Larry L (4/5): Bumpy stay - The manager was helpful, and the room was beautiful. However, there was no heat and the temperature dropped into the 40’s in the night and didn’t get above 58 in the day. The mattress was hard as a rock. Also, hotels.com represented this hotel as being 3.5 miles from either the Sintra train station or the national palace (I forget which one I settled on), but in reality it was 10 miles away from anything.
Racheal (2/5): The hotel is a dangerous place to book. - The people who own this hotel cannot upkeep their services. They booked us a room then once we drove two hours to the property told us they couldn’t take us or find us anything close by to stay at. Dangerous horrible situation. The app didn’t do anything about their poor business procedures and I was put out for six hours in a foreign country in a remote place.
Amanda (2/5): Boka inte detta boende - Ser inte alls ut som bilderna. När vi kom dit visste de inte ens att vi hade bokat boende. Vi hade tur att springa på någon som jobbade där då det inte fanns någon reception öppen under hela dagen. Ingen bar/restaurang var öppet som det stod. Poolen var superskitig och man ville absolut in ta ett bad i den. De ta bara kontanter och det är svårt att få tag i en bankomat med pengar i byn.
Pierre (6/5): Pas mal , un peu chère - Jolie bâtisse , mais à 20 min de Sintra quand même . Accueil agréable mais la propreté de la chambre laisse un peu à désiré ( dizaine de cadavre de moustique au plafond ). La literie est un peu vielle et dure !! La salle du petit déjeuné est agréable mais la qualité de celui ci est moyenne ( jus en poudre façon Tang , pas top ).
