• Mohit Sharma (1/5): - The atmosphere of the hotel is very bad. Even on the bed there is so many bad buffs. I have an video also. Staff is so roudy. They changed me extra. • Singh (1/5): - I want my ₹754 refunded immediately. You and the reception staff charged me again even though the invoice clearly shows ₹754, not ₹1500 as I was made to believe. When I raised this, you falsely claimed it was a “premium room,” which didn’t even have a single window. There was no proper communication about any extra charges. You simply told me there was a remaining balance pending, and I trusted that and paid. This is misleading and unacceptable. Please process my refund of ₹754 without further delay. • Kumar (4/5): Not great but okay for stay - This app helped me to book my accommodation safely for which i was nervous in this new city. Room was properly booked and same was confirmed by the staff. But the took 2400 from me for 2 nights instead of 2085 (shown me at the time of booking). The room was fine for my stay , not that much good but okay okay .bed was comfortable. My checkout time was 11 AM in the morning but staff keep calling me and knocking on my door at 10:15 AM for checkout. Which was so disrespectful as i didn't get ready at that time. Also hot water was not coming in the bathroom for the whole stay.
