- Margarita (8/5): - Забронировали номер через Booking в последний момент, примерно часа за 2 до прибытия, поэтому в итоге получили не тот номер, который бронировали. Но персонал был очень дружелюбный и помогли в размещении. Завтрак был вкусный, хоть и не очень разнообразный. Чай и кофе предоставляется все время. Кровать и подушка были очень удобными. Комната с двумя отдельными кроватями очень маленькая. В номере было холодно, но есть тёплые одеяла и обогреватель. Также есть горячая вода в душе.
- Vladimir (10/5): - Прекрасный отель, в 15 минутах ходьбы до главной площади. Путь через рынок, очень колоритно, там можно купить фрукты по минимальной цене) Номер комфортный, большой, не старый. В номере есть обогреватель, горячая вода, чистая ванная комната. Особенно хочу выделить сотрудников ресепшен, я к сожалению не запомнил их имена. Очень вежливые, добрые, готовы всегда ответить на любой вопрос и прийти на помощь с советами. Мы останавливались в отеле дважды, оставляли на хранение вещи. Очень рекомендую. Все было прекрасно

- Lucas (9/5): Bom custo benefício. - Quarto confortável. Café da manhã bom, tinha ovos mexidos pães, frutas, sucos, iogurte, cereais, panquequinhas. Os funcionários eram gentis e prestativos. Hotel disponibilizou secador de cabelo. Quarto tinha aquecedor elétrico e chuveiro quente. Localização não é tão próxima da Plaza de Armas, mas é tranquilo de caminhar (aproximadamente 15 minutos).
- Bethany (7/5): - Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom quite basic but all in working order. Facilities are otherwise fairly basic, although staff went above and beyond to make the stay as good as possible. Location is a little out of the main historic area for tourists, involves a walk through a very busy market area and some quiet streets after dark.
- zocsi (8/5): Nice play for 1-2 nights - Stayed there for only 1 night, for that purpose it was ok. The neighbourhood seems scatchy, but we didn't have any issues while walking around after sunset. The owner was very nice at checki-in. Because we had to leave very early to catch our flight, we asked for a packed breakfast, which they provided without hesitation. Oh, and the room had a small heater which was a nice plus!

Te puedes servir té a cualquier hora y los desayunos son muy agradables. En general hay un buen ambiente con la resta de huéspedes. En resumen, la calidad-precio es excelente. Debería haber una cortina más gruesa para tapar el sol o la luz de las escaleras cuando amanece, esto para los que se van a dormir tarde y no les gusta madrugar jaja
- Nilton Bruno (10/5): Ótimo atendimento e roupas de cama bem aconchegantes. - O Hotel, mesmo não sendo grande tem atendimento bem atencioso. As camas bem como as guarnições são maravilhosas. Apesar do café ser pequeno, é bem nutritivo. A equipe de recepção ajuda a formular roteiros de turismo e viabiliza os contatos. O preço é muito em conta pelas comodidades. Fica a uns 1500m do centro histórico e dá pra ir a pé. Existem algumas construções velhas nas proximidades que assustam um pouco quem olha a localização no Google Earth. Mas a rua é tranquila.

A huge thanks to Mariella, Juan Carlos and Yolanda who were friendly, patient and fantastic at looking after us; they spoke excellent English, forgiving our poor Spanish, and they helped organise many day trips to the sights with their partner tour company and generally made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is clean with decent bedrooms and modern bathrooms which had excellent hot and powerful showers! Laundry service is great and cheap so don't bother packing too much! Be aware that there is no elevator, the flight of stairs are short, but if you're not used to the altitude, climbing stairs can sometimes be a tiring affair! Buffet breakfast is nice and varied and the hotel is not only surrounded by small stores and food outlets, including a small convenience store and a seafood restaurant just opposite, but it is only a short, straight walk to the historic centre and san Pedro and Santiago squares with their wonderful markets, cafes, restaurants and myriad of stores, including an excellent Orion Supermarket (Union) just a 10 minute walk away, with an ATM in its basement. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cusco, we extended our stay at the hotel and spent two amazing weeks in a gorgeous, friendly city and beautiful country and we look forward to visiting again. - Ben (8/5): Amazing staff, clean and comfortable. - Comfortable room, the most amazing staff, a nice breakfast in the morning. I liked that it was a little way away from the centre as it gave me the opportunity to walk through the market everyday on the way in. The staff do deserve a second mention. they were incredible. At night it was a little noisy as the building is very echoey. But it did not stop me from sleeping.

