• ELENA (10/5): PERFECT! 5*+ - A wonderful place, 2 minutes walk from a very nice and safe beach. Everything is exactly as in presentation photos: spacious, modern, clean villa, with a big leavingroom and a perfect kitchen downstairs. Upstairs, there are 3 big bedrooms, each one with its own dressing and bathroom. Outside is a very nice terrace with an infinity pool and o the roof, a nice relaxing area with jacuzzi. Couldn't ask for more!

• Andra (9/5): - We rent 2 villas. Very nice one of the villas, the cameras big and clean. The location is nice, but to the first supermarket you need to walk like 12 minutes. But the beach is very close and Tulum beach bar is very nice. It's not actually a luxury villa, but it's still nice.

• Diana (7/5): W sumie pobyt udany, ale w standardowej cenie tej willi bym nie wynajęła. - Duża przestrzeń, piękne widoki na morze z tarasu. 3 sypianie z dość dobrą dźwiękoszczelnością, więc każdy mógł się czuć komfortowo. Za taką cenę poza sezonem można wynająć. Willa już dawno nie miała remontu, nawet „kosmetycznego” (porysowane i popękane ściany, poplamiona podłogą i blaty, krzesła, stoły i szeslongi na zewnątrz są zardzewiałe i zdecydowanie wymagają wymiany). Część kołder też miała plamy niewiadomego pochodzenia. Przy zameldowaniu czekały na nas resztki brudnej wody w jakuzzi, więc musieliśmy samodzielnie dokończyć sprzątanie (większość kontrolek w jakuzzi również nie działa, jak i „bąbelki” są tylko po jednej stronie). Brakuje części półek w lodówce, tępe noże oraz małe mrówki na całym parterze. Niby miało być sprzątanie basenu w trakcie naszego pobytu, ale nikt się nie pojawił.

• Bettina (7/5): War ok aber habe es mir etwas moderner und besser eingerichtet vorgestellt - Jacuzzi super, Pool auch, kurzer Weg zum Strand, es hat einen Geschirrspüler Betten nicht bequem, sehr weich, es war nicht richtig dunkel im Zimmer, Sofa alt, alles sehr lieblos, einfach alles weiß, Küchenausstattung sehr dürftig, keine Bodylotion, Esstisch draußen und Stühle dreckig, jacuzzi roch nach 6 Tagen muffelig, Wein war auch eher schlecht und könnte man sich sparen

• Daria (8/5): - Miejsce idealne na wypad z rodziną lub przyjaciółmi. Ogromna przestrzeń wspólna w domu, fajny basen, piękny widok z tarasu na samej górze domu oraz jacuzzi. W domu znajduje się wszelki potrzebny sprzęt do gotowania. Bezproblemowy i bardzo szybki kontakt z obsługą. Dużym plusem jest bliska odległość od ładnej plaży oraz dzielony na trzy pokoje taras z wygodnymi kanapami i krzesełkami. Czystość w domu. Na pierwszy rzut oka wszystko było w porządku, natomiast pod narzutą oraz kanapami w salonie niestety znajduje się sporo śmieci. Jacuzzi nie było wyczyszczone przez naszym przyjazdem, natomiast po kontakcie z obsługą udało się z niego skorzystać. Stolik i krzesła na górnym tarasie również do wymiany, nie dało sięna nich bezpośrednio siadać, bo wbijały się kawałeczki plastiku lub farby w nogi. Stoł i krzesła w części basenowej pordzewiałe, wymagają wymiany.

Full equipped, nice cutlery,washing machine and dishwasher. All bedrooms are in suite. Good size pool and roof veranta with jacuzzi. Really nice place for holidays. It's pity that is was not clean enough. It definitely need better care.
• Susan (7/5): Big but basic and lacking in comfort - Big spacious house. Comfortable beds. Washing liquid and dishwasher tablets left. Good communication and easy check in. Short walk to a lovely beach. Lots of towels and good beach towels. A tea towel would have been great. Lacking in some basic kitchen equipment like a chopping board. None of the curtains draw properly in any of the bedrooms so pointless blackout. The doors on the shower in the main bedroom are missing and consequently the whole floor including the bedroom get soaked. Also the main bedroom en-suite has walls of non frosted glass which is a bit strange. The hot tub was lovely but the controls are broken and it was impossible to turn down the heat. It was hotter than my normal bath and the children couldn’t get in. The main bedroom has a king size comfortable bed but the bedding, bottom sheet and duvet were only double in size. As we were there in April it was cold in the evenings and meant we were in the sitting room. The 2 sofas were very basic and uncomfortable.

