• Guillermo (5/5): No fue como creíamos que sería. - La ubicación es buenísima, tienes un parque enfrente y todos lugares de interés del Centro Histórico. No tiene estacionamiento dentro del hotel pero puedes hacerlo a unas cuadras de ahí y el hotel cubre el costo. El estacionamiento es muy grande y es fácil encontrar un lugar. El personal muy amable y cuando tuvimos algunos problemas con la habitación trataron de compensarlo y nos dieron unas cortesías para alimentos y una botella de vino rosa asequible. Desafortunadamente tuvimos varios detalles. Nunca hubo agua a temperatura fresca o fría, solamente caliente y muy caliente y estabamos a 32 grados, no pudimos tener una ducha para refrescarnos nunca. Las toallas están ásperas y gastadas. No manejan jabón pequeño para manos, todo es líquido pero solo había una botella entonces si quieres bañarte necesitas llevar la botella a la ducha y si quieres solamente lavarte las manos tienes que regresar la botella al lavamanos; esto me parece bastante incómodo. El teléfono no tiene ninguna información de las extensiones y nunca pudimos llamar a recepción hasta que preguntamos cúal era el número en la recepción. Ojalá pongan atención eso, es un hotel bonito.

• Patricia (9/5): Cómoda por lo céntrico - Habitación amplia, limpia, bonita, ubicación muy buena. Salimos a la recepción a pedir por favor nos regalaran agua en la jarra, dijimos que no pediríamos embotellada porque les cuesta más y plopppp !!!!!!! sorpresa, nos dijeron que hasta que hicieran limpieza en la habitación pondrían más, azúcar tampoco nos volvieron a dejar, optamos por hacer súper, compramos botellas con agua, azúcar y papel de baño porque ponen un solo rollo que se termina en dos vueltas y pedir pues no, para que nos lo negaran, del abanico de techo no sabían del control, por la ubicación llegaría de nuevo solamente

• JUAN ROMAN (9/5): Buena, aún que solo fue un día - No venía con desayuno la habitación o quizás no me ofrecieron ese servicio, por lo que no me es posible opinar sobre ese servicio, pero por la buena ubicación me permitió salir a buscar ahí cerca La habitación solicitada fue para dos personas y solo tenia una cama, creo que siempre que se dice para dos personas dan por hecho de que son pareja y pues no siempre es así, por lo que sugiero se pregunte ya que muchas veces va uno con algún compañero o como yo en este caso con mi hija.

The rooms are clean and the people working in the reception are very nice and helpful to book tours, fix problems in the room and recommend places to eat. The room was clean. The room was smaller than the photos. Even though the hotel was almost empty, we were given a room very uncomfortable to reach at the very top and end of the stairs. It was difficult to reach with the suitcases since they were quite narrow stairs. There was a leak in the sink and after using it, a lot of the water came out from behind the fixture, flooding the floor. Luckily they fixed it during the second day. The room had very poor lighting it was generally dark. No view anywhere but a wall.
• Jane (10/5): Perfect hotel choice for a visit to Centro Queretero! - Location was superb. Our room was super nice and very clean. There was a cozy outdoor sitting area that had a little library . The staff were friendly and helpful. There was nothing I didn’t like. There wasn’t a restaurant in the hotel itself. However there were so many within a 2 block radius it was a non issue

• William (8/5): Would stay again, a great option in a central location - Good location, furnishings, good communication, nice and helpful staff that give recommendations, easy 24 hour access, had front balcony room with nice view and the noise of the street and plaza didn’t bother me, gave lots of free waters every day, good housekeeping While the WiFi was somehow steady with my laptop, my cellphone could not hold the signal. Occasional drain smells but there was a stopper provided to cover it in the shower

• Rita (10/5): Hidden gem in historic center of Queretaro. - We loved everything about this small hotel for our one week stay. The location is perfect for exploring the historic center with so many restaurants, squares and shops in easy walking distance. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine on the terrace. The hotel furnishings are lovely - flowers everywhere. We especially want to thank Alma who was always available to answer questions and was extremely helpful. Nothing!

The town is very friendly and has lots of museums, exhibitions nearby. - We loved the location ; close to restaurants, Zocalo and great for transportation. It was quiet for being close to the Square. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly & helpful! We would have preferred a min- fridge . Although staff were accommodating and showed up with a cooler . If you don’t like stairs , get a room on main floor . Lots of stairs to the second level rooms . Minimal clothing storage. Also hot water did take a while to arrive for the shower.

Our bathroom lacked ventilation, and as a result, it had signs of mold. The bathroom plumbing was slightly inadequate, and we had a minor incident with it. The city center is a boisterous environment, but that's to be expected.

The rooms could use with a bench or a couple of chairs to put clothes on, or at least they could provide a clothes rack. The electric plugs did not work well.

The location is excellent with many restaurants (including hip breakfast places) and cultural activities nearby. Probably not ideal if you bring your own car but for drop-offs, it's perfect. You have to walk through an uncovered patio to get to your room and go up some relatively slippery stairs if wet to get to your room if you are upstairs. The safe is placed in such a dumb place that you have to kneel down to get to it. Obviously designed by a young person 😂

El personal de recepción, aunque muy amable, no estaba enterado de muchas cosas, como para poder responder las preguntas más básicas. Desafortunadamente nuestra estancia coincidió con la tromba que inundó gran parte del centro de la ciudad de Querétaro, por lo que el hotel se quedó sin electricidad y sin agua. Nos ofrecieron quedarnos la segunda noche en otro hotel cercano. No tan bonito ni tan cómodo, pero dada la emergencia que vivió la ciudad, estuvo OK.
