• Alexander (7/5): - We checked in the evening on short notice. Paperwork was postponed to the next day. The breakfast was good. The location itself was calm. The booking was only noticed after calling the hotel from an Italian number. I called with a foreign number first, but nobody picked up despite the booking being already confirmed and paid.

• Koen (8/5): Rustige locatie met alle faciliteiten - Rustig gelegen, maar met de auto ben je overal snel bij. Je krijgt bij het inchecken een foldertje met tips voor bezienswaardigheden en restaurants in de buurt, dus dat is ook altijd praktisch. De accomodatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een rustige vakantie. Heerlijk ontbijt. Ruime parking. Kamers vrij gehorig, zeker als je in woonkamer zit.
• Carla (4/5): Unterkunft schön, Service bodenlos - Der Aussenbereich mit Pool. Ausstattung in der Küche fehlt. Richtig kochen konnte man so nicht. Rezeption war während des gesamten Aufenthalt nicht einmal besetzt. Ein checkin wurde nicht durchgeführt sondern auf „Morgen“ verschoben. Checkout hat netterweise die Putzkraft übernommen, der es sichtlich unangenehm war, nachdem sie per Telefon selbst niemanden erreichen konnte und uns dann einfach hat gehenlassen. Die einzige Angestellte die man neben den Gärtnern auf der gesamten Anlage zu Gesicht bekommen hat wirkte (zu Recht) ziemlich überfordert und unglücklich und konnte kein Wort Englisch. Man hat sich überhaupt nicht willkommen/gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber. Im Bad waren die Schubladen nicht ausgewischt und Rückstände von Zahnpasta, Makeup und co sichtbar. Beim Bidet ist das Wasser nur sehr langsam abgeflossen. Schade, weil die Unterkunft eigentlich gut aussah, aber durch fehlende Instandhaltung und Sauberkeit dann nicht zufriedenstellt.

Tutto è stato perfetto dal primo all’ultimo giorno: l’accoglienza è stata calorosa e professionale, l’appartamento pulitissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli, con ogni comfort a disposizione. Gli spazi comuni sono ordinati e ben mantenuti, e l’atmosfera è tranquilla e rilassante, ideale per staccare la spina. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse, e lo staff è sempre disponibile e sorridente, pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. Non c’è davvero nulla che non sia andato per il verso giusto: mi sono sentita a casa e ci tornerei senza esitazione. Grazie ancora per averci assistiti con il barbecue ed averci assecondati in ogni nostra richiesta. Nulla.

Bazén teplý a čistý. K tomu nádherná udržovaná zahrada s dětským hřištěm, venkovní posilovnou a posezením. Dokonce bylo možné zapůjčit si gril. Odpoledne byl otevřen bar u bazénu s hudbou.

Brak sprzątania, wymiany ręczników. Średnie śniadania, jajecznica, kiełbaski słabej jakości, idąc po 9 na śniadanie mało produktów, które nie są uzupełniane.
• André (8/5): Very familiar and authentic stay - Very familiar atmosphere, truly authentic Italian experience, at some time during our one week stay we were the only non-Italian family, however we always felt really welcomed We would have wished for some kind of window screen to be protected from insects (and lizards) during the night, also there were some minor stains in the corner that looked somewhat mouldy, however it didn’t smell moist in the room

The staff is unwelcoming to say the least. - Nobody speaking English - Nobody at the reception to welcome us, not a sign of greeting or smile - At departure, no invoice, no possibility to pay card, not even a thank you - Breakfast ok, but quality / freshness of eggs for example rather underwhelming A very high potential place with wonderful surroundings but unfortunately the owners and staff either don't care or lack the experience to make quality tourism.

The hotel is very quiet and looks nice, large rooms with comfortable bathrooms, everything is clean and kept tidy. The only issue you can have here is an internet speed, especially in the afternoon. Also, to get here you must have your own transport. It's very difficult to get a taxi there and there is no public transport at all. So in case you do not travel by car (what I strongly recommend), contact the hotel regarding that or be prepared for the long walk up the hill.