• Ruth (10/5): Wunderbarer Luxus 10/10 - Riesen Villa geschmackvoll eingerichtet in herrlicher Lage und Ausblick. Die Aussicht war besonders nett im Jakuzzi zu genießen. Auch der 1min entfernte Aiga Triada Beach ist der schönste Strand weit und breit. Auch können schöne Küstenspaziergänge in beide Richtungen unternommen werden. wunschlos glücklich, besonders als wir die Klimaanlage durchschaut haben
• Maria Larkin (7/5): Great March escape - The garden and pool were picturesque. We could also hear the stormy sea, which was therapeutic. We appreciated the large covered patio – great for both hot and rainy seasons. Mattresses were amazing. No jokes, had some of the best sleep metrics there. The closeness to the beach is one of a kind. If you are more about sea than pool swims, do not miss this villa. The pool is large and in perfect condition. The wood flooring is unique, and we loved walking on it. Jacuzzi is also a rare find, and a good one ;) You would definitely hold the memories of getting a massage under the starry sky very close to your heart. Michalis was always there and did his absolute best when we needed him. Probably the fastest hospitality team I have seen in my 10 years renting around CY. Overall, it is indeed a solid property, just needs some tweaks. Whilst the list looks long, it is nothing that cannot be fixed for the next guests. Evidently, the villa needs refurbishing. The walls are dirty, and you can see cracks here and there. When we arrived, the jacuzzi was in a semi-disassembled state. One of the sinks was leaking. The garden furniture (the one you see in the picture for the upstairs patio) was trashed by cats and couldn’t be used. Bedsheets had spots. I can’t say the villa was the cleanest overall. We had issues with the oven. When we managed to bake our dinner, we had to improvise too because there were no gloves. Kitchen missed stuff here and there. We ended up just buying a cutting board, because we had a hospitality team come and resolve issues daily. The air conditioning did not work for half of our trip. Showers lacked doors, and every wash-up ended in a flood. Some spotlights were constantly blinking. I also recommended sorting out pictures on booking.com. It is now evident that those are a mix of 2-3 villas. Seeing what you exactly get resolves the expectation vs reality moment before it happens.

It’s very convenient that each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and suitable for both everyday cooking and longer stays. The host is responsive and communication was easy. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

• Keith (5/5): Could be better with some TLC - Location Design Dishwasher/washing machine The hot tub was broken with panels missing and sharp edges (very dangerous) especially if there was small children.. The water was stagnant, green, dirty, smelt awful and unusable Plastic grates around the pool were miissing and again very dangerous. The bedding and towels were stained and we had to buy 2 new pillows and cases for each room as there was only 2 per room The blinds downstairs did not retract Shower door missing in 1 room which left water all over the bathroom floor when used Headboards covered in dust. Curtains in bedrooms were falling off. Sofa was stained and full of crumbs inbetween the cushions. Overall cleanliness wasn't great No instructions to open rear gate When calling the host to report all these issues there was no answer.

• Tauscher (8/5): Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger, angenehmer Lage mit Luft nach ↗️ - Die Lage ist toll => man kann einige schöne Strände und Buchten, Bars, Restaurants und einen Supermarkt fußläufig erreichen. Villa Seaview ist ruhig gelegen, doch mit dem Auto ist man schnell in sehr belebten Gebieten. Die Raumauffteilung ist schön und großzügig. Es wurde an vieles Gedacht... Die Gäste dieser Saison haben überall ihre Spuren hinterlassen, schmutzige Wände, kaputte Zimmertür und Kühlschrankfächer, fehlende Adapter für den TV, die sehr einfachen Sonnenschirme passen nicht zum Ambiente des Hauses, für Housekeeping scheinbar zu wenig Zeit und die Ausstattung der Küche dürfte gern etwas umfangreicher sein. Im Jacuzzi muss das Wasser getauscht werden. Bzw braucht man das Teil unserer Meinung nach nicht...

