• Emily (9/5): cozy and in a great spot - the room was super comfy, perfect amount of space for 2 people. the bathroom was spacious and had a large shower. the tours that the hotel offered for a discounted price was super worth it and a lot of fun. staff was so kind and were there for questions. the night life is awesome. the nobs in the shower for hot and cold were a little iffy. the cold didnt really work for cooling down the hot water. breakfast was decent but you did not get to pick type of eggs or anything.

• Geertje Geertruida (10/5): Superplek, een beetje een oase van rust binnen een straat van gekte. - Een rustigere plek aan het eind van een drukke straat. De bamboe en planten geven een gezellig en ietwat exotisch gevoel. Klein zwembad in het receptie/restaurant-gedeelte. Werd ‘s ochtends gecheckt op schoonheid, en “behandeld”. Werd weinig gebruikt, maar lekker als je er behoefte aan hebt. Ook los qua ontbijt, lunch en avondeten gezellige plek. Personeel was heel aardig en dienstbaar. Extra handdoek, föhn, alles werd snel geregeld. Ondanks hygiënische kamer, voel je toch een beetje zand op sommige plekken. Maar onvermijdelijk in een woestijn. De muren zijn heel dun en gehorig. Maar omdat het een rustige plek is geeft dat niet.

• Elizabeth (7/5): Ok for 1 night - - The accommodation is basic, but sufficient for 1 night in Huacachina. - It is good value if you want a cheap, non-hostel option. - It is nice to chill by the pool and the breakfast is decent. - The basics weren’t done right - there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, no hand soap in the upstairs bathroom, the curtains in our room didn’t close. Small things that could be easily fixed, but it didn’t feel like anyone cared about the hotel. - It also felt unclean - the bathrooms, the floors etc. Make sure to bring flip flops!

• Marco (8/5): Prima hotel voor een schappelijke prijs! - De locatie: naast Huacachina en toch op een redelijk rustige plek! Wel wat lawaai van een nabijgelegen hotel/restaurant maar na 22:00 was het heerlijk stil. Geen shampoo, kon wat schoner.

But it was wider than a single so I guess that’s how they justify it as a double. I think we had the short straw, as other couples we spoke to said their bed was ok?

• Franziska (8/5): Budget friendly hotel with good location - Nice little hotel for a great value. The rooms were clean and had a little fan, which was really nice due to the extreme heat. Warm showers and comfortable bed. The price for one night is really reasonable if you are on a budget. The hotel has a little pool as well and WiFi works really good as well in the rooms. The hotel has great support via WhatsApp as well and made me help change my booking as i couldn’t change it on booking.com. Only small thing, the rooms have thin walls. If you are a light sleeper bring your earplugs, there’s always some noise outside. Other than that all good. :)

• Johanne (8/5): Grande chambre dans un endroit tranquille - Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel et nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour. La chambre était grande et bien aménagée. Nous avons bien apprécié la piscine en fin de journée. Les jus au déjeuner étaient excellents (cantaloup et papaye). L’endroit est vraiment tranquille, ce que nous avons apprécié. Le ventilateur était essentiel car il a fait chaud lors de notre séjour. L’eau de la piscine était brouillée, ce qui peut être assez normal considérant le sable qui s’infiltre partout.

• Wendy (9/5): Great Hotel for a good night sleep. - This Hotel is a lot Quieter than the Party Hostels. There is plenty of Hot Water to was away the Sand from the activities. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool is Great for a cooling dip. The breakfast is simple but adequate. The fridges are well stocked and a good price. The staff are friendly and helpful.
• Reinhard (7/5): Preis und Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt, wir hatten einen prima Aufenthalt. - Vom Empfang aus konnten wir tolle Ausflüge sowie Buggy- und Sandboardtouren zu fairen Preisen buchen. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück war zwar einfach, aber völlig ausreichend, und die Besitzerin war ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Das „shared bathroom“ im Erdgeschoss war zugleich das öffentliche WC. Offenbar gab es Probleme mit den Wasserleitungen, da gelbliches Wasser aus dem Hahn kam. Zum Zähneputzen mussten wir daher auf Flaschenwasser ausweichen. Für eine Nacht war es machbar, insgesamt aber unangenehm ein wenig unangenehm.

