• Michaela (9/5): Schön - Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung, gute Lage Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter via WhatsApp taugt mir zwar prinzipiell nicht sehr, hat aber gut geklappt. Schade dass man keinen direkten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat.
• Ada (4/5): Okay for short stays but overall dirty. - Location is good, walkable to many monuments. There are a lot of kitchen utensils available in the apartment pots, pans, mocha pots, plates etc. Plenty of space in the apartment, it’s definitely not a small apartment. The building door is impossible to open we spent at least 10 minutes every time to open the door also last day the apartment door was jammed too, we were locked in the apartment. The shower curtain had black mold on it, generally the whole apartment was not clean. It was really stuffy inside and whenever we opened the windows we had to deal with mosquitoes. There is a small portable air conditioner in the apartment but in the long run it doesn’t do anything because the machine gets really hot really fast. The place that you get the keys from is really far away from the apartment.

• Maria (5/5): - Хорошее расположение . Хороший вай фай . Ключи от апартаментов находятся в 20 минутах от него. Нет чая и кофе . Из-за расположения рядом с каналом , очень сыро . Плохое освещение . И самый большой минус это множество комаров в номере . Нас страшно покусали . Берите с собой репилент .
• Rex (10/5): Venice home - Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, and the apartment was good. The smell of cigarette smoke was the immediate first impression, but thankfully, that dissipated pretty quickly, with some open windows. We used the fold-out couch and could not find the pillows the first night. We later discovered that they were hidden underneath the coach. FAQs, in English and Italian, would be a welcome addition. Perhaps a small binder on the coffee table. Best shower we experienced in Italy! That was a welcomed surprise!
• stefania (6/5): Tutto sommato buono. - La posizione è sicuramente strategica per visitare Venezia. Poco distante da Rialto. La pulizia era scarsa e c’era un forte odore di muffa. I cuscini puzzavano. Dovrebbero lavarli. La posizione sul canale è molto suggestiva, ma, naturalmente, ci sono molte zanzare (ma di questo l’host non ne ha colpa). Portate un repellente e fornelletti antizanzare!
• Elizabeth (4/5): Wouldn’t stay again. - Apartment was central, however wasn’t very clean, behind the main bed was covered in dust- looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. We ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room as I couldn’t stop sneezing due to the dust. There was only an air conditioning machine in the living room and you had to open a window to allow the vent out which meant mosquitos got into the apartment. The shower was good. The lower entrance into the accommodation smelt damp and the overall accommodation had a smell that I couldn't put my finger on, not unpleasant, just not fresh. I wouldn’t stay again. The communication was good.
• Kateryna (6/5): - The apartment has a great location in the center of Venice, with a beautiful view of the canal. You can walk to all the main sights, and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. But the apartment wasn’t very clean. I had to sweep the floor, the air felt stuffy, and the AC was dusty. There were spider webs in the corners. You can’t open the windows in the night because there are no mosquito screens, and I had allergy symptoms during the stay (I’ve never had it before). Pros: central location, canal view, full kitchen, cleaning supplies available Cons: not super clean, no fresh air, no mosquito screens, possible allergy

• Patrick (2/5): recommend this place to your worst enemies - location was interesting the pick up key was 1 mile from the room. this was totally inconvenient and I would never have booked the room if this had been disclosed prior to booking. I did try to cancel the room when I discovered this but the number I was given of the host company cut off (only) five times before I could speak to anyone so I had no choice but to carry on with the reservation which meant walking for an hour with my suitcase to go get the key. I also booked the place specifically for the washing machine - this did not work. there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom and a mosquito got in. overall an experience i would not wish on anyone. the company is obviously running some MBA style efficiency business model with zero regard for clients and is one of the culprits of de-populating Venice for their own profit. should be banned.
• Marina (4/5): Disappointing - The location is great. The apartment looks just like in the photos and is big enought for 3 people. All amenities are good, it has all you need, really well equipted. Great communication with the host. Nice view on the canal. The smell in the apartment. Smells like mold. Also they should consider at least cleaning the bed in the living room. Changing sheets is recommended even if the bad was not used for some time....