• Rachel (9/5): We loved it!! - Lovely villa in a great location. Very clean and spacious. Any issues we did have were resolved very quickly with the villa company. They were really helpful.
• Dominika (9/5): - Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Czysty basen, dużo przestrzeni. Dogodna lokalizacja blisko morza. Awaria prądu w niedzielę. Brak kontaktu z kim kolwiek. Jedzenie w lodówce trzeba było wyrzucić. W jacuzzi działały hydromasaże tylko z jednej strony.
• Maryia (9/5): Totally cool, great time here - Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The nearest beach is not the best, but it’s only 2min walk. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and worked properly. Would totally stay again Please do smth about the stairs, which are super slippery. Jacuzzi is on the top floor, so quite quickly the stairs become wet. 2 of as fell on these stairs quite hard. It would be enough to put some rubber carpets at least

• Predrag (8/5): - Generally the stay in house was pleasant, regardless of the downsides. The house have enought space for fun and great pool. If house is on good discount, in that case is good value for price. Communication with host was excellent. The traces of long use can be seen and it is time to fix some things. Not all jets in the jacuzzi work and in some rooms there are no glass doors on the shower cabin and the water comes out. Towels were not changed for the entire period of 8 days.

• Dotan (10/5): חוויה מושלמת - וואוו, הכל! דירה מהממת, התמונות באתר הן בדיוק מה שקיבלנו במציאות. מיקום מעולה, וילה מרווחת, בריכת גלישה נקייה ומסודרת, חדרים מרווחים, מטבח מאובזר הגישה לג׳קוזי לא נוחה. אין חדרים בקומת קרקע, לא מתוכננות לבעלי נגישות.

• DemetraDem (9/5): - Great location, just 5 mins walk to Ayia Triada beach. Great architecture/layout of house. Rooms were big all on suite and very comfortable. Large spacious kitchen/diner/lounge. Great pool area. We stayed for 6 nights and the pool technician visited scheduled cleaning of pool. We loved it so much that we booked again for next year. The cleaning could be better throughout. At pool area under sunbeds there were shot glasses and cigarette butts from the last occupant. In the roof terrace where the jacuzzi was, it had not been cleaned at all, a lot of dust and a beer can from previous occupants. Some of the lightbulbs were blown and have not been replaced - especially pool area. Rusty table outside at pool area ought to be replaced. Cooking pans could also do with being replaced. The blinds were missing some parts. They should also have a separate broom and mop for indoors, so that dont need to use the one for indoors and outdoors. Some of the bedding also should be washed better or replaced.

• Matthew (7/5): Great place, poorly managed. - Location is great, space was lovely, pool was fantastic for the family Roof terrace wasn’t clean, broken glass all over the floor. No toilet rolls downstairs and no kitchen bin? Also the outdoor lights weren’t working so couldn’t enjoy the outside space at night. No responses from the staff all weekend until after we’d left. Really spoilt what I clearly a very nice villa.

• Anna (9/5): An amazing time in a beautiful, modern villa - Stayed in Sunflower villa, in Feb. The place was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Loved the location close to the beach, walking distance to the village- and the sea views were fab… Not used the pool as it was cold, but looked clean and well maintained, BBQ seemed fine too. Good communication with the host. As some reviews mentioned - only half of the jets were working in a hot tub and there were minor maintenance issues like eg. blinds down in places. Cats were present in the garden incl pool area, but none of it spoilt our time there!

The Location is excellent 2 mins walk to the sandy beach of agias triada. 2 mins drive to the nearest supermarket & a Zorbas bakery. A beautiful villa with amazing facilities. Private Pool & hot tub with panoramic sea views. Beautifully simplistic large bedrooms, comfortable beds & all with excellent ensuite shower rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,washing machine/drier & literally everything else needed to cook at home. Electric gates with off road,secure parking on a small development of similar villas. Smart TV & good WiFi. The tiled areas around the hot tub can become very slippery (there are warnings about this). The addition of some non/anti slip material around the hot tub area would be beneficial(sold in Jumbo 😉).