• Maider (5/5): Disgustados con la atención al cliente. - La noche anterior a irnos hablamos con la chica de recepción y también por mensaje de booking con otro trabajador/a para que nos llamaran a un taxi ya que debíamos coger el bus en Ica a las 6:00am y además tuvieramos el desayuno preparado (incluido en la reserva). Nos respondieron que no había problema y por la mañana nos llamaban a uno y nos daban desayuno para llevar al aeropuerto. Al día siguiente bajamos a las 5:15 am (la hora acordada con la recepcionista) y ahí no había nadie ni había desayunado preparado. Estaba todo cerrado y apagado. Tuvimos que salir a la calle en busca de un taxi y desayunar algo en Ica. Muy disgustados con el servicio del hotel.
• maria jose (5/5): Hotel para verano - La ubicación teniendo en cuenta que Huacachina es muy pequeño y se hace todo caminando. Deberían de solucionar el tema del agua caliente en la ducha. Hubo agua caliente a última Hora de la noche cuando nadie se baña. A la mañana el agua apenas salía tibia. Varios huéspedes se quejaron de lo mismo. Y ya habia sido mencionado en otros comentarios. El lugar de desayuno es abierto y hace frio a la hora que se brinda el servicio. (7a 9). Además nos dieron el café y cuando llegó la comida estaba frío.

Mais c'est compréhensible, on est dans un oasis au milieu du desert

• Łukasz (8/5): - Rewelacyjne położenie hoteliku pośród wydm, na końcu osady. Basen, widok na okolice, możliwość pozostawienia bagażu, mogliśmy też zameldować się wcześniej, kiedy tylko ogarnięto nasze pokoje. Pomoc w organizacji wycieczek - dostępna w zasadzie pełna oferta zwiedzenia bliższych i dalszych okolic. Korzystaliśmy z wycieczki do winnic, do rezerwatu Paracas z rejsem po oceanie (tak! były pingwiny i lwy morskie!), oraz offroadu po wydmach (to ostatnie raczej dla ludzi o mocnych nerwach :D). Ceny bardzo przystępne, wszystko profesjonalnie zorganizowane. Uczciwie, bezpiecznie, bez najmniejszego zarzutu. Na miejscu bar, zimne piwo, możliwość zamówienia posiłków. Ceny dosyć wysokie, ale cała osada jest miejscem bardzo turystycznym, głównie dla turystów z USA, więc ceny wszędzie są podobne. W koszt noclegu wliczone śniadanie. Często zmieniająca się obsługa recepcji, przez co nasze prośby nie zawsze były przekazywane dalej. Po pierwszym posiłku, który tam zamówiliśmy były małe problemy żołądkowe, ale na szczęście więcej się nie powtarzały.

• Xiomara (10/5): Experiencia A1 - El espacio súper bueno, la ubicación perfecta en la Huacachina porque estás lejos del ruido pero a la vez cerca de todo. El personal A1 todos super amables u dispuestos ayudar, hasta nos dieron nuestro desayunito lonchera porque salimos 5am, gran estadía. Solo pondría los insecticidas para los zancudos en la noche

• Dries (8/5): - Locatie was uitstekend, ideaal om Huacachina te verkennen. Er was een zwembad en plek om in hangmatten te liggen. Badkamer was ruim en basic. Het zwembad had maar beperkte openingsuren waardoor ik maar heel kort ervan gebruik heb kunnen maken.

Sympatyczna obsluga, ktora zmienila date pobytu po blednie wybranej na bookingu. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - hotel oddalony od glownego deptaku 3 min ale dzieki temu ciszej niz w innych miejscach Hoacachiny.

• Braidy (5/5): Trying to overcharge me - We checked in at 5am on the 9/11/2025. The reservation was from 9/11/2025 - 10/11 2025 I was then interrupted by a member of staff in the afternoon on the 9/11/2025 trying scam me and get me to pay more money. She was saying that I checked in on the 8/11/2025 which was a total lie. Very rude and not happy with the situation
• Heinz (5/5): Das Zimmer geht nicht. - Na ja, da muss ich sehr lange überlegen. Ab 24 h konnte ich schlafen. Und das Frühstück war gut. Das Zimmer, direkt am Pool und mit akustischer Freischaktung zur Küche eine Zumutung. Abend läuft die Poolmusik bis Mitternacht. Und dass ein Gemeinschaftsbad zur Vervügung steht ist falsch. Es sind die Duschen und Toiletten für den Poll und Restaurantbereich. Am Waschbecken gibt’s nicht mal nen Spiegel. Und als ich nach einem Zimmer mit eigenem Bad fragte, hätte sich der Preis verdreifacht. Unglaublich, obwohl fast keine anderen Gäste da waren. Als letztes, das Personal ist so etwas von unmotiviert, schwächer geht’s kaum.

It seemed like things were unfinished in the bathroom; there was a large hole at the base of the shower. As for the staff, they were cold towards me. I reported the water pressure problem and they didn't even respond. At breakfast, they were also a bit cold towards me. I ordered scrambled eggs, which were included, but they coldly said they had already prepared a sandwich for me... Not hospitable at all. I wouldn't return to this place.
