• Tanja (8/5): Zentrale Lage in einer der schönsten Städte der Eifel - Die Lage und auch die Größe der Wohnung sind sehr gut. Waren bereits das 2.mal in dieser Wohnung. Leider waren die Mängel vom ersten Aufenthalt immer noch nicht behoben, dass fand ich sehr Schade. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt und es fehlen z.b. ausreichend Tassen, Aufbewahrungs-Servierschüsseln oder diese sind kaputt. Kuchengabeln gibt ed gar nicht. Das wären leicht zu behebene Kleinigkeiten.

• Ulrike (8/5): Um Monschau zu sehen, praktisch und kurze Wege. - Mitten in der Stadt, das war toll! Parkplatz in der Nähe. Ein Ticket wurde vorab besorgt vom Vermieter. Bäcker nebenan. Außentreppe bis in den 3. Stock. Hundeexkremente.
• Stefanie (1/5): Drecksbude in einer wunderschönen Stadt - Die Lage war top. Die Wohnung war pottdreckig. Alle Oberfläche (Schränke, Wohnzimmertisch...) waren mit einem dicken Schmierfilm beschichtet. Die Küchenschränke waren ekelig, das Geschirr fraglich abgewaschen (Kaffeespuren in den Tassen usw.). Das Badezimmer wurde scheinbar seit Wochen/Monaten nicht gewischt. Sobald der Boden feucht wurde lösten sich dicke schwarze Plocken vom Boden. Wir sind so wenig wie möglich in der Wohnung gewesen und vorzeitig abgereist. Das Foto der Wohnung auf der Website entspricht nicht der tatsächlichen Wohnung! Aber der Vermieter hat wohl mehrere.

• Denise (4/5): Dreckig - Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral Es war sehr dreckig. Der Kühlschrank war sehr dreckig. Das Badezimmer hatte ein Duschrollo mit Schimmel und ne tote Motte klebte auch dran. Die Fugen im Bad müssten mal erneuert werden und die Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Spinnenweben hätte man auch mal weg machen können. Die Küchenablagen waren nicht sauber, überall Fingerabdrücke. Dort sollte die Reinigungskraft getauscht werden.
• Wubbinus Gerhardus (7/5): Eenvoudig, net verblijf op een geweldige locatie. Alleen die bank…. - Het appartement ligt midden in het centrum van Monschau, geweldig. Fijne bedden. De tweepersoonsbank bank was anders dan op de afbeelding vooraf. Moet echt vervangen worden. Niemand kon er goed op (blijven) zitten. Gaf rugpijn en je zakte eraf. En geen extra fauteuil. Te weinig zitplaatsen voor ons drieën.

• Soos (7/5): Good for one night - Very good location, nice living room, well equipped kitchen The apartment was very cold, luckily the radiators worked. The bathtowels were washed with softener so they did not take up the water after bathing. There were no shower gel and we did not know we should bring any. The bathroom door is almost transparent, so using the toilet is not very private. Originally i was looking for an apartment to bring along my daughter. She did not join in the end, but i am nit sure she could sleep here as i did nit see enough bedset and beddings.

• Sadiq (8/5): Very good - Big space, clean, a very very friendly neighbourhood Generally the people were very kind and helpful but when we left the apartment the owner wrote us that why did we use more than two beds and more towels. To be fair to the owner, we booked the whole apartment but we said we will be two people and we also used two beds and of course more towels since we took shower. A typical German, who wants to have everything perfect and want to people behave according to german principles.

• Julia (6/5): Basic but central - The appartment is centrally located and well adapted for a small family or a group of friends (wt the sofa bed in the living room). The bathroom (with toilet) had a see through glass door and doesn't close properly which was super odd. Definitely not ideal. The apartment is basic but lacks a bit of a personal touch (e.g. there's a heater for water but no tea bags). We would have felt a bit more welcomed with these little gestures. Also, we had reserved for 3 people but there were only towels for two

• Marek (7/5): Good - It's in the center of a town, the apartment was more than big enough. It's situated above the two pubs, and loud people were drinking on the street till the late night. A dish in the kitchen wasn't clean.
• Ludger (4/5): - Was erwartet man, wenn man ein Appartement mit dem Namen Kaminzimmer Bucht ? Eine gemütliche warme Unterkunft. Und das war hier absolut nicht der Fall. Die Heizung schaffte gerade einmal 14 Grad. Der Vermieter brachte uns dann noch einen zweiten Heizlüfter, der etwas Abhilfe brachte. Als Lösung wollte er ein Tag später beim Fachmann anrufen. Gehört haben wir dann nichts mehr. Eine Unterkunft mit einer so schwachen Heizung (im Winter) hätten wir nie gebucht. Preis daher viel zu teuer.

• Justin (9/5): Super apartment with nice host right in the centre of this pretty town - Great location. Apartment is simple but clean, and functional. Nice that it had a terrace and outdoor table. Beds a little soft for my preference but not uncomfortably so. There was no double bed (two twin rooms). Absolutely fine for us but others may want a double.

• Stuart (10/5): A little Gem - This is a little gem in a gem of a town. Came across it by accident and so glad we did. It has everything you need for your stay. It’s nothing glamorous but very functional and comfortable. A few more glasses and coffee cups would not go amiss but it’s a small gripe!
