• Luke (10/5): Charming inn located near the waterfront, restaurants, and downtown. - The Inn felt very much like a home. The room was spacious, well decorated, and had everything I needed. The Queen bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well lit. My only complaint was the drain in the bathroom sink was broken. The lever to raise the stopper was missing so I had to raise the stopper by hand. Not a huge deal, and everything else was in very good repair.

• Lizzard471 (10/5): Perfect experience - Our room was spacious, well decorated, and clean. The breakfasts were different prepared meals each morning and absolutely delicious! The location was perfect for walking around Charlottetown. We were also able to rent a vehicle and make some day trips around the island to check out beaches, provincial and national parks, the anne of green gables sites, as well as the many lighthouses.

• Victoria (10/5): - A lovely spot to stay when visiting Charlottetown. The Inn’s location near the harbour makes it an ideal location. Visitors are walking distance from city highlights, parks and shopping. The hosts, Katherine and Frank, were very accommodating when a small travel plan changed. A hot breakfast was served along side a wide selection of pastries, fruit, cereals and yogurt.

• Erica (10/5): Homely and welcoming. - A very friendly and welcoming place. The room is very comfortable and breakfast is good. There is a standard continental breakfast with a special of the day, eg omelette, French toast etc. Delicious food. I arrived early and was able to drop of my bags in my room and go out into the town while the room was being prepared. The location is good being right near the waterfront and also just a couple of minutes walk from the Confederation trail path: I had hired a bicycle and used this base in Charlottetown for exploring in different directions. I enjoyed the use of a bathtub in the en-suite , being able to have a soak after a long day of exercise.

Parking on the street was easy and free. A bonus was the breakfast downstairs. While it was a Continental breakfast, they offered a hot entree each day.

• Kathleen (10/5): Perfect Inn in Charlottetown - Everything! Charming little B&B, very close to the harbor and tour meeting site. Walk to many restaurants. The property manager was very responsive, and the on-site hosts, especially Katherine, were gracious and friendly. Every breakfast was delicious. I would stay again without hesitation. Free parking on Water Street next to the property. No complaints. Just note that like many little boutique inns, there is no elevator to the upper floor. If there are mobility issues, ask for a ground floor room. There is an outside ramp. The breakfast room is down stairs to a basement level.

The room I selected (room #6 in the property) was supposed to have a futon in addition to the bed (which is why I booked it) as a colleague and I were travelling together, but there was no futon in the room. As it was a short one-night stay we didn't bother to trouble the staff about it.

The second morning we both got delicious French Toast with fruit, mine was made entirely without milk and came with extra syrup since I had no cream on it! I so appreciated this attention to detail! THANK YOU ! I can't think of anything. It is a little gem of a place, within a short walk of all the history and entertainment of Charlottetown, our 2 days were absolutely wonderful!

Eggs Benedict was offered, and excellent, but there was also home baked pastries, great fruits and other foods available as well. Rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. Everyone was wishing we had booked an extra night. Best location possible with attractions and many restaurants within walking distance.
• Hollie (9/5): - This is an extremely clean inn, with kind, hardworking staff. Their special offer for breakfast each day is delicious. If you don't want it, there are numerous other options. The room we were in was slightly tight, with very little room for your belongings in the washroom. They could use a power bar to charge electronics.

Les draps 100% polyester n'étaient pas les plus confortables, car ce tissu ne respire pas. Il faudrait au moins 50% de coton. Idéalement, il faudrait aussi tailler un peu le buisson qui est à l'extérieur de la fenêtre de la chambre pour la dégager un peu.

Comfortable and clean bedrooms, housekeeping every day, such a kind family running the Inn. The breakfast was served in the basement, which wasn’t the most ideal location. They do prepare a special hot meal every day along with the continental breakfast.

• 132KandG (10/5): Clean and charming spot near everything - Lovely little inn with a cooked breakfast “festure” daily. Clean, cozy and so easy to walk to everything. We walked to dinner (amazing options in Founders Hall) and theatre and the main sites easily. Also a quick drive to Victoria By the Sea and a little longer to Souris.
