Efficient Heating and Hot water much need as very cold few days. Very quiet at night other than the sound of the sea. Parking space opposite the front door. All good

- Yvonne (10/5): I can’t imagine there’s a better place to stay in North Berwick - The best location. Everywhere was just a few minutes walk away. Every window had a sea view. A window seat in the living room was perfect for just gazing out to sea. Perfect size for 4 people One of the mattresses could do with changing, a couple more hand towels would’ve been useful and a few areas needed a bit of a clean but nothing that would stop us staying there again. We loved it.
