The breakfast was as expected, and the coffee a little better than the average hotel selection. We were disappointed that the Direct TV there did not allow us to access PBS stations, which are available.

The check-in process was smooth and friendly, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The Front Desk was very accommodating in meeting our needs with a clean room that had been free of pets. Good value for the stay - we require (2) rooms for our family because our daughter is in a wheel chair - a standard double queen room had plenty of room to hold my wife and two daughters. My son and I stayed in the other room.

- Paul (10/5): - This is apparently a remodeled Microtel, so if you are familiar with a Microtel, everything is a little tighter than normal. You have plenty of room to move around the bed, but it might be only just enough room. If you have a lot of luggage (I had a cart with camera equipment) that could eat up a lot of your available "move around" space. Otherwise, I have stayed at this location twice now and both times were absolutely perfect. The rooms and hotel are VERY nice and clean. I'm guessing it had to have been renovated very recently because everything feels so new. Bed was way more comfortable than a lot of hotels I have stayed in, TV was great, bathroom and shower were also better than most, and absolutely clean and new (just a tiny bit tight in size). Breakfast both times was great with eggs, bacon one day, sausage the other, and the rest of the typical free breakfast stuff like cereal, toast, waffles, etc. For the price, this place is hard to beat in the area.

They had what smelled like a good breakfast, but we chose the coffee shop across the street instead. The staff I dealt with were friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again if passing though the area.

- Kimberley (10/5): Nice stay with a few supprises. - Room was clean and in good working order. I was suprised with a window seat and black out curtain. Bathroom was clean but small amount of counter space. Shower got hot quick but water pressure was a little light with a fixed shower head that couldnt be adjusted. Bed was firm but comfortable even at my weight of 250lbs. The only thing missing was a clock. Breakfast was on the better end with hot options as well as a very nice coffee machine and yogurt dispenser. Pool was a great feature for our single night. As two women traveling we felt safe in our that we actually fogot the dead bolt. Landry was easy go use and decent price for the location. Overall I'd happily stay again.

- Matthew (6/5): Okay for cheap, don't pay much or you'll regret it - This BW has been recently remodeled/updated from a microtel. Despite the refresh there were a number of issues: firstly, the room was cleaned poorly--food pieces on the floor, microwave dirty, animal hair IN the bed with clean but wrinkled sheets, stains on the sheets...I could go on. The customer service was lacking. It was comfortable but had a bunch of hasty, poorly done renovations (doors didn't close properly, etc.). Breakfast was great and it's a convenient location but more work needs to be done here.

- mrsbrojoe (8/5): Great Room at a Great Price! - Lobby was sleek & modern with several areas to comfortably gather. Smiling Ale at the front desk, friendly & efficient, was able to check me in early & cheerfully placed me in a downstairs room which I really appreciated. A standard double, the room appeared freshly painted, w/laminate flooring & new hardware in the bathroom. Fridge/micro & large wall mounted TV w/DirecTV programming. Cushioned window seat area provided additional space for suitcase, etc. Lots of easily accessible outlets for charging electronics. Generous supply of bright white towels, nice bed linens & fat, fluffy pillows. The bathroom was very clean but small w/limited counter space, although there was an open cabinet w/shelves above the toilet for misc toiletries. Not your typical BW, seems to have been another chain at some point and the layout reminded me of Microtel. I was surprised there was no alarm clock, but when I mentioned it, Ale brought me one. No in-room coffee but it was available in the breakfast area 24/7 via automated coffee/expresso/cappuccino. Continental was well tended by cheerful Maggie & featured all the standards: eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, muffins, bagels, toast, etc. There was not a covered area for you to drive under to load/unload luggage but there were automatic front doors & covered walkway. Still, if the weather was bad it would've been a deal breaker for me. Happily it was a sunny day & I slept well, tickled to have saved a few dollars without sacrificing essentials. Clean & comfortable, I'd happily stay here again :-).
- Pamela (4/5): - The sink was missing the rod that goes up and down; my husband got under the cabinet and opened the plug; the water was hot in the sink, but not hot enough for a hot shower; warm , but not hot. The T V remotes needed attention; we were only able to get one channel; toilet would run unless you rattled the flusher. If it were only one of these, I would not have said anything so many inconveniences for such a beautiful hotel!

What surprised me the most is the building looks practically new but the guests have been abusing the rooms, my room had broken furniture, and the paneling looked like it was kicked in, and the door looked like it was broken down at some point. Other than that very clean place to stay on your way to Denver without having to stay in Denver.

The ice packs need to be refrozen nightly, and when as with this BW, if the room refrigerator does not have an ice compartment the hotel will put them in the freezer. Here, not so: we were told that the hotel manager, Pablo Lopez, does not allow staff to enter the kitchen. This absurd directive does a disservice to customers.

- lindasmtg (8/5): Good place to stay in Limon, CO - The staff was very helpful. We were switched to another room when the refrigerator didn't work in the first one. The clerk also recommended a very good restaurant. I left a jacket and they were very helpful in getting it returned. We would stay here again.

- Michael (8/5): Nice hotel but a couple of issues - Hotel appeared to be new or recently remodeled. Every thing was clean, check in was super fast and our room was nice and spacious. We did have 2 issues during our stay. The A/C unit in our room was LOUD. We got to breakfast around 08:20 and most of the hot food was gone and was not replenished even though there was a good amount of time until breakfast stopped serving.

The staff has always been very nice and the pet rooms are great. We enjoy all of our stays here. The great price doesn’t hurt either.
