- Mohamed (10/5): - The two bed rooms suit with Seaview is very spacious with very nice balcony with sea view. The staff are very helpful, I arrange all my tours trips through them, their driver is very kind and speack English and Arabic. Nothing.

- BILAL (8/5): - المكان جيد والاقامة كانت جيدة جدا . وهناك موقف خاص للسيارات الاستقبال كان لطيف ومساعد الوصول للفندق كان معقد نوعا ما هناك مشكلة على على الخارطة .
- Darren (7/5): Great breakfast but please enforce smoking rules. - Room was big but layout a little strange so there wasn't much natural light and there was no view. Facilities and bathroom items were mostly on point. Breakfast was excellent as others have stated. Quite a lot of options and fresh salad and fruit. Spacious and clean area because it is a restaurant. Could be better if it had coffee, but few hotels offer this. Poor natural lighting due to layout of the room. I paid a little more for this room so this was disappointing. Smell of smoke in the room due to smokers. This is a widespread problem in Turkey and I don't know why hotels don't do more to enforce it. Room could be a little cleaner still.

- omar alhashmi (7/5): - موقع الفندق في وسط السوق الى بقرب الميدان وكل شي جنبك الموظفين خدومين جدا والفطور لساعه 11 انا كنت مختار سريرين منفصلين ولما وصلت عطوني سرير واحد ومثل ما فهمت كنت لازم اكتب في الملاحظات عشان ينتبهون لأنهم ما يركزو على الاختيار بس ما قصرو عطوني سرير إضافي وبعد يومين غيرو الغرفه بس عرض الأسرة صغير يعني اذا شخص عريض ما برتاح والمشكله الثانيه انه القوقل ماب ما يوصلك على الفندق لانه اتوقع في تغير في بعض الطرق واضطرريت أوقف السيارة في موقف وامشي للفندق وجا معي الموظف واخذ السيارة وصفها في موقف الفندق وكان مجاني

- Ulrich (7/5): Gute Lage mit lauten Gästen - Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Es hat viele arabische Gäste die oft sehr laut sind bis spät in die Nacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist akzeptabel.

- ABDULKARIM (10/5): Excellent hotel in the centre of Trabzon ideal for travelers without a car - Thanks to the Receptionist "Saleh" for his kindness and help throughout our stay in the hotel. The hotel is located in a lively part of Trabzon centre where everything is a few steps away. Because we insisted on a room with two single beds (as reserved), we were offered a very spacious suit without any additional cost. Although the hotel itself is excellent, most of the hotel Reception staff lack the minimum required level of job ethics and good handling of customers, and helpless.

- haifaa (4/5): - قرب المكان فقط وصلت الفندق لا يوجد ماء في الحمام انتظرت اكثر من ساعه لقدوم الشخص للإصلاح .. الشطاف مكسور … الابجوره مكسوره .. الستائر للنصف لا نستطيع النوم .. السرير قديم ظهري يؤلمني … يوجد مدرسه بجاب الفندق يبدا الازعاج من الساعه 8 صباحا الاصوات عاليه والاطفال يلعبون صورت كل شي انظروا للصور I arrived at the hotel and there was no water in the bathroom. I waited more than an hour for someone to come and fix it. The bidet was broken... the lamp was broken... the curtains were half full. We couldn't sleep... the bed is old and my back hurts... there is a school next to the hotel. The noise starts at 8 in the morning. The noises are loud and the children are playing. I took a picture of everything. Look at the pictures.

- mohammed (7/5): جيد وذلك لموقعه الممتاز داخل السوق - قربه من التسوق .موظف الاستقبال رمزي كان متعاون صعوبه الوصول اليه بالسياره وهناك موظف في الاستقبال كان غير جيد ناسي اسمه كان يسب العرب با لغه التركيه ويتوقع ان كل العرب لايفهمون بعض الكلمات التركيه.الافطار يحتاج تطوير

The room is quite dark, the lights needs upgrade and maintenance of the existing ones. The room was right above the restaurant/coffee shop so the smell of cigarettes always present in the room despite us closing the windows all the time .

- tinguer (10/5): الفندق يستحق الاقامة فيه، من ناحية النظافة والتعامل كان في المستوى المطلوب - الفندق كان بمركز المدينة مما يسهل الوصول لكل شيء . اول ليلة ما ارتحت بالغرفة، وحجزت فقط يومين وكنت افكر ابحث عن فندق ثاني، ولكن عند علمهم بأنني لم اكن راضية ومرتاحة بالغرفة، اعطوني غرفة ثانية بطابق ثاني وتعاملوا معي بطريقة راقية وجميلة، الموظفين كلهم كانو طيبيين جدا الفطور كان طيب ومتنوع ولكن كان ممكن يكون احسن….

Arranged airport transfer and daily trips to tourist attractions in Trabzon in a nice comfortable vehicle specially for my family. Breakfast is very good even for vegetarians, lots of vegetables, breads and other options. Location of hotel is apt... In city centre and very close to Maydan Square.. lot of shops nearby. Highly recommended to stay even reasonable and economical. Hotel rooms are very clean and spacious. Hotel staff is always approachable and helping for any requirements.

- Anwar (8/5): الفندق ذو موقع و إطلالة متميزتين مع وجود موقف سيارات منحدر جدًا - موقع الفندق مميز جدًا نظرًا لوجوده داخل منطقة طرابزون المركزية على بعد خطوات من ميدان طرابزون و Uzon st. حجزت غرفتين بصالة و شرفة جميلة جدًا تتميز بإطلالة بانورامية على البحر و جبال طرابزون القريبة. أعجبني تعامل العاملين بالفندق و بالذات Hayri الذي كان مستعد دومًا للمساعدة و بإبتسامه عريضة. موقف السيارات المجاور للفندق يقع على زقاق ضيق جدًا، و الخروج و الدخول اليه صعب جدًا نظرًا لوجوده في أعلى منحدر شديد الانحدار و مزدحم بالعربات و الماره طوال الوقت

- Doody (9/5): - كل شي في الفندق جميل من طاقم العمل والموقع ريحة الدخان تكتم الواحد اول مايدخل الفندق حتى وقت مانزلنا نفطر في البوفيه الصاله اللي جنبنا يدخنون فيها ولا فيه باب يصكونه عشان ماتجي الريحة حرفياً اللوبي كأنه قهوة ما كأنه فندق وغير كذا ريحة الدخان توصلنا لفوق و حنا ساكنين بالدور الخامس تدخل علينا بالصاله والغرف.. الحمام مافيه تهويه والغرف مافيها زبايل وانتم بكرامه.
