- N (7/5): Overall.. Okay.. Definitely room for improvement - Breakfast could have been better. Take every customer seriously Courtesy or warmth of the staff can be much better..
- Arunava (1/5): Pathetic - Location The cleanliness of the room is unacceptable, with cockroaches roaming freely in the room and even on the bed. The washroom drain becomes clogged within seconds, and the shower is poorly maintained, spraying water improperly in all directions.

- Swaroop (5/5): - Location The present Manager tandrum and attitude. Even though the booking of the service was low, car parking was available, the present staff person attitude was not acceptable. He kept on telling can't park here and latter on someone else to intervene to allow me park. They need to change the staff members or else they will loose business just because of their behaviour. It is repeating behaviour as I am a regular customer.

- Astrid (9/5): Superb - Good place for one night on a budget. It’s very basic but was ok for our purpose. You can refill your drinking water which is convenient. Staff was very friendly. Cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved a little but - it wasn’t terrible though. We had quite a dark room, but again, for one night it’s fine.

I was told that they could not offer me the room booked but offered me a room in an apartment on the opposite side of the road which they said was equally good I paid the advance of Rs. 4000 for two days in advance after which I was taken there. on reaching the room I found it was a very old building and the room and not as given in your site. My friends came took a look at the facility asked me to join them in a better hotel. I vacated the room but lost the advance amount . It was a bad experience i will warn anyone NOT to use booking. com ever. Uxor YES
