• Tom (9/5): Feels like staying at home in old Tbilisi. - It’s run but a very nice, helpful family. The building is beautifully renovated. The breakfast was great. It’s a little bit of a walk to everywhere and up the hill but it’s not a problem if you’re more or less in shape.

Мне шли на встречу с проблемой багажа в день отъезда, это сэкономило кучу нервов и денег. Приятные мелочи, говорящим о заботе персонала о каждом клиенте. Забыли положить мыло для рук. Воспользовалась гелем для душа. Немного шумновато вечером, но шум говорил о жизни окружающих людей, было даже интересно, хотя я ни слова не понимала.

L'emplacement même si il est bon , l'hôtel se trouve tout au sommet d'une pente qu il faut se faire deux fois par jour. Donc kolanta.

• Naoka (10/5): Heavenly experience! Great owners! - I loved the amazing staff and their incredibly warm welcome. The owners of the hotel truly care about their guests to an extent one rarely experiences. The breakfast selection was fantastic, especially for such a small and cozy hotel. The interior was very charming as well. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Tbilisi. Because the positive aspects were so exceptional, the room itself (mostly bathroom) felt slightly less refined in comparison.

Llegamos muy temprano por la mañana y nos dejaron descansar en la habitación que ya estaba preparada. El desayuno ha sido super completo y variado La habitación limpia y con todo lo necesario. Y el último día también nos dieron la posibilidad de dejar el equipaje hasta poder marcharnos. Sin duda un 10 para este hotel familiar y si volvemos a TIblisi nos volveremos alojar y recomendamos encarecidamente. Muchísimas gracias

• Roman (10/5): Extra - ▪︎ À proximité de toutes les attractions touristiques. • la chambre était très propre et on était aux petits soins avec nous ( nettoyage quotidien, bouteilles d'eau distribuées quotidiennement) •On est arrivé très tôt le matin, Irakli nous a envoyé quelqu'un pour nous chercher et nous a fait un early check-in ( en échange de paiement bien sûr). • On a également pu louer une voiture à un prix super avantageux directement chez lui. •Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et délicieux. Il y avait plusieurs plats chauds à disposition en plus des salades, fromages et pâtisseries • le chemin pour accéder à l'avenue Rustaveli n'est pas toujours évident en poussette ( beaucoup de marche ou de trous) mais ce n'est en rien de la faute de l'hôtel

• Martin (8/5): Fijn verblijf in een bijzondere buurt van Tbilisi - Verwacht geen luxe, maar alles wat belangrijk is in een hotelkamer was prima in orde: een goede badkamer, een heerlijk bed, een heel rustige omgeving en toch alles goed bereikbaar vanaf daar. Vriendelijke mensen, zelfs flesjes water op de kamer. En daar bovenop: een fantastisch uitgebreid ontbijt!

Some people may find the location difficult due to the hills if they prefer to walk, but taxis are able to access no problem. It can also be loud at times if people are talking, so I recommend earplugs.

From the outside, it preserves the authentic look of the historic buildings, while the interior is modern, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. Everything was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The location is also great, even though it’s situated in the old town on a hill, it’s still very convenient and easily accessible, with the main street just a 10-minute walk away. The hosts were wonderful, very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent, quite rich and diverse, especially considering it’s a smaller hotel. They also offer a car rental service, which we used, and everything was perfectly organized. Communication was smooth, and both the pick-up and drop-off were done directly at the hotel, which was very convenient. The car itself was in great condition. All in all, highly recommended – only positive experiences! Nothing
• mpic_it (10/5): Quiet and comfortable - The whole family is adorable and very welcoming. The house/hotel is super clean, comfortable and quiet. Outstanding breakfast. They have cars for renting. If you get the right room, the bed is super comfortable (in some other ones, the mattress is too thin) The street is tiny and if you have a car it's a bit complicated to arrive and leave it. Taxis too have some problems finding it. I would add some hangers in the room.

