• Sarah (6/5): Great company but property needs updating. - The Desenzano Loft staff provided exceptional customer service! Silvia B was our contact and brilliant at providing information and reassurance as needed. We highly recommend the company. The apartment was in a great central location, close to sights and facilities. The apartment was spacious, clean and the shower fabulous! The beds! Need updating, a foam mattress topper on a tired mattress didn't provide a good sleep. The sofa bed was similarly tired, lots of squeaking springs and uncomfortable. The toaster didn't work, it tripped the electricity each time we tried to use it. We wouldn't consider staying at this apartment again unless these things were rectified.
• Carol (8/5): Would recommend as a place to stay. Massive shoutout for Emanuel who was brilliant and would make the company a first ch - Central location. Private and quiet. Good size Did not impact stay but needs some minor refurbishments such as shower tray drain cover and fridge interior. Would benefit from some basic cleaning equipment such as a mop.

• Konrad (10/5): I had a great time and truly relaxed, enjoying every moment. - Great location , very clean and close to the city center and ferry . It had a cozy Italian style that made the stay special. None
• Anna (5/5): Ok if nothing breaks - Location is really great: you are right in the center of the town, can see the lake from the window, 5 min walk to the ferry station. Spacious apartment. The check-in lady was very nice and helpful. Very inconvenient if you travel with a small kid: getting the stroller up and down the nattow steps is tough + if you want to rent a crib it will cost you 20 euro PER DAY. --- Late check-in fee of 50 euro (after 19.00). --- 2 nights out of 4 the air conditioner didn't work which, during a terrible heat wave, was a torture. You'd think that a property that charges you extra for a check-in after 19.00 would give some sort of a compensation - but nope. For 2 days the property contact was texting us constantly to accomodate 3 different people who would come in and try to repair the air-con. The second day they brought in a portable air-con unit, which was so loud - at night we had to switch it off (and suffer the heat). Technicians left such a smelly mess in the apartment - in the kitchen and the bathroom! No direct contact with the property management throughout all this - we were told to take the matter to Booking.com instead, which we did. After A LOT of back and forth, the property agreed to give a small refund. An air con may disfunction, it happens, but how the management dealt with the issue makes us want to NOT reccomend tbeir property to other travelers.
• Alexander (9/5): Excellent Studio in the heart of Desenzano - The studio was a good size for two people and right in the middle of Desenzano.The ambience of the studio was lovely and the facilities were very good. We were met promptly by Andrelina who was very helpful and informative and easily contactable for any queries and she made sure that the handover was hitch free.There are plenty of interesting places and cafes/restaurants within easy reach and the ferry terminal is a short 5 minute walk away. The only thing for me was the bed which was too soft for my liking but that is purely a personal preference

• Justyna (5/5): disappointed maybe not a good place for families - location was good organization was really hard. We wanted to extend our stay but the property said they cannot do it and we have to call booking, booking said we have to ask property …. in the end of the day we could not stay longer even though the apartment was available . there was a smell of gas around the apartment when using water which is little bit scary and we have got only one small trash bag for family of four , the entry door are totally not comfortable if you have stroller with you
