• Margarita (10/5): - Отличное расположение, 10 минут пешком до Площади Республики. Просторные комнаты, есть все необходимое. Но самое главное- персонал. Приветливые гостеприимные ребята, откликаются на любую просьбу. Сытный домашний завтрак от настоящей армянской хозяюшки.
• Brigida (2/5): ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE - Il ragazzo della reception ha trovato un adattatore per il mio caricatore appena sono arrivato dato che il mio cellulare era quasi scarico L’orario della colazione era a partire dalle 9, orario improponibile per chi ha una escursione che comincia alle 9/10, la pulizia della camera non avviene ogni giorno, l’host mi ha detto ogni 3 giorni ma nel mio soggiorno di 3 notti guarda caso non hanno mai pulito né cambiato asciugamani e lenzuola, nel bagno la doccia non ha le pareti, quindi dopo esserti lavato dovrai camminare sul pavimento freddo e bagnato per giorni dato che non puliscono quasi mai

• Dina (9/5): Good stay and friendly hosts - Kind and very friendly hosts. The location is superb, you can find everything around from supermarkets to restaurants and transportation. A nice setting on the terrace. The room was spacious and comfortable. It's located next to a dance studio, which got loud with music and noise for a couple of hours every afternoon.

• Farhad (1/5): During my travels to different places, even poor countries, I had never seen so much disorganization and filth all at on - I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at a hotel listed on Booking.com. I spent four nights at this establishment, and the conditions were appalling—far below any acceptable standard of accommodation. The hotel was in a severely dilapidated state and lacked even the most basic facilities. The cleanliness was unacceptable; the entire property was dirty, and garbage was left unattended in common areas. The elevator was either non-functional or inaccessible, and reaching the rooms required climbing numerous stairs, which was never mentioned in the listing. The room itself had only one television, which was broken. Despite the listing advertising breakfast, what was provided barely qualified as such. There were no basic amenities like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, glasses, or even cutlery in the room or in the breakfast area. Communication was another major issue. The person supposedly in charge—Staff —was never available and did not speak English or Armenian, relying solely on gestures to communicate. The location was also misrepresented. The hotel is situated at the end of a run-down alley with no signage, making it extremely difficult to find. I wanted to leave on the first day but was pressured into staying and paying for the full booking. To make matters worse, the hotel charged my account more than the amount confirmed during the booking. This experience was completely unacceptable and felt like a scam. I urge Booking.com to investigate this property and remove it from your listings. I also request a full refund for my stay and reimbursement for the additional charges taken from my account without consent. There was no elevator and long stairs. It had a very bad location at the end of a dead-end street that had no clear signs and was hard to find. The staff spoke neither English nor Armenian. The rooms were dirty and the sheets were dirty. When I said the sheets and pillows were very dirty, they asked me for money to change them and said that they would only change them once during the stay, but because they were so dirty, they changed them. The bed had no blanket and there was no table in the room. The bathroom had no mirror and there was only half a roll of toilet paper until the last day. Breakfast was just a piece of cheese with compulsory red tea without sugar. There was no kettle or tea bag in the room. Even in the kitchen, the noise from the rooms next door could be heard completely, and so did the neighbors outside.

• Gonzalez (2/5): Disapponting - The geographical situation was good! Rooms reasonably comfortable. Whilst the room was reasonably comfortable, the photos of the hotel are misleading. The reality is somewhat different. We ordered a shuttle at the time of booking the hotel (they claim to provide a shuttle service) but upon arrival they told us they had none available. We pressed for a solution because we had written confirmation that they would provide, and they eventually offered a shuttle, but at an extortionate price! I would think carefully before booking this hotel.

• Filipp (4/5): Disappointing - As I arrived, it turned out that my booking was absent in the hotel system. The room they provided me was definitely not the room I booked. I booked "Double or Twin Room" with a nice room on the pictures, with a fridge and TV in a room, "Landmark view" (most likely, it is Saint Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral), Hairdryer etc. The room they provided was definitely a cheeper room with a very dull view, no fridge/TV, a very uncomfortable bathroom (there was water all over the bathroom after I used shower for approx. 6 hours). On top of that, there were no shower gel / shampoo available at the hotel at the day I arrived, they said it would be available next day, so I had it buy everything myself. I understand that it was a cheap accommodation, but I had booked something different if I knew the quality beforehand.

Main door is always open and security or front desk to monitor. No water bottles to room as mentioned, they asking to drink tap water, no daily cleaning, not giving towels .

• Alizade (9/5): Affordable place near the city center. - Our room was large and comfortable. They have a nice kitchen with basic ingredients and appliances to cook. The staff were nice, respectful, and accommodating. On our second day of stay, there were repairments and remodeling in the hotel and lots of noise.
