simon (7/5): - The bed was put together badly, with the planks upside down and duly collapsed, meaning I had to remake it.
- Yuri (7/5): Nice, clean and tidy hotel, will stay again. - Friendly staff, location, breakfast Room No.4 there was a noise (just like someone was slamming the door) coming from somewhere approximately every 5 minutes,
I reported to the manager but they were not aware of it and hopefully they will find the source and fix it.

- Sabrina (8/5): - The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast was simple but good and came out fast. I'd say the room was slightly cold but blanket was provided! The smart TV in the room was a lovely touch. Very pleasant stay, thank you!!

- Jouni (7/5): -
- Burema (3/5): -
- Sue (5/5): OK - Breakfast was good with varied choice of foods. Friendly and efficient check in. Decor in the room was very tired. Carpets needed a good clean or replacement and bed, pillows were uncomfortable. Nice toiletries, towels and bathroom was clean.
- Luca (7/5): Perché no - Personale disponibile e colazione abbastanza buona. Spazi e arredamento vecchiotti
- Richard (9/5): Great value for money and excellent service - The Hotel team were very friendly and competent Furniture in bedroom a little tired
- Mariano (10/5): -
- Alexandra (7/5): -
- Juho (5/5): -
- william (7/5): - Good value for money. The room was a little tatty but at this price point, you got the basics right which is what matters. Honestly pretty hard to criticize. If i have to criticize - TV is a bit tiny, 240v sockets (or usb ports but these would wear out faster) next to the beds, just higher than the bedside table would be very useful to charge devices overnight.
- Geoff (4/5): - Paying extra to park on site, no mention of this prior to arrival
Restaurant only available for breakfast
- Greta (8/5): - Bed and room were comfortable and well appointed, full Englaish breakfast was very good and serving staff very polite and halpful. I don't remember there being sucha large fee for parking when booking and hence felt the £10 figure excessive. There was an option to park on the busy road outside and may have chosen had I realised such a large fee was involved otherwise.
- Janet (1/5): -
- Caroline (7/5): Only stayed one night but was ok comfy bed and good breakfast - The breakfast was lovely and the location great The hotel was very tired in need of a over haul decor , and rubbish in car park, the front patio very uninviting , broken decking and weeds every where, which could be a lovely area x
- Angela (6/5): It was ok for the money - Convenient location Extremely hot throughout the hotel
- Jag (2/5): Going back in time to 1960s - Hot breakfast was poor, hash brown not fully cooked, no salt and pepper available. It was very poor standard
- Karen (10/5): Excellent value for money and lovely all round people. - Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast I cannot fault was excellent and filling. We was in room 4 everything was lovely and clean and tidy bed was comfortable, glazing was excellent and quiet. The only thing that let the room down was the decor and and up to date draws but did not effect our stay whatsoever.
- Carlotta (7/5): -
- Suraj (10/5): Excellent - Great Value for Money excellent Breakfast
- Fabrizio (9/5): Nice staying - Small nice and quiet hotel. Good english breakfast. Small cozy rooms
- Eddie (10/5): What recommend to all with no issues. - Breakfast excellent, room well worth three money, bed was lovely didn’t want to leave. All great
- Douglas (8/5): Enjoyable - Its location and quality Stairs
- Tunde (9/5): Excellent - The services rendered
- Oluwaseyi (8/5): -

- Mark (10/5): Shorey stay..😉 - Absolutely stunning place and real awesome stay, so welcoming and helpful

