- Nico (4/5): Keine Klimaanlage - In den Portalen ist überall "Klimaanlage" in allen Zimmerkategorien angegeben. Jetzt im Hochsommer bei 36 Grad abends dann ein 29 Grad warmes Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage vorzufinden ist mehr als ärgerlich. Rezeption nur bis 14 Uhr besetzt. Danach Daueranruf (20 min) bis telefonisch geholfen wurde.

- Marc (2/5): Nie wieder Art Hotel Ana Aura - Bei näherem Hinsehen wurde klar: Die hygienischen Zustände ließen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Haare im Bad, fleckige Bettwäsche, verdreckter Teppich und das Vordach voller Zigaretten-Kippen. Doch es kam noch schlimmer: Sobald man das Fenster auf Kipp stellte, zog ein Rauchgeruch ins Zimmer – offenbar von Gästen oder Personal, die direkt unter den Fenstern rauchen. Frische Luft? Fehlanzeige. Nachts war an Schlaf kaum zu denken. Der Straßenlärm ist enorm, die Fenster bieten keinerlei Schallschutz. Hinzu kommt der ständige Lärm durch abreisende Gäste in den frühen Morgenstunden – Türenknallen, Kofferrollen, Stimmen auf den Fluren. Fazit: Dieses Hotel verfehlt in nahezu jeder Hinsicht den Anspruch an ein komfortables, geschweige denn erholsames Übernachten. Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit, Ruhe und frische Luft legt, sollte dringend woanders buchen.

- Stefan (6/5): Für mich keine Option mehr😒 - Als ich den Fernseher einschalten wollte tat sich nichts dann schaute ich da hinter und der Stecker war nicht eingesteckt. Leider war da alles total verstaubt da hat wer wohl wochenlang nicht sauber gemacht.Also lag es an den Batterien in der Fernbedienung. Da die Rezeption schon ab 14:00 nicht besetzt war, habe ich in der Zentrale angerufen hier gab es auch keine Lösung. Also blieb mir nur die Möglichkeit nochmals loszufahren um in der Nähe welche zu kaufen.

- Jeremy (10/5): - We had a great room for a great price, and the drive in to Octoberfest wasn't terrible. The hotel restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast was just right. The room was spacious and clean. We could hear the live music from the restaurant and that went pretty late, so our specific room might not be for everyone, but we slept through it just fine. Would absolutely stay here again.

- Cielo (10/5): Lovely, basic hotel. - This was the only hotel night on our 12-day long camping road trip, on night 9. The hotel itself was lovely, the room, for 2 adults and two children, was very spacious, better than I expected. When we arrived there was no one at the desk, but we called the number, they gave us a code to get the room key from a safe. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if in the area.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This was place was awful. Dirty, unclean. Found items from previous visitors and uncleanliness at every corner. We didn't have any handsoap in the sink (This was rectified upon request - twice!). The reception is staffed at very odd hours and isn't particularly helpful. Also listed as being able to do washing, which isn't true either. There are no washing opportunities. I wouldn't stay here again, if my life depended on it. The lift was disgustingly dirty and had clearly not been cleaned in ages.

- Marina (2/5): - Nie wieder! Nur Ärger mit diesem Hotel. Ich suchte auf Grund der heißen Tage ein Hotel mit Klimaanlage in der Nähe des Lego Landes. Dieses schreibt auf Expedia es habe eine Klimaanlage sowie schallisolierte Zimmer. Ich bin also extra 40km hin und zurück zusätzlich gefahren und habe vorher noch in die Buchung geschrieben dass ich ausschließlich auf Grund der Klima buche. Keine Antwort des Hotels, vor Ort war entgegen der Info niemand an der Rezeption, das Zimmer sah absolut nicht aus wie auf den Bildern, ein heruntergekommenes super heißes altes Zimmer mit Mini Bett sowie KEINE Klimaanlage. Zudem war es absolut nicht isoliert man hörte jedes Wort auf dem Flur. An der Hotline war nur ein Mitarbeiter aus einem Nachbar Hotel dran der mir mitteilte das ganze Hotel habe keine Klimaanlage. Daraufhin an Expedia gewandt um das Zimmer zu stornieren und mein Geld zurück zu erhalten. Das Hotel antwortet auch auf Expedia’s Nachrichten nicht, stellt sich tot. Ich bin stink sauer habe knapp 50€ für ein Schrott Zimmer bezahlt nur weil hier in der Beschreibung offenbar gelogen wird dass sich die Balken biegen und der Kunde verarscht wird. Daher nie wieder so etwas geht gar nicht!
- Doreen (6/5): - Wir haben das Hotel als Familie gebucht, als Zwischenstopp. Anstatt des beschriebenen Doppelbetts bestand unser Zimmer aus 4 Einzelbetten. Der Teppich war dreckig und fleckig, das Bad unsauber mit Haaren auf der Toilette. Insgesamt wirkte es sehr lieblos und in die Jahre gekommen. Von Arthotel keine Spur, leider. Für uns war der Preis ausschlaggebend. Empfehlen können wir es trotzdem leider nicht.

Es gibt Toilettenartikel (Wattestäbchen, Seife, Pads). Service sehr freundlich. Leckeres italienisches Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Frühstück lecker und reichhaltig. Der Eingang war schick. Die Zimmer nicht sehr moderne und sicher kein Art-Hotel

The room smelled bad! The refrigerator smelled bad when opened! There were hairs in it! I wanted to vomit! The carpet was dirty! Our triple room cost nearly 100 euros! The room was very noisy! Because it was next to the driveway! It was a robbery! Stay away from this hotel! Don't book it!

The parking lot is big enough to fit all visitors. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean. The only downside is the busy street right next to the hotel with noise from cars from early morning. Neverthelles, this did not affect our pleasant stay and would recommend to everyone.

Family room was idea for us with two older kids - excellent breakfast selection, comfy beds, good shower and hearty food in the restaurant at reasonable prices. Exactly what we needed.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Lovely lobby area with very friendly front desk staff. The room was clean and quiet and perfect for a family of 4. Bathroom was adequate and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the room is stylishly decorated. The restaurant in the hotel is ok. Not sure if it is separate or not but the food and decor kind of lets it down. The menu has so many items that they could not be serving fresh food. We were one of two groups there and I couldn’t help but think that Gordon Ramsay would have a field day there. Meal portions were big.
