- Agnese (6/5): - la vista della stanza I fornelli non funzionavano, non c’era molto spazio, non era molto pulito, soprattutto il tavolo e il pavimento. Non era molto insonorizzata, si sentivano i rumori della strada e degli altri ospiti.
- ANDREE (10/5): RITORNERO' SICURAMENTE - Le istruzioni di auto check-in erano precise e molto semplici da seguire, inoltre lo staff è comunque molto cordiale e disponibile nel caso si debbano avere dei problemi di qualsiasi tipo come indicazioni sul parcheggio (gratuito per tutta la via del B&B), indicazioni sui ristoranti della zona e cose da fare nelle città limitrofe. Una volta arrivato c'è una piccola reception molto curata e pulita, mi sono diretto nel mio alloggio mansardato e sono rimasto piacevolmente soddisfatto dalla pulizia, dal bagno curato e moderno e dalla vista che è davvero meravigliosa quasi da ogni finestra si vede il mare, io poi sono stato fortunato perché la giornata era davvero bellissima. Forse la posizione è un po' scomoda se non si ha la macchina, non dipende da nessuno questo fattore. Il borgo di Falconara Alta però è davvero molto carino, regala scorci fantastici.

- Vale (7/5): Soddisfatto veramente, ma sistemate gli scarichi - camera ampia dotata di cucina e vista sul mare. veramente buona!!!!anche la posizione non è male, posto tranquillo e silenzioso, con il centro paese (FALCONARA MARRITTIMA ALTA) a due passi. Quest'ultimo offre un vista veramente bella sul mare e la costa adriatica, oltre a qualche locale per mangiare e gustare un buon gelato. Ottimo posto per godersi e scoprire le località balneabili nelle vicinanze e zone limitrofe (es. spiaggie del Conero, Ancona, Senigalia, ecc...) e se si vuole un pò di relax, si possono sempre usufruire delle spiaggie ben organizzate o libere del paese stesso. Se non trovate parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura, non è un problema, in quanto la zona non presenta problemi di traffico o di affollamento; in parole povere un posto nelle vicinanze lo trovate!!! unica pecca la puzza che proveniva dagli scarichi del bagno, specialmente dal lavandino che non è dotato del collo d'oca sullo scarico, cosa facilmente risolutiva se chiamato un buon idraulico. un vero peccato.

La vista mare dalla mia stanza curata e silenziosa. Sono stato bene. Il prezzo molto onesto. Il belvedere panoramico.a.due passi. Tutto bene, forse nn trovare un phon.. anche se appena scritto ai proprietari mi è stato subito fatto avere.

- stefano (4/5): Per il costo mi aspettavo di più - Posizione, materasso, gentilezza personale Pulizia generale appena sufficiente, ragnatele, muri con evidenti segni pregressi di infiltrazioni, Mobilio molto vecchio, con parti che si staccavano (sportelli che cadevano) stoviglie vecchie alcune anche non pulite, citofono non funzionante, anta doccia rotta, ventola bagno non funzionante, non erano presenti detersivi.

- Besnik (7/5): Good - Breakfast wasn’t or not interested for me the main problem and very serious was the smell from toilet which is coming from the main waist ,so what I mean because I’m professional builder and understand from where is the smell coming I really want to help with my opinion fix air pipe outside the wall so will take the bad smells top of the roof . In general all good very good communication beds good but need some jobs to be done, Shower door dangerous

- Soumyanwesh (5/5): Practice to bend and walk for a few days before you check in to this place - the only thing which is good about the place is the name of the hotel Nothing I liked - Location - bad, Wifi - brutal, NO stores nearby for drinking water buying too, No restaurants and getting a cab to Ancona Airport is impossible. This is a place for Phantom's Pygmies or for Snowhite's Dwarfs or Hobbits