- Lawrence (1/5): Refused a refund for our room and left without 5 mins arriving terrible hotel and staff rude. - Nothing The room smells of stale tobacco and windows left wide open. Dirty sheets. No bar. Parking charged at £10
- Troy (6/5): -
- Simon (5/5): - Great breakfast Having to pay £10 for parking
- Rebecca (5/5): -
- John (8/5): -
- robert (3/5): - 10 pound parking charge when there's free parking across the road
- Vicky (9/5): -
- Stephenc (7/5): November stay - Good location with convenient parking. Friendly staff. On my arrival my room was not ready from the previous occupancy. I was moved to Room 14. This room had no hot water in the basin. The tap would not turn.
I got the impression that at breakfast you could only have one cup of tea or coffee. The cup was never refilled and the jug kept away from the guests. I think a full buffet breakfast may have been a better option.
My room was so hot I needed to put on the air conditioner and open the window in November. I believe I was above the boiler for the hotel.
All this said I would stay here again as a solo traveler.
- Lee (7/5): -
- Sam (9/5): - Parking
- Danny (8/5): -
- Coleen (8/5): Value for money - The hotel was lovely only downside was the really was no nighttime atmosphere, the staff were lovely Not hotel was lovely only thing it advertises that the room has hairdryer but there wasn’t one in
- Knaapi (9/5): Good everyday hotel and reasonable priced - Ok as the whole
- Keith N (8/5): -
- Antonius (6/5): Goed voor een nachtje - Ontbijt Gedateerd hotel. Mag we een renovatie gebruiken
- Jonathan (7/5): -
- Marcus (7/5): - Sweet and simple, comfy and easy to stay here. Minimal breakfast, both in options and what comes on the plate
- Wendy (8/5): Great value, great staff - Spotlessly clean, friendly staff and very convenient for a trade show at the Farnborough Exhibition Centre for the weekend, within 10 min walk. Nothing
- Barry (8/5): Comfortable and clean good location for us -
- Dawn & Mark (6/5): - Location No free parking
Limited gluten-free options
- Eliot (3/5): It was disappointing and, I'm afraid, I won't be staying there again, given the choice. - The Hotel is very much at the "budget" end of the market to put it politely. It is what I would class as "grotty" with many areas of improvement needed. The carpets have umpteen marks and stains everywhere you look, the curtains in my room were torn and had stains all over them, there were only 2 hangers in the wardrobe for a 4 night stay and, well I could go on but I won't, except to add that the breakfast was also quite limited. I asked for poached eggs on toast as the tick list that they offered only had options for scrambled or fried eggs and after the waiter went to the kitchen to ask the chef, he said that they couldn't make poached eggs!
The hotel doesn't offer any evening meals, despite having a large dining room and kitchen facilities.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly, professional and did their job well. The hotel is in a great location but I believe the parking charge is excessive at £10 per night. See above
- Karen (7/5): -
- Peter (10/5): -
- Keith N (8/5): Always a great stay when needing to stay in Farnborough. - Location, staff, comfort of room, value for money and nice breakfast. There was nothing not to like.
- Jones (6/5): - Clean sheets, lovely restaurant and great breakfast. Having to pay to park the car. Not mentioned while booking.
Hotel is a little shabby, especially the foyer.
- Thibaut (8/5): -
- James (5/5): - Location I didnt realise you had to pay for parking. And the shower head was awful and did not stay in place
- Mike (9/5): Only one night but a very pleasant layover between a two-day business meeting. - Conveniently located c. a 15 minute walk from the Business Park. Friendly staff. Good room facilities including in a warm room, a window that opens more than a 2cm crack! Nice little desk for a bit of work. Powerful shower. Breakfast cooked to order. Good firm double bed with plenty of pillows.
- carmel (10/5): Lovely family run old style charming hotel, excellent breakfast, good location and great value. - Breakfast is absolutely gorgeous and loads of choice from a cooked breakfast to Continental with selections of juices and cereals too. Really delicious. Rooms are clean, and cleaned everyday with fresh towels and toiletries. Old style Hotel but full of charm and character.
- Jacquie (4/5): Disappointing - Drink options poor, warm wine, no ice
Breakfast average luke warm with limited choice
- Noelle (7/5): - The location was good, parking was given free of charge due to when l booked the room. I believe this has now changed and ten pounds charged.
The room was in need of a refresh like the rest of the hotel , no signal was available for the tv so unable to use this. The location.
- Lyn (8/5): Good value hotel - Great location friendly staff hotel was spotless and my family enjoyed the breakfast
- Mark (7/5): -
- martin (8/5): - All great breakfast I liked all
- Sheila (4/5): - Our room had a filthy carpet so many stains, on the wall there were marks made by something liquid being thrown at the wall and dripped down it Cleanliness and overall decor was very poor
- rita (7/5): -
- Phillip (6/5): - The room was good, breakfast was good. But they now charge for parking £10 per night.
