• Valerio (10/5): Notte perfetta - Camera confortevole, posizione centrale e strategica, caldo senso di familiarità. Water perdeva. Manca la classica bottiglietta d'acqua d'accoglienza. Nonostante le chiavi siano codificate per colore, i colori sono talmente sbiaditi che quasi non si distinguono. Se la tassa di soggiorno è inclusa nel prezzo, vorrei trovarla già nel saldo al momento del pagamento, non scoprire DOPO di doverla ancora pagare.

Bagno necessita di manutenzione: box doccia si sta per rompere, lavandino perde copiosamente acqua per terra.

• Davide (6/5): - Struttura posta a 2 passi dalla fermata metro Amedeo in piazza Amedeo perfetta per visitare Napoli. Lo staff molto accogliente ci ha spiegato tutto per bene giá prima di arrivare e non tutti lo fanno. La stanza si trova all'interno di un palazzo antico ma dentro carina, letto comodo, stanza piccola. Il bagno non ci é piaciuto in quanto lavandino minuscolo, la base della piatto doccia ( I binari ) un pó sporchini e soprattutto lo scarico del bagno perdeva acqua da sopra bagnando per terra.
• Maria Francesca (5/5): Buona posizione ma peccato...da ristrutturare - La posizione, accanto alla funicolare di chiaia, la possibilità di accogliere i cani. La stanza, specialmente il bagno che presenta tracce di usura da umidità, richiede una ristrutturazione. Lo scarico della stanza scorreva, in più non c'è un buon isolamento dai rumori (il bagno della stanza accanto confina con la parete del letto quindi si sente tutto e dalle finestre arrivano i rumori esterni ma per fortuna non affaccia sulla strada). La mancanza di federe ai cuscini aggiuntivi, rendendoli inutilizzabili.

• Liuzzi (6/5): Meglio in foto - Napoli Struttura un po' vecchia, infissi vecchi, bagno ricavato in uno spazietto nella camera, muffe sulle rifiniture della doccia. Disimpegno minuscolo e angusto confinante con un'altra camera da cui di notte abbiamo sentito rientrare e parlare i clienti come se fossero in camera nostra, compreso un cagnolino che guaiva. Portone e pianerottolo sporchi, un vecchio passeggino lasciato lì parcheggiato. Immaginavamo qualcosa di più decoroso.

• Ilaria (8/5): Bel soggiorno - La struttura si trova a pochi passi da piazza Amedeo e dalla metro. La stanza è ottima per 4 persone, il bagno essenziale e pulito. Ottima l’insonorizzazione e la possibilità di usufruire della cucina.

• Tiziana (8/5): Weekend a Napoli - La struttura si trova in una posizione invidiabile. Accanto alla funicolare Chiaia, che porta in solo 4 fermate al quartiere Vomero, e a 100 mt dalla fermata della circumvesuviana Amedeo che porta direttamente alla stazione centrale e collega alle zone più belle della città. La sig.ra Paola davvero gentilissima sia nelle fasi di pre check-in sia per i suggerimenti su ristoranti in zona. Purtroppo le pulizie sia quella di check-in che quelle giornaliere lasciano molto a desiderare. I letti vengono sistemati e non rifatti e la pulizia è carente. Il bagno è proprio piccolino (non agibile per chi è in carrozzina per esempio) e i materassi sono o estremamente molli o estremamente duri. L’armadio è danneggiato e bisogna fare molta attenzione nell’aprirlo e chiuderlo. Tutte cose migliorabili.

• Lucrezia (3/5): La pulizia è importante, come la trasperanza! - La proprietaria si è sempre dimostrata cordiale; la posizione comoda e tranquilla. Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata molto deludente. La camera era visibilmente sporca sin dall’arrivo: capelli per terra, una ciglia finta nella doccia (trovata mentre mi lavavo!), doccia incrostata di calcare nero e sporco anche sotto il lavandino. La mini cucina presentava sporco, così come negli angoli della stanza. La stanza, inoltre, puzzava di sudore ogni volta che veniva chiusa per qualche ora, fin dal primo giorno. Anche la manutenzione era inesistente: lo scopettino del WC era rotto, il lavandino del Bidè si staccava, e le ante dell’armadio erano tutte allentate, ogni mobile sembrava abbastanza precario. Inoltre, contrariamente a quanto indicato nella descrizione, la camera non era affatto insonorizzata: riuscivo perfino a sentire i bracciali della vicina di stanza. Per i primi giorni, nel terrazzo esterno erano presenti sacchi arancioni pieni di lenzuola sporche, lasciati lì in bella vista. Infine, ci è stato chiesto subito il pagamento in contanti della tassa di soggiorno (55€), cosa che ci ha lasciati un po’ perplessi, soprattutto perché non è stata fornita ricevuta. In sintesi: sporco e trascurato. L’aria condizionata a volte faceva rumore come di vento ma molto performente. Le foto rappresentano forse il 10% della situazione, non sono stata abbastanza precisa da farne altre! La struttura si è completamente rifiutata di fornirci un risarcimento.
• fabiano (6/5): Buona posizione - La posizione è buona e tranquilla, hai la funicolare di fianco che a volte sembra averla in camera. La camera è dotata di un mini cucinino dentro un armadio ma onestamente credo serva a poco. Niente macchinetta per il caffè o moka. Il bagno è molto piccolo e senza finestre, anche pulito male, soprattutto la doccia e qualche componente come il rubinetto del bidet. In camera c’è un armadio con anta ribaltabile, nel senso che se non state attenti ve la ribaltate addosso.( mia figlia più piccola è stata la prima a provare questa esperienza)praticamente ci sono due viti avvitate a metà che tentano di tenere nei binari l’anta, ma se viene tirata troppo, si ribalta appunto!

