• Adam (3/5): Not good - Overall not bad. The room was not clean. Bed top sheet had holes in it from burns. Toilet had piss on the seat. Floor had not been swept. Tub had a weird rust residue on the floor of it. See above

• Gabriel (3/5): Luckily it was only for one night. - The property had a decent size parking lot. The staff was friendly. The bed was dirty. We had to go to the store and buy sheets so we didn’t use the dirty/stained comforter. The couch had a huge stain and looked dirty and should be replaced. There was hair all over the room.

• Meg (10/5): Best experience at the lowest budget - You get more then you pay for, sure the place is outdated but it’s clean, staff is super helpful and nice, location is in good proximity to all fun stuff , but a little scratchy at nights but you constantly see the staff or owners walking around and making sure all is good and safe within the property. They are also friendly and it gives a family friendly and comfortable vibe. It’s outdated and old, anything broken looks like it was fixed diy style but that’s what keeps it at a low price, but you get more than what you pay for with this property.

• Konstantin (1/5): Avoid - Nothing Unprofessional management with fraudulent behavior like a criminal fraud. No business or just basic human ethic. Terrible smell and dirt even on door handles. Unpleasant environments. Read Google reviews before booking, they're much different.

• Boude (1/5): - Nothing, the manager was a creep. He asked me if there was another person in my room upon my return one day. And I had no guest! The online booking mentioned a $100 deposit but not in cash, which the manager demanded upon arrival and would not accept it other wish.

And the Bathtub had a big RUST STAIN we didn't feel Comfortable taking a shower in the tub due to Rust. No freezer in the fridge And No Breakfast offered.

• Julien (1/5): My overall experience was not pleasant. - While it was a debate and a lot of back and forth between me and the clerk, convincing him to allow the stay without the cash deposit (i had a credit/debit card but no cash), I appreciated that the clerk eventually allowed the stay without me having a cash deposit. It was not an easy check-in. The clerks took very long to locate my booking. I booked this place for a friend who needed a place to stay for the night. They gave him room that was filthy; dirty sheets, dirty comforter, a large roach was in the refridgerator; and the bathroom was dirty. It was so unpleasant that I had to pick him up and book a more suitable stay elsewhere. I never booked a motel before, and i didnt know what to expect. I lost that money and it was a waste. I don't recommend this place unless these things don't matter to you.

• Anna (2/5): - The place was very dirty and rundown to be so honest. The first room we got put in had hair and other gunk in the bed that made it so that we asked for another room. While the second room was slightly cleaner (as in no hair on the bed or pillows), it still felt just barely clean enough to stay the night. There was a smell to both rooms that lingered in the clothing we slept in after we left and made me feel slightly sick. We ended up putting our sweatshirts over the pillows because we didn't have enough confidence in their cleanliness to sleep on them alone. Everything was very well worn and clearly stained in the bathroom, with scratched and marks all over the floors. We knew we were paying for a cheaper place to stay but it was worse than we expected. The staff was nice, if not a little strange, but still nice, they moved our rooms no problem but the cleanliness of the place was not great. We would not stay again and I do not think we will be recommending this to anyone.

• Yaquelin (10/5): Cute and comfy - Honestly we booked this hotel last minute but it was such a nice stay. My friend and I were a little hesitant but we were surprised on how clean and comfy the room was. The front staff was also very kind and showed us to our room. I would definitely stay there again! The only thing that sucks was the parking but keep in mind we went for a festival so of course parking was going to be hard.

• Kerri (1/5): Gross and smelly - Staff was decent Terrible rooms smelled musty. Beds were hard and old nasty comforters which were like super thin and no extra blanket in room. No closet at all or anything to hang your clothes. The bathroom is super old and crusty. Water didn't drain when showering. TV on wall with wires everywhere. When you turned on the TV, it said, "Welcome to Luxor" as if they bought old used TV's from Vegas???? Area wasn't the greatest but that was tolerable compared to the room.
• Kerri (1/5): Don't stay here! - Staff was nice and friendly For the price of $150 bucks a night i paid per room this place is terrible! So old and multiple broken things in the rooms. The beds were super hard, and the top coverlet was so thin and seemed like it was comparable to a curtain. One of the beds was pushed all the way against the air conditioner, and cold air basically blew on us all night, but if we turned it off, the room was super stuffy. The bathroom door lock was broken, the toilet paper holder didn't have a spring roll to hold the paper. The bathroom mirror was held on with 2 rusty screws. The tub was all rusty around the drain. There was no closet to hang anything up. The TV had wires all hanging behind it, and the box was just sitting on top of it. It smelled super musty like it had been a smoking room at one time, as well as just super old and gross!!! We booked 2 rooms for a convention last weekend and had other family with us. We had stayed here a few years ago for the same convention and had one of their spa tub rooms, I don't remember it being this terrible. I wouldn't choose to stay here again. I know this is a coastal town and places are expensive but this place takes the cake. I've stayed in the cheapest and oldest rooms in vegas that were 50 bucks a night just a few months ago and 100 times better then this dump.

