• Marco (1/5): SIETE DEI FOLLI SPORCHI, VI DOVETE VERGOGNARE!!!!! - La posizione non è male perché abbastanza vicino alle principali attrazioni di Agra, ma si può trovare facilmente di meglio. NON VENITE A DORMIRE IN QUESTO HOTEL È PESSIMO COME LE PERSONE CHE LO GESTISCONO Personale scortese e poco chiaro sulle modalità di pagamento e su come gestiscono la struttura. L ambiente e sporco, le lenzuola e coperte sporche e bruciate, scarafaggi che camminano nella stanza, ho visto topi che mangiavano dalle padelle che erano state usate per prepararmi la colazione. Un ragazzo alto mi ha inseguito in per la strada per dirmi di pagare la struttura, come se fossi un ladro. Ho pagato uno sproposito rispetto ai prezzi indiani e le foto non corrispondono alla realtà. Inoltre per ogni piccolo favore che chiedi al personale ti viene chiesta la mancia in modo molto maleducato. Non volevano pagassi con la carta di credito, così mi hanno fatto lo sconto per pagare con i contanti. Il giorno dopo aver pagato mi hanno chiesto di saldare il conto. Siete dei folli. Ringraziate dio che andavo via di fretta altrimenti prima mi facevo giustizia da solo e poi chiamavo la polizia. Per fortuna sono un viaggiatore da tempo e non un turista, non mi faccio truffare da nessuno anche se sono lontano da casa. Amici del mondo non venite a dormire in questa struttura, potete facilmente trovare di meglio. Pessimi e scortese, non siete uomini onesti.

As per the time (7 AM to 10 AM) mentioned bt the hotel, there was no hot water in the bathroom tap. No fresh air coming in my room even two washroom eshausat fan open in my washroom. Too much smell.

• Rick (9/5): A fun first exploration after Delhi - The room was comfortable and some food was available in-house I thought it was closer to Agra Fort which is why I booked it but I believe it’s not where booking.com shows it on their map perhaps because, as with each other hotel so far in India, the coordinates provided don’t seem correct

The rooms were acceptable, but the bathroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic. Overall, the hotel lacked cleanliness and proper maintenance, which made the stay uncomfortable

There were cockroaches on the bed and sofa. The bathroom was very dirty and the faucets were filled with dirt. The manager/incharge was rude to us.

There is no window in the room. And the worst was the all time beeping noise in the corridor, beeping every 4 seconds all day and night, we even coupdn't sleep.

• Tim (5/5): It's a place to stay - The staff were helpful and eager to please. Central location in the heart of the Agra business district makes this location overly busy and loud. Locks on the doors use keys made 100+ years ago. Sign on the back of the room door proclaims the hotel is "NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT OF VALUABLES FROM ROOMS"! No safe provided. Older furnishings made cleanliness a challenge. No top sheet was provided. Street noise constant and loud in the room facing the front of the hotel. View from the room window is attached.

Floor was not clean . And bathroom was too dirty and last was cigarette smoke smell . 2. Service: Hotel staff was not too trained 3. Location: To busy and dense populated area and opposite to a wine shop . 4. And the last is “not good for a family” .
