- Shelli (10/5): - Such a great place! We had the suite with a kitchenette and were beyond happy with the layout and items provided, comfy beds, and quiet. Close to restaurants, shopping and a hop skip away from Port Washington where we spent alot of our time. But the biggest win for this place was their staff! Everyone of the girls we interacted with were always so cheerful and went above and beyond to make our stay great. We will definitely be back here!

- Megan (6/5): Stayed for a week - I went for a week class at Concordia Wisconsin and brought my family along. It was very cozy and nice. When we arrived though our room wasnât really cleaned, garbage still in the trash containers and the floors were dirty. Also, our tv did not work properly and we could not get any shows that went along with the guide. Other than that the front desk staff was very accommodating and the stay very cozy. The kids loved the pool.

If on the other hand you don't enjoy taking 2-3 minutes *per appendage* to rinse off the soap then you would do well to find another hotel.

JUST DO NOT GET THE SIDE OF THE HOTEL THAT IS BY THE FREEWAY, ITS SO LOUD. If you just ask to be on the other side they will gladly give you a room on the other side!

- Robin (8/5): - The room was great. The shower head not the greatest. Very clean. However, our room was right next to the highway and the road noise is very hard to sleep through. That being said, the hotel did offer for us to switch rooms. We decided since we only had 2 more nights to just stick it out. We turned on the exhaust fan under the microwave for some âwhite noiseâ and that helped. The staff was VERY friendly. Breakfast was good. Pool was warm ,thank goodness. Overall we would definitely stay again but make sure to get a room not along the highway.

- marthab108 (8/5): Great staff! - The people at this place are SO GREAT! We have stayed here twice while my husband had medical issues. The Nurse at Aurora told us about this place as giving some discounts for patients families. Not cheap by any means but the kindest and most generous and concerned staff at desk and breakfast. Robin and her gang make this place for sure. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Need anything because you forgot it? They have stuff,! As We arrived in a panic because of a health issue second time, called and they got us a room, toothbrush, toothpaste and have always asked about our loved one. Nice breakfast, decent coffee. Marriott take notice of these sweet, kind people. They deserve kudos. Oh. I forgot. There are cookies!

We stayed 5 nights and had a horrible time sleeping. The hotel is right off the freeway and the noise was terrible. We will now only accept a room towards the back of the hotel and on the side away from incoming traffic. We tried to change rooms but the hotel was full

- Catherine (10/5): Exceptional - GOOD BREAKFAST, CLEAN ACCOMODATIONS, GREAT STAFF. CLEAN POOL. NICE PARKING & GOOD FOR FAMILIES & BUSINESS FOLKS. Need more Luggage trollies. Assistance for those Handicapped. Power went out during the day. Not due to weather.
- Dennis (3/5): Not so Much !!! - Not much ! It was just bad that the power was out and we could not check in until late that night ! Where's the back up generator for this !! The bathroom door would not even close and the TV was in a terrible place , no plastic glasses to even have a drink of water without using the glass ones in the cupboard ! Air conditioner would not come on and it took quit a lot to figure it out ! And I can't believe in this day and age that a place of this size would not have a back up generator of some sort ! I believe that I should be refunded part of my money since we couldn't even check in until late that night , so , NO I'm not happy with my stay ! Even only being able to use the room for a very short time and in my belief , I wasted my money ! Had I been able to get my money back and went somewhere else , I most definitely would have !!!!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good with road noise. - Nice room set up. Very clean. Good bathroom. Too loud next to the interstate which was on our side of the building. Surprising since this is not an old building. Staff really nice and helpful. Would stay again, but only on the other side of the facility.

- Bonnie (4/5): Grafting, WI - Rooms are small. The bathroom shower had a constant drip landing on the metal drain cover. Sounded like a bell ringing. We had asked to have the bed made and the towels refreshed every day while we were there and that didnât happen. If the hotel isnât cleaning everyday, they should reduce the cost.
- Karen (6/5): Cooktops=Sleepless night - BewareâŚrooms are lovely but contain a cooktopâŚand very sensitive smoke detectors. Someone in the building set them off while cooking..,,everyone evacuated. Turns out after talking to a firemanâŚthis happens often enough. It was 10:30 pmâŚfelt so bad for families with small children.
