George (8/5): Over all the stay was great. Place is awasome - The staff was fantastic and helpful. Grounds were very clean. Rooms were big and clean. Good water pressure. Good internet. Food was very good. Staff alway reminded us to pre order our meals. No restaurants in the area, so the only place for food was at the Bed and breakfast, which was very good. It was too far from the 100 Islands. But that was my fault for not checking how far from the 100 Islands, But the bed -n-breakfast had a car to take you there and back for 1000. We didn't have a car, so we hired the guy. He was awesome and helpful. Thought the beach was bigger. But once again that was my fault.

Sampaga (10/5): An amazing week of relaxation - The BnB was quiet. The restaurant was wonderful especially loved the local dishes. The pool and jacuzzi were taken advantage of daily. We loved being on the water. Gorgeous sun rises. Loved our day trips to the 100 islands and local villages/markets. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Thank you to Andrea, JudyAnn, AnnaLynn, Jake, and a few others from the beginning of the week. Highly recommend… 5 out of 5. The place was being cared for during our stay. They were working and making improvements to the property. They are adding on more rooms, a big project. Lots of construction. No complaints here. Love to see the growth and care.
Minerva (8/5): Very good - We are the only ones in the place when we were there so it's pretty good. It's not a big resort if there would be more customers i think it would be crowded. There's a construction of a new building going on so i could imagine how crowded the place would be when it's fully booked. I would still go back and enjoy the place but probably not on peak seasons.

Mark (9/5): Olana is a small oasis for holidays - Staff are friendly and helpful at all times. The outdoor dining was great, with a view of the ocean. Restaurant serves excellent food, including brewed coffee at breakfast. The pool and hot tub are very clean. Fully stocked mini bar and ice cream treats for sale also. Towels provided for the pool. We would have liked lounge chairs at the pool, since it is a great place to spend time. The beach is not great for swimming, but we knew that. 30 minutes from Alaminos for tours.

One of the small ceiling lights is broken and keeps on flickering so we kept it off.

The room could do with a deep clean and face lift. Rats can be heard scratching inside the roof. The place needs more activities such as a swimming pool and billard table.

Irene (10/5): This will be a yearly destination for us! - So many things to love about Olana! 1. The Food - Breakfasts and dinners were truly something to look forward to! Whether it was the Italian or the Filipino dishes, they were truly delicious! The New Year special dinner was a delight as well - mozzarella balls, lasagna, chicken cacciatore, porchetta, pandoro! 2. The Ambiance - The beautiful sunrise, the sound of the waves, the smell of the ocean - a relaxing place to rest and reset. 3. The People - The owner, Lorenzo, always made sure that we were happy. He cooked the Italian food, the recipes of which were from his Mama (God bless her!). The staff were all warm and welcoming, catering to our requests. Thank you very much! None

Jez114 (9/5): An attractive peaceful location - A great spot 19kms from Alaminos (for 100 Islands). It's easy to get long distance buses to stop right outside on the main road. It's nice to sit on the deck watching the sea. The beach didn't materialise here as the tide never properly went out - maybe it's the time of year. You can watch the sun rise here. The outdoor dining area is of a lovely design, and the food is very well presented. The staff are very attentive and you need to be a bit organised to order the food in advance.
Lotta (10/5): 100% highly recommended! - Everything! It's a quiet and secluded little place, located between the road and the ocean. You don't hear the traffic, but you can hear the waves! There's an entry to the beach too, so morning walks and evening swims are perfect to be had. Staff was sweet, friendly and helpful always. Owners are super lovely.. we had the best Italian food everyy single day, made by the Italian owner himself, and customised to be vegetarian because I don't eat meat or seafood personally. They also have the sweetest cats and dogs there! Nothing at all! Everything was perfect.
