Das Bett was sehr komfortabel. Das Badezimmer war sehr groß und hatte eine Badewanne, eine Regendusche. Der Service war besonders gut. Ich hatte am Tag der Anreise angefragt, ob man für mich einen Blumenstrauß organisieren kann, da ich erst sehr spät ankommen würde. Der Blumenstrauß war bereits in meinem Zimmer als ich ankam. Bei meiner bislang 2-monatigen Reise ist dies bislang die beste Unterkunft, die ich hatte.

- Lucy (10/5): Fabulous location, clean modern airconditioned rooms and friendly helpful staff - staff were excellent particularly Stella and Helen and all the reception team bikes easily available nothing was too much trouble they even decorated the room and brought me out a cake at breakfast as it was my birthday ! nothing - did ask for scales to weigh our luggage before leaving which were not available but didn't impact our stay

Wonky pedals and screeching brakes. • View from balcony was right into a concrete wall, so it was basically useless. • The fitness room has barely any equipment at all. It shouldn't be listed as a feature of the hotel as it creates false expectations. • Some vibrating noise early each morning, probably coming from the raising of gates. Some slightly annoying construction noise throughout the day, probably coming from nearby construction work or from a shop.

- Thi Nhu Quynh (9/5): I wish the holiday lasts more, good to remember :-) - Phòng, giường và phòng tắm đều rộng, có ban công, nhân viên nhiệt tình lễ phép; trong phòng hay bề bơi, chỗ ăn đều sạch sẽ và sang trọng. Phòng nghỉ còn có bàn làm việc, tuyệt vời! Không có chỗ gửi oto nên phải gửi oto cách tầm 800m, cơ mà lúc đến thì bảo vệ cũng phụ xách đồ lên phòng hết cho mình, và cũng hỗ trợ chồng mình đi xe máy ra lấy chỗ gửi oto. Ở Hội An nhà minh đi bộ là chính , đi xa như An Bàng mới dùng đến oto hoặc dùng taxi cũng tiện nên cũng ko thấy vấn đề gì lắm. Mặc dù có vài điểm có thể tiến bộ hơn nhưng khách sạn này với nhà mình (2 ng lớn 2 trẻ em) là rất phù hợp và thích nên ở thêm 1 đêm nữa. Vòi hoa sen hơi khó dùng, nếu có cái treo vòi trên cao thì hay hơn. Bàn làm việc có thể thêm 1 cái đèn bàn nhỏ để ngồi làm việc ko ảnh hưởng con đi ngủ. Cuối cùng là đồ ăn sáng, mong là có thể phong phú hơn vì hiện tại hơi ít lựa chọn.

Les vieux vélos,l’équipement aurait avantage à être renouvelé et le lit était dur.

The loveliest staff, a big clean room with a fantastic view out onto the pool, BEST BREAKFAST!! And THAT POOL was such a treat at the end of a long, hot day. We booked a half day bicycle and boat trip that left right from the hotel on their free bikes… Our tour guide, Lam, was fabulous. We learned so much about Vietnam that day. Very happy we chose this quiet location outside of the old town. Old town is cool but so loud and chaotic that we really limited time down there altogether. The hotel was a very short Grab right away. When we checked out, we left our bags for the day because we’re taking an overnight bus to the southern part of the country tonight. The desk staff invited us to come back and use the pool and the shower in the spa to refresh ourselves before our evening departure. That’s what I call Service! HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS for the White Lotus in Hoi An!! Wish I could award it 10 stars!!

Breakfast was tasty. The food and drinks I ordered during the day at the hotel were very good. The pool was big enough. It was pretty quiet and calm there so it is a good place to chill. The exercise room (not really a gym) could use more weights and a sanitizer to wipe the machines and weights.

- JULIE (10/5): Pick this one! - This was the best hotel we stayed in during our 3 weeks away. The staff were super friendly, the room was a lovely size with a huge bathroom and stylish freestanding bath. Pool area was great with comfy and clean sunbeds and big fluffy purple towels. Bike hire was free and great fun - the paddy fields are just at the back of the hotel. About a 20 min walk into the old town which we did almost every day - an interesting walk through markets, past temples, bars, restaurants and shops. We had a Vietnamese massage during our stay which was so good and great value. Also included in the price of the room was afternoon tea by the pool! Thank you all for a great stay. All good.

- Karina (10/5): Nice hotel & great staff! - Free breakfast was great. The pool was nice for a nice dip. The hotel looks better than the picture including the pool. We had the two king beds back to back. The room is actually bigger than it looks on picture. The staff is nice and sweet especially the grandpa who helps with luggages. He also handles free bike rental. We appreciate his kindness and sweet demeanor. Our favorite was riding the bikes to nearby rice paddies and the beach. You do NOT need to stay in old town Hoi An- the place is the worst tourist trap of our entire trip! This location is great!

