• C (9/5): Excellent location, excellent staff, and excellent value for money - The front receptionist was excellent. Though her English was not strong we both use Google Translate and managed just fine. She was very friendly and very helpful even driving me to a market close by to help me acquire some papaya seeds from a vendor to help with stomach issues. That is going above and beyond what would be expected from anyone in the hospitality industry. Wi-Fi could’ve been a bit stronger in the rooms sometimes it lagged but nothing too serious. overall, I enjoyed my stay and for the price I thought the accommodations were excellent. The basic the rooms were large and most important to me. The beds were very firm, which is what I like and the shower was very hot, which was also much appreciated.

• Olympia (9/5): Great budget accommodation for a night! - Budget and comfortable. Would recommend! Great for a shorter stay right outside the city centre. They also provide water for you fill up your water bottle which was super handy for me. The hot water was inconsistent, but I can imagine it’s the same for many places. Since it’s so hot out, that didn’t bother me.

• YA MEI (9/5): - 酒店離清邁門很近走路可以到，房間寬敞明亮，浴室乾濕分離是我在泰國住過算很寬敞的浴室，排風通風非常良好，床鋪舒服好睡，房間內有小桌子和兩把椅子很不錯，插座雖然不少，但是位置不是很理想，房費便宜CP值很高，離機場很近方便。 房間的地板很多破裂隆起實在有點危險應該要處理。會聽到外面講話聲。

• Anne-Kathrin (5/5): Leider vorerst unser letztes Mal hier. - + sehr sauber + gute Lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum und der Sat. Walking Street + sehr feste Matratze- was wir lieben Wir waren nun das 3. Mal hier und leider hat sich einiges am Service deutlich verschlechtert. Waren zuvor immer zufrieden. - wir hatten ein Doppelbett gebucht, bekamen aber nur ein 2 Bett Zi - hatten Sachen zur Reinigung gegeben, bekamen die Sachen nur nach Nachfrage und verspätet zurück - die Einrichtung ist extrem abgewohnt ( Zi 201) - Handtücher waren auch schon sehr alt ( wenn auch sauber) - nur an einem Tag war Englisch sprechendes Personal vor Ort - am Abreisetag konnte uns die Frau an der Rezeption nicht einmal ein Taxi rufen ( es wäre ihr nicht erlaubt) Sorry, aber das sind einfach zu viele Dinge, die nicht funktioniert haben. Hier sollte das Management mal nachbessern. Der Vorwurf geht nicht gegen das Personal vor Ort!

Very comfortable large double bed. Definitely recommend and great value for money. Nothing - 10/10. Very pleased with my 1 night stay

• Mara (8/5): Chiang mai stay - The room was great and very spacious. It was also very clean and the boutique was very secured. I like how big the restroom is and having a veranda for drying our clothes.Beds are little hard for us. Though it was comfortable, going up the stairs until the 4th floor (top floor) was tiring for us. It's also a mid to long walk to the old town but we knew that from the start. So we would recommend to Grab when going to the other sides of the town. Otherwise, it was great staying here

• Jessica (10/5): Great value, huge room - Huge room with a beautiful balcony (401 is a great room with a great view! 2 bottles of water every day, even if your room was not cleaned they replenished the water and the toilet paper. I had a late flight and there was an option to pay 350 baht to check out at 5pm, allowing me to get a shower. The staff was nice but we did not communicate much. It's a bit of a walk to most places, but it's easy to get to.

• Cheung (10/5): Value for money - Staff is very nice and helpful. Free bicycle, great for travel. Room is very large. Price is very cheap, especially renting for one month. Though you need to contact the owner before arrival as not always have staff in front desk. Nothing for this price.
• Eric (10/5): Great place that is my go to hotel!!! - This was my third stay. I always stay here now because I really like everything about it. It is close to the old city but in a nice quiet area. Just down the street from the Saturday night market. The staff is great and they took wonderful care of my room and the whole facility. It is a short walk to the city market and has a great cafe nearby. It is my go to hotel and as my trips are usually 3 weeks very affordable and feels like home. I don't think about staying any where else. Maybe more water pleasure in the showers, but that is a personal thing and they had plenty of nice warm water. The room had a tankless water heater which I loved. I don't really have any dislikes.

• Erin (10/5): A large, clean, and comfortable room with a balcony; near the city center, at a great price! - Really good value, you get a lot for what you pay for. The room itself is large as is the bathroom, and the bathroom isn't a wet room, the sink and toilet area stay dry. The bed is a large king-size bed. The balcony is small but useful. I usually wake up earlier than my partner so it was a quiet place to read in the morning while my partner slept. The staff is friendly but gives you plenty of space. Maid staff was good about clearning our rooms when we were out for walks. The location is really good, not in the Old Town, but right next to it. There are a few coffee shops just a short walk away, with plenty of good options 10-15 minutes walking. Walked nearly everywhere, only used a taxi twice. Really happy to stay here, hope to stay here every time I travel to Chiang Mai. It was perfect.

• Susanne (8/5): nice located house with spacious rooms - Good location, spacious room, good internet. cold drinks from fridge available at reception, no coffee or breakfast in house. we had only cold water the first night, but they fixed it the next day. 👍🏻 Upon arrival nobody was at the reception despite ringing the bell, but we found someone in the 4th floor. we had to pay cash incl. 200 baht deposit for room key.

Approx. 10mins walk to street food markets. (Saturday markets) 20mins walk to the night bazaar markets. The WiFi was abit of a trouble but they fixed it for us quickly everytime.