• Fiona (7/5): Good - The location is amazing. Situated in a peaceful area close to Tropea and very easy to reach by car. Breakfast and cleanliness were to be desired. The main two reasons that made us book this Residence were the location and breakfast. Unfortunately, during our stay (according to the staff "low season") breakfast and cleanliness did not meet our expectations. Breakfast was very poor, no fresh baked bread, one fresh fruit, one sort of cheese, etc. You could tell that minimum effort was put to prepare breakfast. After expressing my disappointment with the staff and later discussing this with the owner, for breakfast we were served sausages, bacon, eggs, different kinds of fresh fruit and cheeses and fresh bread. However, the food was not served warm and the bread was cut in a funny way which we are not used to. Usually the bread is left covered on the counter and the guests help themselves with the cutting of the bread. In this case the bread was cut by the staff in little pieces. When I pointed out this issue to the owner ( as the lady from the restaurant no longer spoke to or served us anymore), she noticed that the food warmers were turned on but they had no water to keep the food warm. On another note we stayed at the Residence for 5 days and we did not receive any fresh towels. The pool was big but its border was black and aesthetically did not look nice .The Residence has a good potential due its location and its surroundings but they must cater and keep the same standard even with a low number of guests.

Clean and safe pool for children, delicious breakfast with options for the child! Plus at the reception in the evening they help to order hot pizza! Lots of near by restaurants if you don’t want to go in the city and look for parking. Great staff especially to Vito serving the best morning coffee. Although we travelled as a couple, this would be a great place for your families looking for the perfect spot. Would have loved to have pool towels

• Corina (10/5): Perfect vacation and wonderful location - The appartment we had was brand new, very spacious and very comfortable. 2 bedrooms plus livingroom, 2 bathrooms were perfect for a family of four, like us. The garden, the pool and the bar were absolutely fantastic, very well cared for. You could spend one relaxing day in the garden and go nowhere else. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast wonderful. They recommended a restaurant nearby, Manitta, very nice place and excellent food, a pleasure to have dinner in the evening there. The property is well located, close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Tropea and Capo Vaticano. 15 min drive to Tropea. We pretty much liked everything, however, one suggestion to the property owners would be to have some hangers in the bathroom where you can hang towels and cosmetics while showering.

• Robert (7/5): Good - The apartment was too small. We booked it for 4 people, two adults and two kids. For the first night they only had a couch that could fit only one person. On the second day they replaced the couch. The apartment had only a table with two chairs inside, and also the dishes where only for 3. Even though it is a nice place, I think we got their smallest and loudest apartment. It was on the ground floor facing the parking lot and many people walked by during the night.

We took over a hour to find the accomadation stopping to ask 3 different people. Google maps didn’t have it listed. This may have just been us. But I feel a bigger sign just out of town telling you how far to the resort would help. The pool and surrounds were great but disappointed that the grass was long even inbetween thr pathways. It was a shame you had to go out it night to have diner even though there was a restaurant close by the reception staff didn’t say we had to book. We may have been unaccustomed to the Italian way. Fantastic place for families.

You feel like in 5*hotel 😉 Owners or responsible person is really taking care of environment-garden, pool etc. Every day they cleaned it, cut the grass, flowers… The guy in the bar was amazing! Nothing. We’ d love to spend there more days

• Oliver (10/5): Fantastic option to discover Tropea and the surrounding beaches! Highly recommendable place. - Great place to stay with newly renovated rooms including kitchenette. Very enjoyable, big garden surrounding the swimming pools, with trees as well as lots of sun umbrellas, sun-beds as well as other seating arrangements. Great breakfast, very beautiful breakfast room/bar. Rooms were comfortable, super clean and had functioning air conditioning. We enjoyed the quiet location ensuring silence and care-free parking possibilities, yet the drive to the next supermarkets was a few minutes only. The drive to Tropea was 15-20 minutes and no problem to do even at night. It was a bit hard to find the place at first but this was more than compensated by the great time we had there!
• Edina (9/5): Perfect stay with children just a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches - The breakfast was just perfect, next to the swimming pool. Coffee, ham, cheese, biscuits, croissant just took out from the oven, butter, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fruit, tomato, fruit juices, sausages, bacon.... We loved the pool, always absolutely clean, surrounded by nice garden. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. We could park the car just next to our room.