Lidt problemer med at få aircon til at varme og udendørsspaen var gammel og nogle af funktionerne virkede ikke men bortset fra det var det super lækkert og vi fik meget hurtigt hjælp en dag der var myrer på besøg i køkkenet. Absolut et sted vi ville besøge igen
• Meegan (6/5): Pleasant - Views were great. The space inside for a big family was good. Pool etc was clean, and the location was great. They provided a baby cot and high chair which was great. A lot of things were broken... towel rails, shower doors, toilet paper holders. The one bedrooms bed was extremely soft which wasn't comfortable at all. There was no toaster and even though they tell you to send them whats apps if you need anything there was no reply. We got a great price and were all very excited but were a bit let down by these things.
• Hodonsky (1/5): Won’t be back - Location No communication after check in. Blood on the bathroom doorway Water in wall sockets by electricity. No first world country should have this issue. Whole Villa smells like deas body if you turn on the refrigerator LED motion sensors make sleep impossible. Goes off randomly and will wake you up it’s so bright. 1 in every room, multiple in hallways and main areas… worried about hidden cameras All showers leak water everywhere so much it pours out of the bathroom to the main room…. don’t bother with socks here, they will just end up soaked if you have any personal hygiene at all Ants everywhere Stolen towels from hotels and resorts. Mold in the coffee maker Broken blinds (or just useless) Covered balcony door with a closet Walls are thin, can hear neighbors at normal levels, if there is music next door don't plan on sleeping. SPA is essential useless WiFi not working for internet TV not functional Beds are very low quality. Cant be bothered to have fitted sheets even…. Would be surprised if they washed them even 4 towels for a 3 bedroom/4bathroom place we were staying in for 5 days. Has clearly not been cleaned between guests. Smart house feature don’t actually work. Security system is just for looks. Maintenance man showed up unscheduled… was waiting outside out villa for us to “fix” the LEDs… but he’s have had to dismantle the security system. So they left because it was our final day and wasn’t something they we’re familiar with No pillow cases for half the pillows
• Tanja (8/5): Great stay next to the beach - Great location with a couple of steps to the beach, modern villa design It’s a bit away from restaurants and entertainment; other than that the was a bunch of things broken/missing in the villa, such as no tv, a shower door or enough toilet paper. There was still balloons and empty cups in the garden from the last guests :) Limited privacy in the pool area

• Rik (7/5): A nice enough two weeks, good location but wouldn't rush back to this place. - The villa was good, a decent location, spacious, fairly well equipped. Minimally furnished - bedrooms had no chairs, tables or mirrors to sit at, put things on, get ready. Very little in the way of colour, warmth or homely/personal touches to make it feel like it's your home for a fortnight. As the kids said, it's a white Minecraft house. But it's a modern holiday rental so maybe that's just the vibe. Maintenance - the jacuzzi was out of action for two days when we arrived, the downstairs blinds were broken, various other small things needed fixing. The jacuzzi, once operational, needed refilling every day as we would fill it each evening but by the following evening it would be half-empty again - no idea if this is normal. Privacy - people from/representing the management company would just turn up unannounced and let themselves in without even ringing the doorbell, despite the T&Cs saying "we will never enter the villa without your prior agreement unless in an emergency", and try to take things from the villa. Outdoor space - it's all a bit cramped, with rusty metal furniture (metal? In this climate??) all jammed in with no greenery, security cameras everywhere watching you. The pool is small and shallow, at least in comparison to other villas we've stayed in. It all just feels like "pack as many properties onto the land as possible".

• Alexandros (9/5): We had a lovely time, we really enjoyed the pool and the quiet of the house. The staff were very responsive whe there wa - The pool was nice, the home was pretty, all appliances functional and in good condition. It wasn’t very clean, there were hair everywhere inside the house, we found dirty beach towels in the cupboard and outside in the garden planters there were dead pigeons, garbage, food, skewers and cigarette buds.

• Pelekis (5/5): Passable - Great location. We were disappointed with our recent stay due to several issues. The pool and jacuzzi were not functioning properly throughout our visit, which was a major letdown even though it was fixed the next day. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning for three nights made the experience quite uncomfortable as the temperature can reach 40 degrees. These issues significantly affected our enjoyment and fell short of our expectations. We got a refund for a night even though we agreed that we would gat a refund for each night we could not use the air condition.

• Alison (9/5): Excellent Villa for a family in an excellent location. - Large Villa, very spacious. Great pool. Very comfortable beds. Fantastic location. Furnishings were good quality. No instructions on how to work any of the appliances. No toaster. One mattress was soiled but was offered a new mattress or a protector so the issue was resolved. A lot if wear and tear in the Villa but nothing that would put me off going again.
