Sachen aus dem Kühlschrank sind verschwunden. Küchenausstattung war dürftig. Wir dachten, die Veranda vor dem Zimmer gehört zum Zimmer, jedoch wurde die Bank auf der Veranda vor unserem Zimmer oft von Mitarbeitern besetzt. Laute Musik vom Restaurant nebenan (von 7 bis 23 Uhr). Geruch aus dem Abfluss im Bad.

Clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom with a great shower and comfortable beds! The hotel itself was also really clean and tidy and looked pretty with lots of plants around. The staff were very friendly and we were able to rent snorkelling equipment from them. The snorkelling masks we rented with them, kept leaking and fogging up…would recommend going to a proper tour agency. No other complaints other than that…..our stay was fantastic and wished we could have stayed longer!

• Sophia (10/5): Relaxing and amazing stay in the most central cozy hotel. - Incredible location and overall vibes of the hotel, with a beautiful outdoor kitchen makes it easy to travel with a lower budget and still feel like you are on vacation. When we first arrived no one was at the desk and when I called the number no one answered, but I was able to walk in a find a staff member.

• Caroline (9/5): Ótimo lugar para se hospedar - Localização excelente, staff muito atenciosa, as áreas comuns são muito confortáveis e convidativas, o jardim é muito bonito e bem cuidado. Cama muito confortável, ótimo chuveiro. As cortinas são pequenas, não dão muita privacidade e deixam o quarto bem claro a noite, o ar condicionado fazia bastante barulho.

• Lopez (8/5): - This place is clean, close to the ferry port while not being noisy, lovely plants and set up and a shared kitchen to use with decent sized fridge. Staff / owners are lovely, the rooms are comfortable with hot showers . Would definitely stay again. The shared kitchen is closed between 6 and 9 am which is a bit restrictive. There needs to be a few more cuttlery, cups, cooking utensils and the fridge works but is broken and needs replacing as leaks.

The garden is beautiful and there is outside kitchen to use. Shower was warm and had good pressure. Only thing that could be better is that there could be own fridge in the room and also coffee maschine in the hotel.

They helped me get a cheap (although the driver added $10 to the agreed upon price at the conclusion) taxi to the airport’s ferry via El Chato farm.

• José Fernando (10/5): Ideal para visitantes que deseen conocer Santa Cruz. - El hotel queda sobre la avenida principal turística entonces es fácil llegar al muelle caminando y encontrar donde comer. Es una casa antigua grande por lo que al fondo no se escucha nada, lo que permite dormir sin ruido. La habitación muy cómoda, el agua caliente se demora un poco en salir pero después es buena, la cama y las almohadas cómodas, habían escaparates y mesas donde acomodar las cosas, el internet es decente. Hay zonas para secar la ropa y para llenar las botellas de agua. Cuenta con cocina para el que quiera cocinar y no comprar. La señora Rebeca amable y dispuesta a responder dudas. Un buen lugar precio-calidad. Todo me gusto.

The double bed was actually made of two single beds put together, which worked out perfectly for us as a couple – it was spacious, comfortable, and we slept really well. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard, very pleasant and relaxing, and our room had a large window facing the garden, which made it bright and enjoyable. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay that we would definitely recommend.

Literalmente la parte de atrás del restaurante está dentro del alojamiento y pegado a muchas habitaciones, se escucha todo!