- Liz (10/5): Fabulous place to stay in Hoi An - The staff, especially Helen and Laura but everyone really, were amazing! So helpful, friendly and just lovely. The room was super clean bed was really comfortable and the shower was great. We used the laundry service which was quick. Location is great but noisy in the mornings as we were at the front. Bicycles available to hire free of charge, we cycled to An Bang beach which we loved! Breakfast is amazing, loads of veggie and vegan options and lots for carnivores too. Thank you to the lady who made me lovely hot chocolate every morning! The cocktails in the bar when we got back hot from a tour were gorgeous too! Loads to do locally, lantern making classes, cycle tours, old town is a 20 minute walk or a 38,000 dong Grab ride away, loads of restaurants. We loved this hotel, sad to leave, would 💯 recommend to anyone. Nothing it’s a fabulous hotel!

- KatieLam95 (10/5): BEST HOTEL, THANK YOU! - I had to say I'm so glad I listen to my friend's recommendation about this hotel. The room was so big and clean, staff are amazing and friendly. They have a pool and also quiet a lot of choices of food and beverages. It's about 15 minutes walk to the Old Towns so it's not noisy, you get to see various locations when you walk there which was fun. If you don't want to walk you can rent their bike (free). Will be back!

Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast has excellent selection and choice, from vietnamese to English and continental. Pool was clean and tidy. Premier room with double bed and extra single wasn't cramped at all, plenty of room to move. Balcony was great and watched the world go by in front road. Hotel areas and reception was large with seating and very clean to relax. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying a few nights in Hoi An.

- Iris (7/5): Overall the experience was good - The staff were lovely and tried to be accommodating wherever possible. The breakfast was good, they had an egg station so you could order your eggs as you like. I liked the location because it’s situated away from busy old town but not too far away. I didn’t like the interconnected room I was assigned. Noise travels between the rooms quite easily. These rooms should be saved for families or couples as they make a lot of noise anyway, not for solo travellers.

Parking underneath the hotel for mopeds is a nice touch. I would have stayed additional days but they were fully booked. Breakfast was ok.

- Maria (10/5): Amazing hotel - The staff was very nice, they upgraded our room to a much bigger and better one! The hotel looked very clean which is a big deal in Vietnam. They booked our transport for Da Nang airport which was great, although I bit more expensive then what I see in town, but that’s normal.. The breakfast had plenty of choice and everything was super tasty. Walking distance from old town but about 15/20 minutes. They had bikes for free and a pool, we didn’t use but looked nice.

So helpful, great recommendations, always pleasant. They really made the stay. Our room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. It was spotlessly cleaned everyday. The location of the hotel - halfway between the Old Town and An Bang beach was perfect for getting into town or enjoying a walk in the rice fields - either option was only 10-15 minutes away. There were bikes available from the hotel which helped going to the beach. Everything was fine.

- K6951QMpeterc (10/5): Highly recommended - My wife and I spent 6 nights at the White Lotus. It is an excellent, clean, well maintained hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms clean, comfortable and spacious, and the delicious breakfast catering for all tastes. Close by are excellent cafes and coffee shops. Though on a busy street it was relatively quiet in the street facing room which we had. It was excellent value for money.
- mollyv570 (10/5): A Wonderful, Customer Orientated Hotel - This has to be the friendliest, most customer orientated hotel in Hoi An. We spent 6 nights here and absolutely everything was wonderful. They seem determined to make your stay the very best. They spotted from the passport that it was my birthday whilst I was there and received a cake at breakfast and a lovely Happy Birthday message on the bed on our return from the beach. Breakfast was very good, the room excellent and the location for us was fantastic, being a 20 minute walk from the Old Town and a 5 minute drive to An Bang beach. We are definitely coming back next year! Thank you Jade, Jenny and all the staff for making our stay memorable.

Organiziran imajo tudi tečaj kuhanja, ki je kar v samem hotelu, odlična izkušnja! Jo priporočam vsem. Osebje vam organizira tudi prevoz na letališče ali pa po mestu.
- Bente (10/5): Super fint hotel i Hoi An - Perfekt beliggenhed. Midt imellem den gamle bydel og stranden. Dejligt med låne cykler, så man kunne tage på en lille tur ud i rismarkerne og cykle ind til den gamle bydel. Gåafstand til restauranter i den gamle bydel. Vi nød turen hver dag.
