• AZUCENA (8/5): - Situación y amplitud Algún gel de baño o amenities de cortesía. Faltaba alguna almohada extra. Todo lo demás estupendo.

El agua caliente difícil de regular, cambiaba continuamente de temperatura. El soporte de ducha tampoco funcionaba en altura. Echamos de menos geles y champú para el baño.

• Rosario (5/5): Me esperaba el apartamento mejor, pero el dueño muy amable y atento - La situación, es muy céntrico Bastantes cosas del mobiliario defectuosas, limpieza regular tirando a suciedad sobretodo en el baño , que cambien las toallas son super viejas.

Pochissima insonorizzazione dall’esterno e trovandosi sopra una delle vie centrali di Granada di notte abbiamo riscontrato davvero tanto rumore e schiamazzi. Inoltre le forniture dell’appartamento molto essenziali: un asciugamano a testa.

El alojamiento muy céntrico, caminando hemos ido a Plaza Nueva, carrera del Darro, paseo de los tristes, Albaicin , sacramento y por supuesto la Alhambra que cogimos el micro bus en plaza Nueva. El transporte público en Granada excelente
• Ana Isabel (8/5): ubicacion excelente. - Ubicación excelente. Buen tamaño de apartamento. Estuvimos muy comodos un poco ruidosa la habitación que daba a la calle trasera. Me dijo que tenia que salir de la casa antes de las 11 y a las 10:30 ya estaba la limpiadora allí ( muy simpática, se espero ) Nos fuimos a las 10:40 h
• Paula (9/5): - Es muy céntrico. El agua de la ducha cambia de estar muy caliente a estar muy fría, no había punto intermedio. No había tostador. Alguna de las toallas estaban sucias.

• Paula (8/5): Amazing location and very comfortable - Amazing location on Calle Recogidas. The beds were super comfortable (even though the double could be bigger) and the apartment was very clean.

To get to location, it is mandatory to pay in advance only through Booking.com. Any other interaction with the staff is not possible. Also, NO other form of payment (cash or card) is accepted. I have notified this aspect, considering the numerous problems in the management of payments and locations directly through the Booking platform, the insecurity of transactions of this kind, but without any success. Once you get to location, you find that you have no toiletries of any kind, the towels are dirty, as well as other aspects related to hygiene. All kinds of restrictions are imposed on you, which you are not aware of until after you make the payment. Lack of transparency in communication.

• Samantha (6/5): Pleasant - Location was just perfect. Easy and handy. Toilet was really bad as shower door was broken and we couldn’t take shower without turn the floor into a swimming pool. Marco was contacted and he assured he was going to change it.

• David (10/5): Apartment matches the nice pictures. - This is a clean, well cared for property in a good neighborhood. Very close to tourist sites and good restaurants. Beds are comfortable. Nothing
• Almas (7/5): Pleasant apartment, short distance for all amenities. - The property was close to all amenities, a short walk from all shops and food places. The apartment was light and airy, it had all the basic necessities. The owner was helpful when I messaged to ask how the washing machine worked, he did reply in a message and explained how to use it. I found it annoying that we had travelled from England to Seville and then we took a bus to Granada which is another three hours. We walked approx 15-20 minutes to the property in the blazing heat (42 degree with two children). However, after reaching the property we weren’t allowed in, the owner of the property sent a link for us to do the check-in online, which meant putting in all of our personal details including passport information. This was all done in the middle of the street, where people were busy shopping around (the property is next to Zara). I would have preferred if the owner had sent the check-in request before arriving at the property, as it was a struggle after travelling all night and most part of the day in this heat. We never met the owner, he sent us a link to show how to get into the property and how to use the air condition. I would also suggest that the owner needs to change the pillows asap. Our pillows were all yellow and mouldy and my husband likes an extra pillow when sleeping and there were two extras without covers, both terribly stained yellow and mouldy.
