Aufgrund der Lage an der Hauptstraße war es sehr laut, auch nachts bei geschlossenem Fenster - dies sollte man bedenken

Bellissima anche la comodità di entrare con il PIN senza usare chiavi. Avrei voluto avere qualche asciugamano in più, soprattutto qualche tappetino per le docce.

Przydałyby się dodatkowe koce do przykrycia w okresie jesienno-zimowym, bo na początku listopada noce są już chłodne, a w mieszkaniu nie ma ogrzewania :)

• Kieron (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a central location with incredibly accommodating hosts. - Entry to the flat was seamless, managed via a remote lock and easy-to-use app, which made coordinating access between our group of eight much simpler. The app worked perfectly throughout our stay and took the hassle out of key sharing. The property itself was spacious, bright, and well laid out — ideal for a group of friends. We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the stay together.

It was a great experience. - Location was great and since it’s an apartment, we got to have some privacy - our kids are getting big so they can take care of themselves. And it was clean. The water pressure. Although I know it’s common in Europe not to have a pressure shower, I would not want to shower if it was winter time. And I felt that the bed was a bit too old and gave me backache.

The host was responsive and helpful. The cleaning lady was kind and thorough. We wished for more extra toilet paper. Other than that, perfect!

I had a cold, so I spent my nights on the sleeper sofa, which was very comfortable. It seemed whatever we needed was there. I appreciated the easy communication with the hosts, as well as their recommendations for a place to eat tapas and marketing. I would stay there again without hesitation. Nothing.

• Festum (5/5): Only suitable for staying in winter - It's very convenient to use the link to open the door, and the location is not bad even though I only take taxis when I go out. The air conditioner in the living room functions essentially as an electric fan making living room, hallway, kitchen, and toilet extremely hot and unbearable. The doors to both bedrooms are somewhat faulty, making them difficult to open and close.

Great breakfast/lunch cafe right down stairs. Contact for apartment was fabulous, checking in on us and also sent out repair technician when the fire alarm started beeping during our stay. Nothing was too much for her! Highly recommend. N/A

The host got a chance to renovate the old facilities and ac - Location, kitchen, bathroom, spacious space Not bad location but a lot of dust in the ac, the beds are not comfortable for me ( I am not recommend them), there is no window insulation so if you don't mind the noises, it is not concern. The apt is very old.

Had plenty of amenities in the apartment with coffee, hair dryer, dishwasher and washing machine. Recommend using the Belliny Bar address which is next to the apartment if you take a taxi as the maps feature on many phones directs the hotel address a number of blocks away to the old bullring.

Requests for missing amenities were not dealt with. No assistance was given for accidents. Other facilities provided assistance via chat, but this one did nothing.

• Jessica (10/5): Fantastic spacious apartment, great location! - Arrival and access to apartment was easy. Super communication with owners. Convenient taxi rank outside. Superb double bedroom with 2 balconies, a single room and an ensuite twin room made the stay ideal for a family. Welcomed airconditioning throughout. Plenty of sockets to charge phones, etc in all rooms.Very spacious living and dining space with all necessary kitchen equipment (huge fridge/freezer!) Few metres from a small supermarket to stock up on any essentials. Below the apartments are two great, small breakfast/brunch places Belliny's and Infinity Bar made it ideal to have a quick bite to eat before starting our day. Other nice places to eat within few minutes walk of apartment, loved Miku Macu restaurant for a truly outstanding paella! Around a 5 minute walk to metro (Universitat I think), but a taxi was always outside the door whenever we needed one (including the morning we needed to return to airport approx 40 euros). Taxi fare to beach around 12 euros meant value for money for a family of 4, and fare to visit Sagrada Familia around 9 euros. Short stroll to the hussle and bussle of La Ramblas and shops. Loved our return to Barcelona and would 100% stay here again!
• Richard (8/5): Very good - Perfect location to explore Barcelona. The apartment was plenty big enough for our family of 5. It was a little noisy in the evening with passers by.
• Love (2/5): VERY NOISY at night - you won't be able to sleep and rest, rude owner, old furniture and towels. - The apartment is very bright an spacious. All rooms are furnished ( though some furniture was really old, like the sofa in the dining room was saggy, and bed mattresses were uncomfortably hard). Apartment was nicely clean. The location is great, close to LaRambla. Everything is great until you going to sleep - UNBELIEVABLY NOISY! Apartment is facing a very loud main street with lots of cars, bikes, buses and other transportation - the windows provide no insulation whatsoever - it's basically like you are sleeping in a tent beside a road. The NOISE IS CONSTANT DURING THE NIGHT TIME, we could not fall asleep at all. We had 2 nights booked at this location and first thing in the early morning, around 5AM, we contacted the property and asked to refund us for the second night so we can find another accommodation where we can sleep. We were all packed and ready to leave at 8 AM. After a few hours we received a text message back stating all other customers are happy, and they don't see a problem. After 30 minutes the cleaning lady came over but she spoke no English so we could not discuss anything with her. We texted property again, and after another hour the Lady stated she will come over in 40 minutes. At noon ( where basically half a vacation day that we planned was over) she stopped by and again stated that all the customers are happy, and no one complained. When we asked again to refund us so we can find another place for the next night she just said "Sorry, everyone else is happy here. I don't believe that your kids could not fall sleep , usually only the countryside people are having issue with the noise in a big city" . Very rude customer service! Basically our one full day stay at Barcelona was ruined, as we didn't sleep through the night, were extremely tired and were waiting for the owners to respond till noon. I have a voice recorder of the noise level at nighttime, unfortunately the system allows to attach pictures only! - On another note attaching a picture of the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel that were left for 5 people for 2 nights stay - can of pop for comparison. - Also half of the towels were very old and grey ( originally they were white )

• Maria (10/5): Lovely apartment in a nice neighbourhood - The apartment was in a great location. It's near the Urgell metro station while the Universitat metro station is a few blocks away, so it was easy to get around. The neighbourhood was also nice, it wasn't too busy and not too quiet. The apartment that we got was a corner apartment and it was fun to watch the streets (as they get busy in the morning) from the living room window while having a cup of coffee :) The ammenities of the apartment were also excellent. The living area and bedrooms were charming and spacious, the kitchen was modern, and it had dishwashing and laundry facilities. We also appreciated that they provided paper towels in the kitchen as most apartments don't. Another thing that we appreciated was that the apartment building had a ramp going up to the lift. Although it was only a short flight of steps, having the ramp made it easier to bring up our luggages to the lift. It's also thoughtful for people with disabilities and families with prams. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment! Nothing, we had a lovely stay.

• Ying (8/5): if you don’t mind the noise and the limited hot water supply, this is a great accommodation in the beautiful Barcelona. - the location is good, walking distance to La Rambla, lots of buses and metro stations nearby. great cafes and restaurant choices too the noise in one of the bedrooms is horrible. it’s mainly from the traffic on the main road. Non-stop traffic and so, on-going noise. the shower only supplied hot water for one person. then you have to wait for at least half hour to get barely enough hot water for the next person. I was told by the staff that our previous group of 5 people had no problem with the shower… not sure how they managed to do it. personally I was caught in cold shower twice during my stay.
