Comfortable room but the furniture did not work together. The chair was so low I had to put 3 pillows on it to be able to work on my laptop on the desk.

• Julian (9/5): Comfortable, quirky, fun. - Breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately I was only staying one night while driving back to England from Southern Italy. However, I would like to have stayed longer. The room was rather quirky and fun. There was a separate walk-in closet with plenty of room for suitcases. There was a kettle and a selection of teabags, and also a Nespresso machine. The shower was very good and large enough (I have arthritis and I'm not very flexible). There was secure private parking close to the rooms. The staff were very helpful. I would have liked a comfortable armchair to sit in and read. However, this is not something that you usually find in Italy. Really there was nothing much not to like.

• Tal (10/5): - The hotel is located in the heart of old town Ivrea, short walking distance from stores and restaurants. The hotel itself was so beautiful and comfortable, decorated so nicely, everything was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious! The staff were warm and welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. Ivrea in general was a nice surprised and looked like a really cool place! We only stayed there for one night "on the way" and I was sad we didn't have more time to experience the old town and perhaps more. Everything was perfect!

• Francesca (6/5): Buona struttura per un breve soggiorno - Colazione buona. C'è un'adeguata scelta di prodotti, anche salutari, come frutta, yogurt a torte fatte in casa. E' possibile optare per una colazione salata. Purtroppo, se si arriva dopo le 7.30 è difficile trovare posto per sedersi all'esterno, in quanto la veranda è davvero piccola. Camera e bagno ampi. La struttura è in pieno centro, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato. E' possibile parcheggiare internamente alla struttura, a pagamento. Abbiamo apprezzato la cabina armadio. La nostra camera era a tema carnevale. Abbiamo trovato dei vestiti di carnevale appesi per far notare il tema della camera. Abbiamo ritenuto che potevano anche non esserci, in quando raccolgono solo polvere e rimpiccioliscono la camera. Inoltre uno dei cuscini del letto era completamente inadeguato, troppo morbido, da influire sulla qualità del sonno in modo negativo.

Az étterem aljàban van egy különàllo étterem, nagyon régen ettem ilyen finom Cezar salàtàt, mint amit ott vacsoràztam. A Hotel gyönyörüen berendezett, kényelmes, a szoba meleg volt, nagyon tetszett a szobàban a fürdö kialakitàsa :-). A reggeli nagyon böséges és finom volt, az üvegfalalkon közben lehett a tàjban gyönyörködni. A kiszolgàlo személyzet nagyon baràtsàgos és segitökész, folyamatos volt a kommunikàcio. Mivel via Francigenànk gyalogoltunk, What`s Appon intrukciokat adtak, hogyan talàlunk oda legkönyebben a Hotelhez. Be és a ki csekkolàs egy pillanat müve volt. Csak ajànlani tudom.

• Citi (10/5): Un soggiorno perfetto - L'hotel sembra uscito da una fiaba: è tutto pieno di piante, c'è un profumo buonissimo che pervade i corridoi e le stanze ed è decorato con estrema attenzione e gusto. Lo staff è disponibile e professionale e in particolare Michelle è di una gentilezza incredibile: sa come farti sentire a casa. Colazione buonissima e tutto super pulito. Siamo stati davvero benissimo! ❤️

• Alina (9/5): - La struttura e bellissima, molto ben curata. Purtroppo, nel palazzo in cui si trova la struttura ricettiva, al pianterreno c’è un bar/pub. Nei weekend, quando chiude tardi, è molto difficile riposare o addormentarsi prima dell’1:00AM, soprattutto se si ha una stanza proprio sopra.
