Prior to my stay I received various useful information from the hosts including details of travel and close by supermarkets!! The location was perfect, a 5 min walk from La Colina train stop. Meaning easy access to both Torremolinos and central Malaga! I would definitely stay here again

Poruszaliśmy się wypożyczonym samochodem, ale często korzystaliśmy z pobliskiej kolejki, którą szybko można dojechać do Malagi. W obiekcie jest basen , z którego korzystaliśmy w czasie pobytu. • Martin (10/5): - The apartment has everything we needed to feel comfortable and was very family-friendly. They provided a cot, highchair, and baby bath, which made our stay with a baby much easier. The place was clean, full of natural light, and in great condition. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. The host was very welcoming and gave us lots of helpful information. It's located in a quiet, relaxing residencial area- perfect for a peaceful break. We had a lovely stay with no issues

• Charlotte (10/5): Lovely apartment - The apartment was lovely, comfortable, and had every amenity included that we could have asked for, including pool and beach towels which was so helpful. Self service laundry is also available within the apartment complex which we made use of. All the appliances were up to date and good wifi within the apartment. Pools are very nice and clean. The owner, Julio, was extremely helpful and communicative which was fantastic especially for new visitors to Malaga.

• Irina (10/5): Exceptional Stay in Torremolinos – Highly Recommended! - We had a fantastic stay at Julio and Beatriz’s apartment in Torremolinos as a family of four. From the moment we booked, the hosts went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. They provided detailed information before our arrival — not only about the self-check-in process and apartment amenities, but also with plenty of great recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and things to do in the area. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and extremely well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly — a big plus during the summer heat. There’s a small supermarket nearby with all the basics, and we had no issues finding free parking either in front of the building or on the adjacent street. Julio and Beatriz were incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. Thanks to their care and hospitality, we had a truly memorable holiday. We cannot recommend this apartment enough and would absolutely return! Nothing to report.

The pool was lovely and was right beside the apartment. It was a very safe location. The beach was only a 10 minute walk and a small local shops beside the apartment with ur basic foods.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The host is very kind and helpful, I wholeheartedly recommend the place.

Julio (the host) is extremely helpful and kind, definitely makes you feel welcome. The only minor bad point is that from the bedroom we could hear the neighbors speaking quite clearly. However, we understand that there is nothing Julio could do about this.

• Piotr (10/5): Exceptional - I spent a wonderful time with my families in this flat. The flat itself is very well prepared and used for the needs of the renters. The location is very good - bus stops and the train direct to the airport are about 10 minutes walk from the flat. The beach - 15 minutes slow walk. The possibility to use the swimming pool undoubtedly adds to the attractiveness of the place. It is imperative that I mention the owner. Very nice and helpful person. He gave us information about restaurants worth visiting, inquired about our needs and took care of our stay. I must add that I asked Julio to provide a few extra things - my request was fulfilled immediately. Thank you :)
• Aleyna (10/5): Exceptional - I can only warmly recommend this wonderful apartment! The apartment was clean, sweetly furnished and very comfortable. The location was ideal - in a quiet neighborhood, but still fairly close to the boardwalk and many restaurants and public transport. We usually ordered an Uber - we paid around €15 to Malaga Centro. I was particularly impressed by the hospitality of the host. He was extremely helpful, gave great tips on places to eat and things to do in the area and made me feel welcome from the start. When we arrived we were even left with two beers as a small gift. The apartment was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay (various kitchen utensils, towels, fast WiFi, etc.).

• Jeff (10/5): Lovely apartment and great location. - Loved the apartment as soon as we walked in, clean, contemporary and well equipped. Beatrix and Julio were fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was only a 10 minute walk to the train station and only a 15 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend. If anything the pool area could do with a little tlc and there is no pool bar as shown in pictures but this is a issue with the general apartment block and not individual apartments.

Julio, our apartment manager, was amazing! He made sure that we were comfortable at all times! Having cold water and beer in the fridge was a wonderful touch and so welcoming! Also, coffee and tea....it was our best stay ever! The only downside is the distance from the beach and the main boulevard. It's a bit of a walk, but for us, it was not an issue.
• Frank (10/5): Our Stay in La Colina - Nicely furnished , spacious apartment in a pleasant quiet block.Very comfortable bed! Good quiet pool area with sun loungers.. Only 5 minutes walk from La Colina train station, so it is easy to get to airport and Malaga and other coastal towns. We enjoyed our stay there and plan to return.

