Reserve una habitación estándar , y en mi reserva las fotos de referencia no tenían nada que ver con la mierda y patetica habitación que me dieron. En la vida pasé tal humillación y decepción ! Me sentí totalmente estafada y la resolución del alojamiento pésima . Les voy a poner una denuncia por estafa . Encima me fui al rato de llegar y no me quisieron devolver el dinero o almenos cobrarme esa sola noche de estancia . Lamentable . La denuncia va a ser grande y que me devuelvan el dinero. Ojalá nadie tenga que pasar por lo que pasé yo, que mal trago La 1 foto es lo q iba a ser mi habitación , las otras son la mierda que me tocó

- Vanina (1/5): No recomiendo - La ubicación y la atención. La cama era antigua, el colchón viejo, las sábanas incómodas y quedaban chicas en la cama. El baño era diminuto, no entraba una persona en la ducha. El inodoro ubicado casi abajo de la bacha. Las paredes todas sucias y rozadas.

Tienen una puntuación muy baja y ahi que entender que a eso aspiran. Booking debería evitar perder prestigio por este tipo de hospedajes

Por ser mais simples, qualquer barulho no corredor ja da para ser percebido no quarto, o banheiro ja poderiam tirar as cortinas de plastico por box de vidro. Mas no geral nos atendeu bem, o custo vale a pena.

- MARIANA (2/5): Busquen otro lugar - La ubicación fue lo unico que me sirvió Un edificio antiguo mal mantenido que le agregaron un tercer piso en una terraza y las habitaciones son paupérrimas. No es un petit hotel ni hotel boutique ni algo similar: Buenos Aires tiene lindas recuperaciones edilicias y esta NO es una de ellas. No lo recomiendo para nada.

- Ambra (8/5): Gentilezza e comodità: il posto giusto per vivere Buenos Aires! - La struttura è molto bella, un palazzo d'epoca con un ascensore in legno meraviglioso. La stanza dove abbiamo alloggiato è molto carina: semplice, pulita e con tutto ciò di cui necessitavamo. Lo staff è veramente molto cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto a venire incontro ai clienti. La posizione è ottima! Il bagno della stanza è molto piccolo e la doccia veramente scomoda, talmente piccola che le tende di plastica si attaccavano al corpo a qualsiasi movimento. Se si riuscisse a rendere il bagno più agevole, il posto sarebbe veramente perfetto!

- Photolv (1/5): A waste of time and money - None We checked in and paid in cash for the first night. We were assisted by Lara and Romina. They assigned us a room, but it had a very intense, stuffy odor, and the window faced the interior of the building. We asked to be moved to another room, but it was exactly the same—complete with the same intense, oil-like smell. They actually asked my wife if she had a medical condition because she was detecting a foul odor. She has absolutely no medical issues, and this has never happened to us at any other hotel. At that point, they told us they had no other options available, so we asked to cancel our stay (all of this took place within the first 15 minutes of having paid). They refused to refund our money, claiming they were not authorized to do so. It was a horrible situation: lugging our suitcases around in an unpleasant environment, dealing with two employees who showed zero empathy and lacked any training or professionalism in customer service. We left and went to another hotel (SuMa) just four blocks away—a much nicer, cleaner place with excellent service, and at the same price point. The photos I have attached accurately reflect what this establishment actually offers.

- Nestor Raul (9/5): Sitio principalmente seguro - La zona es segura, cerca al centro y varios paraderos de buses. Caminamos por ahí a altas horas de la noche y no tuvimos problemas. La atención muy amable y servicial. Las sábanas y frazadas se veían un poco viejas y evidentemente muy usadas. El baño es muy chiquito para ducharse, pero muy atentos para limpiarlo porque evidentemente queda un desastre después.