• Edoardo Verniani (8/5): - La stanza molto accogliente, pulita, con tutto il necessario. Zona sicura, struttura chiusa da cancello e portone. Molto efficiente l'aria condizionata, zona silenziosa. Abbiamo dormito molto bene. A dire il vero nulla, se devo fare un appunto, filtrava molta luce dalla base della porta. I guanciali un po' troppo morbidi, sarebbero stati utili anche rigidi.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Great location, beautiful area. Upmarket Naples. - The location was amazing. Beautiful area and next to piazza Amedeo and cable car to Vomero. Note large people might struggle to use the tiny shower cubicle. Large bed bit soft and springy bed but not bad. If you are noise sensitive you heard the rumble of metro but it is Naples and Italy! It didn't bother us. You can also hear neighbors in other apartments, but it is an old, but safe building. That was a tad annoying esp at 1.30 am if other guests return.

• Thomas (7/5): Comfortable safe accommodation in good location. - The room was easy enough to find, look for a small blue sign on the gate post outside where they will meet you on arrival. A short walk to lots of great restaurants and bars, along with amazing shopping. The breakfast in Italy consists of croissant and coffee - so don’t be expecting anything savoury. This hotel uses a local bar 200 meters away which you take a token to for complimentary coffee and croissant. Tip - just sit down outside they will serve you - show them the voucher when you arrive.

Paola was very helpful and when the shower was leaking underneath, she brought a plumber the next morning and fixed it. The amount of keys to get in and out of so many doors. But I understand it’s for our own safety .

• Kim (9/5): Top quality customer service, safe and clean accomodation, great value! - I should mention up front that I was travelling with three friends, all around 60 years of age. This was our last day of a ten day whirlwind Amalfi Coast trip, and we were exhausted. I had some concerns about staying in Naples the night before we flew home - such a big and bustling city, and we spoke very little Italian, but everything fell into place, thanks to our host Polly. The location was good, several cafe's and shopping nearby. Very convenient to train, which we did not use. Polly was excellent to communicate with and super helpful, she even connected me with her associate Vittorio, a guide and interpretor I was able to hire to make a major purchase at a music store across town (my main motivation for staying overnight). For a small fee, he accompanied me by taxi both ways and spent about an hour with me helping to negotiate my purchase. I cannot say enough good things about Polly and Vittorio! The apartment is secure and quiet; small, but efficient. It was a bit tight for four people. but would be perfect for two or even three as there are two single and one full size beds in the room. Plenty of towels and hot water. Upon my request, Polly booked a taxi for us from the apartment to the airport the next morning and arranged for them to accept a credit card since we were were nearly out of euros. The taxi to airport from apartment was $25 euro, taxi from port to apartment the day before was $15 euro. We were not able to use our breakfast vouchers for the cafe nearby, since we had to leave for the airport at 7:30am, the time the cafe opened, but we did find another cafe open earlier across the street to buy coffee. Nothing, it was great.

• Толкын (7/5): it’s ok to stay if you are on a budget - The room was ok, moderately clean Tiny room with kitchen facilities in a tiny cabinet. On pictures, the room looks bigger than in reality. There were some small insects flying in the room.

• d19Australia (10/5): Amazing room and such a wonderful old building. - Polly met us in the street and showed us to the building, as there is no lift she carried my bag upstairs and would also have carried my husbands but he insisted that he could carry it himself. She explained the different keys to use for the different entry ways, gate from street is one colour key, the door to the builiding another colour, etc etc.. It was all written down in English and Italian and she also supplied us with a map of the area and explained where to walk to reach the water front. Polly recommended some restaurants nearby and a place for coffee, "the best coffee in Naples" she said. Our stay has been all too short but very enjoyable.
