- corinne (8/5): - Très bon Emplacement pour visiter la ville à pieds. La proximité du carrefour Market. L'espace dans l'appartement . Ascenseur proche et très bruyant à chaque fois qu'il était utilisé. Un lavabo très petit (lave-mains) dans chaque sdb et pas de meuble ni étagères pour poser ses affaires de toilette. Canapé très inconfortable. Peu de vaisselle. Nous aurions apprécié d'avoir une bouteille d'eau fraîche et autre à notre arrivée.

We were bitten during the night needs attention there are bed bugs in this apartment

- Diana (9/5): - Die Lage des Apartements ist sehr zentral, direkt in der Fussgängerzone mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Trotzdem ist es total ruhig. Es hat einen kleinen Hof, wo man wunderbar draußen sitzen kann..Das Bett war sehr bequem . Die Sehenswürdigkeiten Sevillas kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt fast nichts zu beanstanden. Es wäre nur schön, wenn man für jeden Gast 2 Handtücher zur Verfügung stellen würde (ein großes und ein kleines). Für uns gab es nur ein einziges kleines Handtuch. Außerdem wäre ein Brotmesser, ein Schälmesser und ein zweiter Kochtopf ganz schön.

Imposible que duerman adultos ahí. Mis hijos de 4 y 6 años durmieron en el sofá y mi señora se acostó un rato con ellos y casi queda durmiendo en el suelo.

- Bjorn (10/5): Perfecte locatie midden in Sevilla, met alle benodigde voorzieningen - Perfecte locatie om Sevilla te ontdekken, heel centraal met alle faciliteiten in de buurt. Wij verbleven met 9 in het appartement en dat paste prima; het heeft goede bedden en voldoende ruimte om te verblijven.

Lo staff sempre super disponibile e cordiale! :) Niente :) (ma la luce del bagno vicino al divano non funzionava, consiglio di controllare)

OLD SOFA BED, OTHER ROOMS ARE BACK FROM THE PARTY AT 5-6AM SHOUTING AND SMASHING DOOR - We are a 10 adults group stayed at SUITE9, there are 4 bedrooms and 1 sofabed on the website. However when we arrived, the sofa bed is not prepared. We contacted the staff on Whatsapp, the staff tell us where the blanket, pillows are and we had to do the bed by ourselves. The sofa bed is horrible. The bed is old and everytime we move, the bed's spring make noise. THE WORST ABOUT THE STAY is that it's not soundproof. We heard the other rooms downstair talking and closing the door. Especially, the people who sleep at bedroom with 2 single beds and sofa bed in living room cannot s;eep peoperly. I guess the other rooms' guests were leaving the aprtment to the party around 10PM and got back to the room 5AM and 6AM for 2nights. We wake up in the middle of the night. SO HORRIBLE!!!

- Maryn (8/5): Bien pratique pour visiter Séville à pied. - La localisation est le point fort. Le personnel est réactif et les échanges sont transparents. Ce n’est pas aussi confortable et joli que le laisse paraître les photos. Attention qu’il n’y a pas de consigne gratuite et que le Check in est à 15h et le Check Out à 11h.

Estaba limpio El sofá incomodisimo, el suelo era más blando… además por lo que he leído ya varias personas comentan esto… podrían sustituir el colchón dado que pagas bastante por la estancia. Los lavabos de los baños son enanos. Al ser 5 personas nos hicieron pagar una fianza de 300€, que en ningún momento se mencionaba a la hora de reservar. De hecho nos avisaron el día de antes.

- David (8/5): Lovely stay - Stayed here 13-17th April- -Booked via Booking.com, no issues at all -Information for room was sent through a message on booking website and all information worked -no reception so just find your room and use the codes etc and your in. -Apartment 4- Clean, tidy, spotless and any other cleanliness word you can use! Bed was very very comfy -if you stay 4 or more days you get a room clean and refresh of your towels. -check out easy -it is all keyless entry so need to worry about out losing any keys when you’re walking around 1 thing that would be useful for future- a guide of how to use the air con and any other appliances and maybe a tour guide of recommended restaurants etc

- Luis (5/5): Gran ubicación pese a unas habitaciones de cinco. - La ubicación en el centro de Sevilla es espectacular, y la habitación es muy amplia. La comunicación con la persona que atiende el whats app es increiblemente buena y funciona mejor que tener una recepcion. Toda la entrada y salida con codigos sencilla y muy facil. El ruido es dificil de digerir. El ascensor del hotel cada vez que se mueve hace un ruido y cuando se abre tambien diciendo la planta, esto hace que durante la noche haya movimiento y ruido y se escucha todo. La cama supletoria que es un sofa cama era bastante incomoda.

- José Antono Belmonte (7/5): Suite 5. Bien situado pero mal el sofá cama y el cuarto de baño - Lo mejor es la ubicación. La cocina está bien equipada. Sofá cama pésimo. Deberían cambiarlo ya o es imposible descansar. El cuarto de baño de la habitación de matrimonio, la ducha no está separada por una mampara por lo que todo el suelo se queda mojado. No puedes ir al váter o al lavabo sin mojarte los pies. Los lavabos son diminutos. En los cuartos de aseo no hay ni un armario para dejar toallas o cepillos, etc.
- MERCEDES (7/5): Céntrico y limpio, la pena es que está mal insonorizado. - Ubicación, planta baja y limpieza. Insonorización, muy mala. Estaba al lado de un bar que debía tirar tos el vidrio por la noche y era molesto y los vecinos de arriba bastante molestos. Las puertas del baño y de la habitación no se abrían bien. La luz de la mesilla de las dos camas no funcionaban bien. Haría falta poner alguna manta o nórdico extra, los que había eran de verano y hacía fresco.

- biopaterna (6/5): Centro de Sevilla - La ubicación -Mucho ruido, empezando por el ascensor, cada vez que se llama, suena unos pitidos ( din don din...) que se escuchaban en nuestra habitación( Suite 4) , eran muy molestos ( sobre todo a las 5 de la mañana), lo había leído en otros comentarios y no me lo creía...Después el personal de limpieza, desde muy temprano moviendo muebles y por último los vecinos de arriba, se escuchaba todo lo que hacían. -Poco menaje en la cocina y sartén muy currada -No limpiaron la habitación y nos quedamos 4 noches... Nos quedamos sin papel higiénico y se lo tuvimos que pedir a una empleada de limpieza, al igual que un par de toallas limpias. -La terraza genial, pero pierdes intimidad ya que te observan desde la habitación de al lado. -Sofa-cama con colchón muy fino, incómodo para dormir y con edredón oliendo regular...
