• Ty (8/5): Perfect Room Horrible Breakfast - Room was clean and bed was comfy The breakfast was horrible. 8 of us stayed here and we all where disappointed. The egg omelets and the biscuits where hard as a rock and where stuck to the bottom of the pan. The sausages tasted like they where a week old. I've stayed here alot of times and the food never tasted like this.

• Jaime Ricardo (8/5): It was ok for one night stop stay - The property is fine. Needs upkeep. Beware of the tile coming out of the elevator on the third floor. There is no ice on the machine too. The breakfast lady is horribly rude and clearly hates her job.

• Patricia (8/5): - The air conditioning was effective but we had very little control over the temp and were cold much of the time. We found a roach in the bathroom and the desk chair was broken and tipped when we sat in it. The bed was not comfortable for my husband.

The only compliant I have was getting to the hotel at first. Making wrong turn due to no visible signage. Make sure to turn into RaceTrak, that gives you access to get to the hotel.

We booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms showed sings of lots of water damage including stains on the ceiling and rust on metal hardware and around the window. Breakfast was your average hotel hot Breakfast. With some minor upkeep this could be a 5 star hotel.

• Joan (10/5): - Check in was really fast. We were staying with some friends who got there before us and they were able to put our rooms close to each other. They even let us check in early. Breakfast was nice, lots of options including hot & cold foods. Even some stuff you could take back to the room or on the road if you need. Black out curtains are awesome for keeping the light out. Close to the interstate but not noisy at all.
• Chengxiang (3/5): Poor - Staff is welcoming The room had a constant vibration coming from the floor or walls—I couldn’t tell the source, but it was very disruptive. To make matters worse, the guests in the room next door had two dogs that started barking loudly at 7 a.m., waking me up far earlier than planned. I don’t understand why the hotel placed us next to guests with pets, especially without any notice or soundproofing. Overall, it was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience.

It wouldn't change channels with the remote. We asked someone from the front desk to help and also helped with wifi access.