- THIAGO MARCOS (10/5): Ótimo custo/benefício - Quarto novo, limpo e silencioso. Funcionários muito atenciosos. O hotel não está no centro histórico, porém, fica muito próximo, 15 a 20 minutos caminhando da plaza de armas.

Good security at night time. Free coca tea to help with altitude sickness. Fabulous hot shower 😀 Breakfast could be a bit chaotic if there were a lot of people staying.

- Arjun (4/5): Disappointing - The room was generally fine but overall a stay that only added many hassles during my short holiday in Cusco. The hotel advertises heating. However after checking in, there was no heater in the room. When I requested one, she said one was not available. After suggesting that I cancel the reservation, they provided a heater. Also the breakfast service started at least 20 minutes late which is unacceptable for tourists visiting. Also I found crumbs in a supposed clean room. The WiFi was terrible.

- Charles (5/5): Beautiful but noisy and far from the historical center - It was a beautiful hotel, the room and the bathroom were nice and had a lot of room. The bed was comfortable. The wifi utterly sucked. It went on and off all the time and even when it was on, it was hard to watch more than 5 seconds without lagging. They redid a room on the floor above us. For 4 days in a row, from 8am to 4-5pm, there was hammer and grinder noises. It was unreal, especially the first two days that we spent almost all day in the room because of the altitude sickness. It was about 20-22 minutes from the historical center by walk. I would probably spend a little more to have better accomodations next time and be nearer the historical center.

- Leonardo (1/5): Bad - room was clean. Breakfast is VERY LIMITED. You can only have 01 (one) scrambled egg per person. any extra will be denied or charged extra. 2 options of bread. 2 Juices. Coffe, tea, butter or jelly. Banana or papaya. The booked room was for 4 people and we were in 4, but could barely fit 3. They never gave us supplies for 4 people. We also had to request extra towels. Definitely not worth it. When asked, they said they couldn't fit 4 people and that was the best they could do. We had 3 medium-sized beds for 4 men to share for 5 nights. Toilet paper is so bad it felt like sandpaper. There were men at work for some kind of an ongoing new flor construction which created some disturbance- no prior warning was given. Location is a good 15-20 min walk from city center- which might not look like much, but remember you're at 3k altitude. Uber and taxis will be a must.

- Satyanarayana (10/5): Short and Sweet stay - Amazing hotel to stay and absolutely value for money. The location is amazing, close to San Pedro Railway station! Highly recommend this place to all kinds of travellers Solo/Couple or families! The Staff is very friendly !

We are able to leave our luggage earlier and check in later which is extremely helpful There's certain distance from the city center, taking taxi / Uber to travel would be fine but would not recommend to walk back during night time

- Carmen (1/5): Horrible - I don’t like nothing The property is ugly. They have a construction and I can’t sleep. I paid for one type of room and I received other room. Downgrade. I never stayed again in this hotel.
- Clark (1/5): Under construction with lots of loud noise from floors above. - Room was clean The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from central plaza or you can catch one of the 1000s of taxis that pass everyday. In this area are VERY many hostels but this is hotel. It is under construction (pic attached) and workers are continuous banging, grinding ALL day, EVERY day. Hotel canceled my Booking.com reservation but then manager let me know he will let me pay him directly cause Booking charges him 22%. WTF? Description days sound proof room with view of court yard. 😂 Court yard is 8' x 8' opening in center of building so you can hear construction better. Weird place...

Veronica at the reception knows anything you need and is open to help with anything Location is close to the city center but not in the best neighborhood of the town. Anyhow the price is worthy
- Michael (9/5): Very nice place, wonderful staff, earplugs recommended. - Freddy, Veronica and the rest of the staff were all wonderfully kind. The hotel was very clean, and beds were very comfortable. The location was very noisy at night, especially from dogs. Our room's window was perpendicular to another room's window which meant we could hear them talking late at night and their light came through to our room. I would recommend the hotel use thicker curtains to block the light from such rooms.

- Sam (9/5): Superb - The front desk was incredibly helpful in getting us familiar with Cusco and making sure we were prepared for our trip to Machu Pichu. Room was very nice and breakfast was good. One window in the bedroom could not close. One night there were dogs barking outside the window all night and our sleep was very poor as a result.

- Louisa (8/5): Lovely hotel with lovely staff - Extremely helpful staff! Great hot water shower. Fairly standard in Cusco but you can hear dogs barking through the night.