• Василий (10/5): - Всё было отлично. Очень уютное место, много света, очень приветливые и хорошие сотрудники, удобное расположение. Отличный завтрак, вкусно и большой выбор. Остались только положительные впечатления. При заселении помогли донести чемоданы до номера. Все в целом были очень отзывчивые и вежливые. При выселении спросили, когда у нас самолёт и предложили оставить чемоданы до рейса. Это было очень кстати. Из окон на третьем этаже очень красивые виды, есть балкончики, где можно посидеть и насладиться обзором на город. В номере было тепло, хороший душ, удобная кровать. При возможности обязательно вернемся сюда снова

• Carla (10/5): Lugar perfecto y trato excepcional - El alojamiento está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica y a la vez tranquila. Fácil de acceder y de aparcar el coche. El desayuno es excelente, comida muy variada, cocinada en el día y de todo tipo, incluso mucha tradicional. El trato de Irakli y su hermano fue excepcional, muy atentos en todo momento. Con ellos alquilamos coche y también hicimos los desplazamientos al aeropuerto. Se adaptaron a nosotras respecto a horarios y todo lo que necesitamos. Contacto inmediato por WhatsApp para cualquier duda. Calidad precio muy buena, y las habitaciones y el baño están muy bien. Sin duda repetiremos.

Very comfortable ,warm and welcoming 10 min walk to main avenue Personally not a problem but it is a steep uphill climb back to the Accommodation from main routes so for those with restricted mobility it is not really practicable. Not the easiest to "navigate home " either since hidden amongst narrow side streets.

Et le breakfast tip top. Honnêtement rien. Au regard de la vieille ville, l'extérieur est dans son jue. Couleur de la vieille ville. L'intérieur est très très bien avec tout le confort.

Konumu eski şehir merkezinde olduğu için ilk gün oteli bulmak zordu. Ama otel çevresindeki eski binaları görmek ve o eski yılları düşünmek de çok enteresandı.

Kahvaltısı pek bizim ağız tadımıza uygun olmasa da iyiydi diyebilirim çok bir şey beklemeyin. Her daim çay kahve içebiliyorsunuz. Oda genel olarak temizdi. Ve çalışanlar gayet güler yüzlü. Merkezden otele dönerken yokuş çıkıyorsunuz. Merkezde sayılır ama azımsanacak bir yol gitmiyorsunuz özellikle bizim gibi araç kiralamadıysanız gidip gelmek uzun sürer. Oda aşırı küçüktü abartmıyorum ne rahat hareket edebilecek ne de iki valiz açabilecek kadar yer var . Bu kadarını beklemiyorduk.
• Iris (6/5): Good value for money and fantastic breakfasts! - Very reasonably priced hotel close to the main street. The bed was comfortable, and we didn’t get much noise at night either! The absolute highlight for us was the breakfast buffet that was much larger than I had expected for a hotel this size. Different Georgian dishes every day, and a large spread of cheeses and cold cuts, yogurts and porridge, as well fresh fruit. Something to look out for is that there are two rooms that share the cute blue balcony, and the room we picked only had access to about 1/3 of it, and only one chair outside, but since it was February, we didn’t really mind. Took a while to get a hold of the manager when we arrived early in the morning (we had told them when to expect us). The rooms look a bit dated and worse than in the photos (eg peeling wallpaper).

The breakfasts were amazing and varied. Our room was very clean and comfortable - the shower was great! Highly recommend staying here, we will be returning!

• Caroline (8/5): Cute and confortable place. great Cost - The place is so well taken care of, my bedroom had a lovely balcony, and the bed was comfortable. The owners are kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and diverse. The price was good and competitive. The neighborhood looks a bit rough in first sight, it was safe, but the streets are a bit dark, but within less than 5 minutes' walk, you are in one of the main avenues. Uber/Bolt drivers might get the wrong location - so have an extra look when you order your transportation.

Terrific Hot Shower with Excellent Pressure. Quiet Comfortable Room. Guga and his brother are excellent owners. He even made me a nice lunch to take with me on my very early morning departure. What a nice touch. Highly highly recommend!

• YING (10/5): - 在市中心，交通很便利。第一次前往最好选择白天，方便认路。之后就很方便，网红手绘咖啡店就在民宿下来走出巷子到主干道门口。 老板同意帮我寄存行李，在我中途去西格纳吉和卡兹别克期间，让我很放心。 民宿内部装饰很精致温馨 做早餐的阿姨有点古板，因为第三天早上我要赶时间8：30出门，因此我8：15就去楼上吃早餐，发现早餐基本就为了，我就开始食用。但是阿姨很不满意，指着时钟说8：30才开始早餐，然后抱怨很久。我觉得这方面可以适当人性化改善
• Dohoony (9/5): - 리셉션 분이 연세가 있으신 분이였는데 마주칠때마다 친절하게 대해 주시고 호텔 조식도 맛있게 잘 나와요! 위치가 조금 언덕에 위치해서 오르막길을 올라야되고 개 짖는 소리나 새벽에 사람들 소리가 나긴 하지만 크게 거슬릴 정도는 아니였음