• Thais (9/5): Superb - The keys were very easy to find as they were put in a location where the shuttle drops people off from the airport and it wasn't that difficult to carry our 20kg luggage through Venice to reach the apartment. The location wasn't as close to tourist attractions but it was a lovely walk to get from one place to another with luggage storages being near It was an excellent stay with only one issue which was resolved instantly. On our last night, we returned to find that our apartment had no electricity unlike the rest of the flats in the complex. This was quickly resolved by calling the organization and having to switch a few flips here and there, very simple.
• Adrian (7/5): Really enjoyable stay in a great part of the city. Calm but close to the things we wanted to do. - Great location and charming decor and art. The air condition was noisy and required a window to be left open.
• Amer (4/5): - Property is dirty. Pick up key is terrible Property has only portable AC. But they did not install t. I have to open the window . I will not recommend this property. Better find another place
• Susan (7/5): Good Location, the rest of the apartment was clean. Avoid doing laundry. - Lots of room to move around. The plastic shower curtain was disgusting. The washer does not spin dry, so if you want to wash your clothes, plan on them being wet for at least 2 days.

Property is also in a dire need for a deep clean. Shower head broken! Air Con broken! Washing machine broken! Could have stayed in a 5star hostel in better condition.

• Jessica (8/5): - Overall, our stay was pleasant. The apartment with a canal view was very charming and was in a great location. There are only three negatives to mention. 1. Do not accept the pre-arranged water taxi offer. We had heavy bags and prebooked through them, thinking we would get a good deal. We severely overpaid. They charged 100 Euro (!) for a 10 minute ride, that still involved 5 minutes of walking. The overall walk was only 12 minutes. If you can’t make the walk, there are numerous water taxis available for hire day of for only 50 Euro. We felt scammed. Not a great way to start a vacation. 2. If you are above 6 foot tall, you will hit your head on the ceiling beams. My husband is 6’4” and had to walk hunched over the entire visit. 3. Mosquitos. Just be prepared.
• Steven (8/5): Very good - Great location. Charming space in the middle of venice. Very quiet in the evening. Very comfortable bed and bedding. The headroom is limited. Being 190 cm I just didn't fit. If you are taller than about 5' 11' you will have to duck throughout. I realize it was designed when the human race was much smaller overall. Heads up.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good location, helpful company - This apartment is located in a relatively quiet part of Venice. It is a short and lovely walk there from train/taxi/bus if you can handle going over several small foot bridges with steps. It was a good size for three people even while using the sofa bed. As may be common for homes in Venice, some things felt unusual and outdated at first but one accepts this as part of the unique charm of staying in this historic place. The rental company provided helpful directions to the anpartment and information about booking a locker for our luggage, and was quickly responsive to a problem with WiFi. Overall a comfortable and convenient stay.

Unterstützung durch den Anbieter während des Aufenthalts sehr gut. Küchenausstattung mässig - 1 STUMPFES Küchenmesser - kein vernünftiges Schneidbrett.

• Kayli (1/5): Bed bugs!! Terrible experience. Ruined our trip. Owner was not helpful. - the location was in a good area. we had an awful experience with bed bugs. My boyfriend and myself woke up with bites covering our body and when we lifted the sheet we saw all these red spots resembling blood. There was even some blood spots on the blanket and pillow. Management sent a cleaning crew over to “assess the situation” and they didn’t want to admit there was a problem even though the bed was clearly dirty. The apartments ac unit was not working, so the apartment was warm and musty. There was mold on the shower tiles and the curtain looked like it needed to be updated. Management was unable to provide us with another place to stay for the duration of our trip and we were pretty much told we could just leave an book another hotel on our own. We had to go to a self service laundromat to wash all our clothes since it has been in the same room as the bed bugs and we were told that we would be reimbursed for this problem however owner still hasn’t acknowledged doing so. On top of all this the owner did not want to compensate our stay. They only offered a refund for the days that we wouldn’t even be in the room since we checked out early and went elsewhere. Not a good way to handle a situation. One last thing to add is that like other reviews of this place it would’ve been better for the owner to highlight that the keys are not in the same area as the apartment. The keys have to be picked up in a separate location that is about a 15min walk from the apartment. Bed bugs are the worst thing for a business to have. Absolutely would never come back nor recommend. We really wasted a whole day of our vacation. It’s not worth it.
