Besonders schön war der Ausblick – wirklich beeindruckend und perfekt zum Entspannen. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Fadi (1/5): The Worst Hotel Experience - Firstly, there are no large towels available for the shower. This is a basic necessity that every hotel should provide, and its absence has made my stay quite uncomfortable. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that no slippers were provided, which I consider a standard amenity. The situation in the bathroom is equally frustrating. There are no holders for toothbrushes or toothpaste, which forces me to leave these items on the sink. This is both inconvenient and unhygienic. Furthermore, there are no hangers for clothes, making it impossible to properly store my belongings. Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing, and this is by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I urge you to address these issues promptly to improve the quality of service for future guests.

Mohamad (4/5): Property with an identity crisis between hotel & residence, with no respect to hospitality etiquette - The view / scenery The interior design of the room (modern, plenty of storage space, kitchenette) When I arrived, they told me that the room with a sea view that I booked is not available, and they offered me an alternative one that is larger with parking view. When I told them I don't accept, all of sudden my original room became available again, and they gave it to me. Other issues I faced: - When I entered my room, there was no towels nor other disposable accessories (like dental kit). I had to ask for them. - When I asked about the gym access, he said I can use it once per stay (I was staying for 4 nights), although this restriction was not mentioned at the time of booking. When he saw me very surprised, he said he will manage it for me and allow me to use it more than once, and he was citing the reason being a different ownership and management for the gym (which is obviously not something they should involve guests in). - Almost every time I call the reception, they take time to answer and they don't have quick service as compared to other hotels. We have to call more than once sometimes because they forgot our orders. - I asked for an iron. They gave me one, but they told me to return it after use, as they don't have many. - I went once to check the breakfast, and told the lady I just want to have a look before I decide if I want to take it. She answered in a rude and unprofessional way. - For the safe in the room, they told me it has a pre-set password and they gave it to me, which is weird / unsafe.

RIMA (6/5): - Very poor management!!!! Noise and party policy is until 12:30am and can extend beyond morning hours out of control. Amenities are poor and cheap ended up buying our own soap and supplies. TV didn't work and couldn't be fixed. Kitchen sink faucet broke off splashing the place with water, checked out and still wasn't fixed. Had to plead for cleaning as we were informed that cleaning is not offered daily. Very disappointed!!! The location has a nice view but the roads are very difficult to get to it with some dangerous turns especially at night. Front desk staff are kind and nice but overall will not be back nor recommend it to anyone.

Except a few minor issues faced, the room was confortable Staff was not professional (picked up a fight with one another in front of the guests, and didnt prioritize the new guests arrival). The manager was very condescending with his team, and never said hello whenever we saw him. The room that i have booked was overlooking the parking and another building so there was no privacy, and it was loud, staff was nice enough to provide an upgrade to a seaview room. Internet connection was unstable. Cable tv was not working, staff spent 30 min to fix a very basic issue. Room was very dusty, the balcony door was left partially opened. I had to remove the dust myself from the surfaces. Balcony door lock didnt work. No proper water pressure for the shower. And right after showering, there was a strong smell of moisture which lasted a day.

The room was very clean and the building as well as the furniture are in excellent condition. The staf is very friendly, Elias was super helpful. We will hopefully be back during summer to enjoy the pool and lovely garden and view! It’s also very close to 2 small shops and a mall Storium Saliba. They were also able to provide a hair dryer when we asked for one. All in all it was very lovely and peaceful