- Romero (1/5): No recomiendo - La ubicación es buena La atención del personal no fue buena,tuve algunas dudas y se alteró en explicarme la empleada de la administración, luego quedó hablando mal de mi con otro cliente. Me dijeron una cosa por teléfono respecto al cobro luego me cobraron otro monto mayor, quise alquilar un día más por cancelación en mi vuelo y el costo de ese día era mayor a la reserva completa de los días anteriores así que tuve que cambiar de hotel.

Mi habitación fue de las individuales y bastante espaciosa. Me hubiera faltado una silla y un escritorio o aparador para usar la computadora. Falta un espacio donde poder sentarse y usar la pc, se podría agregar unas mesitas en el patio o en el living de la recepción. A cambio usé la cocina como espacio de trabajo ya que que es pequeña y poco concurrida pero no es el lugar ideal, dos personas trabajando cada una en su pc no entrarían. Falta mantenimiento en algunas paredes.

- Fonseca (8/5): I enjoyed it and the ambience of the place. - There was no breakfast. Location was excellent, quiet and safe. Love the staircase and oldveorld architecture. Excellent. Helpful and friendly staff at desk. Wish the upkeep on just a beautiful building was better. Old homes need lots of upkeep from painting,plumbing and mold controll. This place use a bit.more.love and attention.

- Salomone (3/5): - La ubicación y el edificio antiguo, Pero le falta mantenimiento y renovación de aberturas. La cama, el colchón estaba deformado y los resortes hacían ruidos, muy incómodos. No tiene desayuno, los controles remotos de la tv no funcionan, no tiene bidet y el tamaño del baño es ínfimo (1mt x 1,5). Es un Hostel con servicio de limpieza.

- Krzysztof (6/5): Za niewiele większą kwotę można nocować w zacznie lepszym standardzie - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, piękny stary budynek. Pokój duży , łóżko wygodne. Klimatyzacja. Za niewiele większą kwotę miałem znacznie lepszy standard w tej samej dzielnicy. Pokój znajdował się na dachu kamienicy i nie dojeżdżała tam winda. Okno w pokoju było małe. Dojście do łazienki słabe.

- Jaime (8/5): Breve estadía y muy buen precio. - Es una propiedad antigua. Se valora el mobiliario antiguo y la limpieza. En muy buena ubicación. Falta mantenimiento edilicio y poner en valor el mobiliario antiguo, de no ser por eso, sería un gran hotel petit. Pero en relación precio/calidad es inmejorable. Valoro la limpieza. La habitación en la que estuve la ducha era mínima. Lo demás funcionaba bien.

L’emplacement est idéal et l’ambiance du bâtiment est superbe. Gros bémol sur la chambre, le lit était inconfortable et trop petit pour une personne d’1m78. La salle de bain est très très petite.

Una habitación interna, con mucho olor y sin ventanas, las paredes sucias, un colchón muy fino, la almohada sin funda. Decía que tenía aire acondicionado y no había, además de la poca iluminación que poseía. El baño súper pequeño, el tamaño de la ducha inhumano, se inundaba todo y no había ni un secador de piso para limpiar (más aún, al ser un baño compartido, quedaba todo mojado para la próxima persona que lo iba a usar). No vale un centavo de lo que cobran, no lo recomiendo

- John (6/5): The price is probably right for the spartan accommodations. - No breakfast is provided. The location was good. The room is very spartan. The bathroom is tiny. I'm a small person and my legs touched the walls sitting on the toilet and the shower curtain clung to me during showers. The room was large enough for two twin beds - no chair, no mini frig.
- Marcos (1/5): NÃO RECOMENDO! NÃO FECHEM ESSE HOTEL! - LOCALIZAÇÃO Uma das recepcionistas não teve senso ético comigo, eu me senti desrespeitado e fiquei com a minha moral abalada. O booking precisa reavaliar melhor a linha de hotéis. Entrar em um Hotel e a funcionária não ter treinamento para tratar o cliente é uma situação delicada. Volto ao Brasil transtornado.
