• Roberta (8/5): Da ritornarcii! - La signora Clara molto gentile nonostante fossimo arrivate prima dell’orario del check-in si è subito organizzata per poterci dare le chiavi e poggiare già i bagagli in struttura. Appartamento molto accogliente con cucina in comune. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il caffè e le tisane con macchinetta e bollitore annesso in camera!

• Bruno (8/5): Quando vado a Roma cerco sempre un posto nel quartiere in cui sono nato (Garbatella) ma - Ho combinato un piccolo guaio. ho chiesto aiuto e sono subito intrevenuti senza farmi pesare nulla e senza farmi pagare il servizio reso. Il ragazzo colombiano che fa le pulizie ogni mattina è di una simpatia straripante. Lo spazio è quello che è e ad essere un po' sacrificato è il bagno.
• Luca (9/5): Tutto perfetto - La stanza era carina, pulita e molto grande con la caffetteria e un bollitore con del the offerto. C’era anche la tv al plasma. Davvero tutto perfetto. Forse che non si capisce dove si deve andare per trovarla, magari mettere delle segnaletiche più evidenti.

• Eleonora (7/5): Accoglienza super - L'accoglienza di Felipe è stata calorosa La camera è piccolina, la pulizia non è molto accurata. Mi è caduto un oggetto per terra e mi sono accorta che sotto al letto era sporco; anche le prese e sullo specchio in bagno c'erano tracce di polvere.

Struttura pulita giornalmente dallo staff. Nelle vicinanze bar, ristoranti, supermercati. Molto apprezzato buono per colazione al bar convenzionato.

• Sabrina (8/5): Buen lugar para alojarse lejos del centro - Es un departamento que está en un barrio de Roma, a unas 3 cuadras de la estación del metro. No está en el centro pero esta bien conectado para ir a los lugares turísticos. La habitación esta bien, normal. La cocina que es compartida tiene todo lo necesario. Tienen desayuno que está muy bueno a unas cuadras del alojamiento.

Hay una cocina común por si quieres cocinar El ruido si alguien está en la cocina....o si alguien llega al departamento. El desayuno es solo un café y un croissant...mejor algo que nada pero deberían especificarlo. Las taxas de la ciudad que hay que pagar , lo tuve que hacer en efectivo...me dijo el encargado que no se podía pagar con tarjeta🤔

• Amy (10/5): Recommend highly. - We felt at home here in Whatshouse Roma. The check-in process was extremely smooth, with clear instructions. Felipe was invaluable and did an amazing job of making us feel welcome, and helped us with our questions. He was very friendly too. The bed was super comfy, and the room was spacious. The shared kitchen was well stocked, and the breakfast was delicious.

• Rita (9/5): Great place to stay. Clean, cozy, and with many utilities (coffee machine inside the room!) - The room was really comfortable, clean, and modern. The host is always determined to help in case of any problem. The internet works great. In the bathroom, which is private, they offer shampoo, body wash andddd conditioner. My room had its own coffee machine with many coffee capsules and a mug which was very convinient. I really recomend this place if you need a short stay in Rome. I believe the AC in my room wasn't working properly, but the bed sheets were more than enough to keep me warm and cozy.

• Celia (5/5): Passable - This airbnb is very expensive for the quality of services. Very noisy because of the 3 rooms in the apartment (and the neighbours) and no natural light coming inside the room. Plus, the location is not really convenient and the area not pleasant.
• Tammy (9/5): Comfortable and clean - Clara is extremely helpful with all communication. And even arrange for us to be picked up from airport by her colleague Sabrina for an extra fee. It was very much appreciated, and Sabrina and her partner then showed us in the apartment. The room is very comfortable and a good size, 2x single beds for me and my son. For us Brits, when it comes to breakfast, don't think English breakfast options. It's either Croissant and coffee in local cafe or if you ask Clara will kindly get in some ham/cheese/eggs/bread/orange juice for you :-) shared kitchen was good, no oven, but honestly we didn't need one, as we were there to enjoy the restaurants in the day. The only thing to make the kitchen area better would have been an extra seat at the kitchen table as there was only 1. The bathroom was lovely and clean Air-conditioning is perfect and not at all noisy.

• Araceli (9/5): Great room with AC, fridge, and short walk to metro station. - Very clean unit, comfortable beds, nice simple decor ,modern bathroom, small fridge in the room and amazing AC!!! Short walk to Garbatella metro/ subway stop. Quiet and safe neighborhood with some restaurants and markets close by. We were greeted in person and provided and thorough orientation to the unit and the rest of the apartment. Small apartment with three rented rooms. Common area is very small but has a full kitchen, fridge and washing machine which is very practical:) Breakfast was a croissant and a capuchino at café nearby. We paid a little extra for oatmilk for our daughter and a larger americano. It was a nice short walk and the café had good quality baked goods. We were lucky the other tenants in the apartment were respectful and quiet. We had a very nice and restful stay. We stayed 2 nights. Because of weight restrictions with our carry on luggage we did not bring shampoo, conditioner etc… It wouldn’t been practical to have some available onsite, but we purchased some at the nearby grocer. Not a deal breaker. We prefer no shampoo than the tiny plastic bottles that are terrible for the environment, but a larger dispenser that can be used by multiple guests would be a good option. All in all it was a wonderful stay in a very nice and clean unit with amazing AC!!!

Was a bit wary walking back to the apartment in the evening alone from Eataly. Very dark. Weird thing going on with the light in the kitchen. Kept flicking on and off.

• Manja (8/5): Very good - The great thing is that you have the possibility to use the fully equipped kitchen, which is important when you are travelling with children. Also, the most important thing is that the metro stations is just a couple of minutes away from the flat so it is easy to travel to all sights. The breakfast is only a croissant and coffee in the nearby bar, but because of the kitchen we made ourselves breakfast.

• Kiana (8/5): Clean room in Garbatella neighborhood - The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the place was very close to the metro stop Garbatella. The breakfast was poor, there were no fresh products such as croissants, fruits, hot beverages (such a cuppocino). There was an espresso machine and a boiler in the room and a breakfast box containing some cookies, a bottle of milk, rucks, two juice boxes, nutella, coffee capsul and teabags, was provided in the room.

Good location to be fast in the city center but having a less stressful place to sleep. Very dog friendly too! It was all absolutely ok :-) Nothing to complain about.