• Peter (6/5): My experience - The room was comfortable and quiet. The ultimate ceiling mirrors looked great for a couple, and the bed was comfortable The toilet wasn't flushing properly. No racks or closets to hang my clothes had to put on chairs.

• Natalie (1/5): Unsanitary and unsafe. - Didn’t like the room. Smelled bad and the bathroom had bugs coming out of the drain. We got bit by bugs in the bed and felt sick the next day. The bathroom had bugs coming out of the drain and the room reeked. Guests across from us were loud slamming doors at 4am and arguing and the area around was filled with homeless addicts.

• Willie (1/5): Made me feel small, discriminated against, and disgusted by the insects and filth. - The parking lot was spacious I'm a very patient, calm, gentle person. Walking in the lobby and being met with a woman sizing me up from head to toe, looking disgusted, and then turning her back on me, shortly after opening a door and letting it slam in my face, that was surprising. Immediately following, the person checking guests in didn't even attempt to hide what I perceived, believed, and felt as racial bias aka racism. I was told I needed to go across the street and get $100 cash, on top of what I already paid, in order to stay. On my way out, I asked a white person staying there if they had to do that... I was told no. The entire ethos and vibe of their communication with me made it very clear they perceived me as a threat, and that is not only traumatizing but morally and legally wrong.

I tried 3 rooms and the last one had the lease rust but still nasty . The room had a smell to it . It was so quiet during the day but at night it was so lively. The people played loud music, doors slamming all night back and forth then one night around 4am someone came and knocked on my door I was scared so I contacted the office staff and he just asked what room I was in and hung up . I couldn’t sleep after that . I would not recommend this place to anyone . I wasted $400 for 3 nights .

• Paul (8/5): Nice for the Price - This is a nice, clean, older motel that has apparently had some work done recently. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. There is also a Salvadoran restaurant across the street with good food. They do offer free coffee in the front desk area; but, for the room rate they charge, it would have been good to have a coffee machine in the room.

• Quintina (8/5): Overnight stay - Location. I personally didn't hear a lot of traffic/street noise but not a big deal anyway Good place to stay overnight or short stay honestly Empty space. Add a couch, table, seating area it's just wasted space that could've had an area to hang jackets or something just nothing but bed and toilet. In shower it gets wet I believe once shower comes on the ceiling gets wet I think.
• Karon (7/5): - The location was good, check in and out was fast and effortless. Did not have to wait to get into my room. For the most part the rooms were clean. The first room was clean, but did have roaches. The second room was better, and I did not see any critters. Night one the room I was given had roaches.

• Pat (9/5): Very clean and comfortable. Exceeded my expectations. - The room was very large, the bed was comfortable, and everything was spotless. Good water pressure in the shower. It was very quiet. Liked the refrigerator. There were little things like the toilet paper holder was missing as was the TV remote, but housekeeping brought a remote within minutes. No nearby bus transit for several blocks. Neighborhood isn't great.

• Angelique (3/5): I would not stay here and it is no where near the money I was charged. - We got a room that had broken glass on the night stand, we had a broken door for the restroom. You could not close it at all. It was hanging off the hooks and sticking out by two inches. The mattress was terrible. I got no sleep. Paranormal activity. I like nothing.
• Leland (7/5): Better than I expected. - Bed was good. Tv was good. Sink was large and had high water pressure. AC worked okay. Clean when I got there but cleaner didn't come back until last day of my six night stay. Bathtub must have been reglazed as it was very slippery inside it and difficult getting out for 73-year-old. How to access free WiFi wasn't explained and didn't want to return to office again after having to do so because I couldn't get front door to open when I came back first night from getting dinner -- turned out that manager thought I was in room 105 after he put me in room 107.

• Jeff (8/5): A went to a Conference at The Long Beach Convention Center. This was a cheaper and available choice. - Staff was helpful. They try to do well and keep things clean and running all right. The area is not very good; there are street addicts, etc. There are a few little places to eat within walking distance. The hotel does not provide any breakfast or amenities.