• Emma (10/5): - We could not have asked for a better experience for our first holiday with our 8 month old son. They made sure to have a highchair and travel cot set up for us when we arrived and the apartment was exactly as it was in the pictures. We loved having use of the kitchen so we didnt have to eat out (though we were given lots of recommendations of places if we wanted them!). Parking is generally readily available on the street right outside and it was also just a short walk down to the beach and shops. The apartment was perfectly clean and the air conditioning was ideal for making sure our son didnt get too hot. We absolutely wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!
• Jan (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy apartment, not far from Malaga airport, spacious, clean, well equipped, kitchen with all needed for cooking and eating, two balconies with view to small garden, small swimming pool in the garden, very friendly and helpful owner, free large parking in not far, nice small old quarter near the apartment, near railways station La Colina. If you want to take a train, you have to arrange a special card, which cannot be issued in La Colina railways station - we and many other visitors tried to buy tickets for Malaga without success. Moreover, information is written nearly only in Spanish and also web of Renfe is not much clear in this. In La Colina and Torremolinos you can hear noise of taking off airplanes from Malaga airport

Apartment is well situated only 3miles from airport, 800m to beach with lots of nice restaurants within 5mins. Lovely quiet stay with a pool and abundance of sun beds. Super comfy bed , great air-conditioning, modern bathroom with superb shower. Kitchen came equipped with all the mod cons including nespresso which we powered through during our stay. Lots of nice touches like beer, water , coffee etc. waiting for us. Ideal location for us travelling to and from the Andalucia Big Music festival. Finish off with more praise for Julio who allowed us to stay on later to match our evening return flight. Hopefully won't be our last trip to Torremolinos. Muchos Gracias Julio xx Nothing
• Marco (10/5): Apartment in Torremolinos - We had a wonderful family stay with two little kids. Julio was wery helpfull with any our request (camping bed, highchair and blender) which made our holiday much easier. The apartment was very nice, confortable and clean.

O apartamento é novo e tem ar condicionado tanto na sala como no quarto, e no verão é algo essencial nessa região. A cama muito confortável. A localização é próxima da praia e tem estacionamento grátis na rua. Estávamos de carro, o local é muito bom tanto para ir ao centro de Málaga , como também a outras praias em sentido a Marbella. O anfitrião Júlio foi muito gentil. Valeu muito a pena nossa estadia.

• Jan Even (10/5): Nice apartment and great host - Very nice apartment suitable for couples or family of 4. Near to train station (line to Malaga and Fuengirola) and grocery store. About 10 minutes walk from the beach. Lovely pool area in the garden and restaurant serving both breakfast, snacks and other meals. Reception supports you with car rental, taxi etc. Julio, the owner of the apartment, met us personally on our arrival, even though it was late at night. He shew us everthing we needed to know and took good care of us. What a nice guy! For shopping, the Plaza Mayor is only to stops away with the train. A huge mall with all the internatonal brands, like Nike, Adidas, Zara, Pull & Bear, to mention a few.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - What a fantastic holiday .the apartment is super clean, modern and very comfortable.it has all the amenities you would expect at home.a brilliantly equipped kitchen, large fridge freezer,hairdryer ,iron/ ironing board .theyres a laundry room with large washing machines wash powder and conditioner built in, its 3 euros but you get a lot of washing done .the apartment is in a quite area about 10min walk to beach less than 5mins to la colina train station.the owner julios when above and beyond to make us feel welcome and spent time to explain everything in the apartment and showed us supermarkets , restaurants etc.the pool is lovely and the pool cafe does lovely food and is reasonably priced the owner martin and family are very welcoming.will certainly be booking again the next time we visit torremolinos
• Daniel (10/5): - This apartment is in a quiet and secure area, free parking available, less than 1 km from the train station and beaches - Lot of Supermercados in less than 1000-1500 meters by foot. A modern kitchen very well equiped. The owner took time to greet us and to explain everything we have to enjoy our stay. We had a bottle of wine in our fridge as well! The site has a wonderful pool also. For a couple or a family, we really recommend this place. The only improvement to consider will be to have more sun umbrellas around the pool and towels dedicated to the pool or beaches.
