Gilardoni (1/5): Inadmissible niveau insalubrité - Absolument rien Hôtel à fuir absolument. Nous avons récupéré une première chambre qui avait visiblement uniquement été aspirée à la va-vite. Nous avons croisé l’employé de ménage et avons constaté qu’il n’avait ni changé les draps, ni nettoyé les toilettes, ni lavé la table de nuit encore collante et sale à cause d’un verre posé auparavant. Le sol n’était pas récuré et comportait encore des traces évidentes des précédents occupants. La douche et les toilettes étaient également sales. Nous sommes immédiatement allés nous plaindre à la réception et avons demandé une autre chambre. Malheureusement, la seconde était dans un état encore pire : draps sales, chambre non aspirée, sol non balayé… une catastrophe. Mon conjoint a alors proposé de faire le tour de l’hôtel avec un employé : si une seule chambre propre était trouvée, nous acceptions de rester dormir sur place. Après avoir visité huit chambres différentes, aucune n’était correcte ni propre. Nous avons donc décidé de quitter l’hôtel immédiatement et de faire une réclamation officielle. Un niveau d’insalubrité pareil est tout simplement inadmissible. Je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel dans un état aussi dégoûtant.

First we went to the room we were suppose to go but it was dirty and there were missing towels and bedsheets. The staff got us another room but the exact same thing happened again.

Gallo (7/5): - Die Rezeption war auch spät Nachts besetzt und die Betten sind sauber. Besonders gut haben mir auch die vielen Aufenthaltsbereiche in der Lobby gefallen und es gab eine Bar. In der Nähe gab es einen Supermarkt und ich konnte sehr kurzfristig buchen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top. Die Dusche hatte etwas Schimmel und hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Außerdem war es nervig, dass man für die Toiletten in der Lobby extra einen Schlüssel brauchte.
