• Ivana (7/5): - We liked the Ayia Napa area and beachfront location very much and the villa is huge, very spacious and has great potential - number of beds and bathrooms, nice kitchen, outdoor seating, BBQ, pool, parking and more! Important that staff was helpful which we appreciated. We simply think the property needs proper maitenance and care, fixing some of its equipment is urgent, at the moment it is not luxurious but could be as it once certainly was when newly constructed...
• Iveta Pašakarnytė (5/5): Great location and potential, but the villa is poorly maintained and does not meet expectations for - The villa itself is very spacious and the surrounding view is truly beautiful. It is located right next to the beach, which is a big plus. There is also a private parking space available. It is clear that when the villa was new, it must have been very stylish, impressive, and beautiful, with a lot of potential in its design and layout. Unfortunately, the villa was very dirty. The windows had clearly not been cleaned, and there was trash left in the toilet upon arrival. The property is in serious need of renovation — many things simply do not work. The gym equipment was unusable, the induction hob downstairs did not work, and the jacuzzi was not functional either. The jacuzzi had no cover, was full of dirt, and could not be turned on. We called several times a day for three consecutive days and were repeatedly promised that it would be fixed. It was finally repaired on the last evening, but we did not get a chance to use it because heating it takes several hours. The host did not seem to understand our frustration and mentioned that we paid a “very low price.” We paid €750 for 4 nights. For this price, the stay was barely acceptable, but it is absolutely not worth paying the full price. Additionally, all curtains were hanging only by the corners, some lights could not be switched off (we had to turn off the circuit breakers), and for hot water you must manually turn on the boiler and wait for it to heat up every time. Two of the bedrooms are located in the semi-basement and have a view of a dirty wall, which was quite disappointing. The home cinema room was also in poor condition — all the seats were torn, there was an unpleasant smell, and the system only supports an HDMI connection, which significantly limits its usability.

• robert (7/5): Dobre miejsce jeśli nie masz wielkich wymagań. - Obiekt w doskonałej lokalizacji. U brzegu przepięknej plaży pół godziny spacerem od miasta. Duża i przestronna Willa absolutnie nie przygotowana na przyjazd, brudne szyby , brudna pościel , garnki nie nadające się do gotowania ( spalony i uszkodzony teflon). Ta willa nie jest wogole restaurowana. Odpadające deski tarasowe , grzyb na ścianach - ten obiekt wymaga odświerzenia.

• Charlie (10/5): Beautiful villa in a quiet part of Ayia napa - Spacious, modern and clean with plenty to do The location from the main strip was a bit of a struggle to try and get a taxi on certain nights due to it being busy. But I can agree this is no fault of the villa itself, just location.

• Artyom (10/5): Experience the coolest feelings in Cyprus. - The check-in process was smooth, and the transfer was very well-organized. The place was luxurious, and the conditions were top-notch. We loved everything and will definitely be returning. The jacuzzi was working perfectly, and we were able to enjoy the sunset while relaxing in it.

• Inesen (10/5): Beautiful villa, great deal for off season - Very beautiful, very spacious, clean and luxurious villa. The area was really impressive, beautiful view from the terrace. For the price we paid in the off-season, it was a great deal, however, seeing what the prices are in the season, then perhaps you should consider that the villa showed signs of wear and tear in places. In the off-season, practically everything in the area is closed, we could not find even 1 open bar in the whole of Ayia-Napa, the grocery stores were also closed, we went to another town for food. However, the plus of this was that we could enjoy our vacation in the villa without any neighbors and did not disturb anyone. The jacuzzi was very cold on the first day and until late in the evening it could not heat the water more than about 20 degrees, on the second evening it was of the appropriate temperature and we could use it, only the amount of water had decreased a little. The next day the water was so little that it was impossible to use it.

• Rolands (5/5): The house is nowhere near the luxury status. It costs a lot and you don't get what you expect. - The house is large and it is in a great location - close to the sea. The area was quiet. A nice bonus was complimentary sparkling wine, red wine, coffee and cookies. Communication with company representatives was quick and easy using the booking.com platform. 1. The house was unclean. There was all kinds of human hair on the sheets, the bedding, and the mattress. The floors were dirty, the high sides of the beds were covered in a lot of dust, and there was dust, hair, slippers, and toilet paper under the beds. The situation didn't change much even after the cleaning team came and cleaned the house again at our request. 2. Getting hot water is very difficult. You have to spend a lot of time at the smart home panel to literally trick it and get hot water for a while. And so every day - in the morning and in the evening, so you can take a shower. In reality permanent hot water doesn't mean "permanent" in this panel. It means, that you must trick it by putting other options and changing back to permanent. 3. Every night at midnight, all the lights in the whole house automatically turn on. Of course, that wakes everyone up. To turn off all the lights, you have to go to the first floor by the entrance door to the smart home panel to turn them off, or you have to press the off switches in each room, which are many in such a large house. In addition, the off switches are not electrically connected correctly - in three rooms, the "room off" switch turns the lights back on in the whole house. 4. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary dishes and equipment, but the dishes were unclean - we washed them before we could use them. The pans are scratched and dirty. The dishwasher is in poor condition, including it is rusty. 5. The outdoor lighting on the third-floor terrace, where the jacuzzi is located, was not working. Therefore, using the jacuzzi in the evening was inconvenient and even dangerous, as the stairs were not visible. We stayed in this house for three days and I spent at least 3 hours in total on the smart home panel. This and all the above mentioned is not what we expected from our holiday in Ayia Napa.

• Ahmad (7/5): Despite the villa being well-equipped with a great pool and jacuzzi, our stay was marred by poor service, unresolved air - We recently stayed at the Vivo Mare villas for five days. The villa itself was fantastic and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The pool and jacuzzi were highlights of our stay. We were disappointed with the service. Despite contacting the management several times about an issue with the air conditioning, no one came to assist us. Additionally, we were startled one morning to find people in the garden testing the pool water without any prior notification. This lack of communication was quite unsettling. Moreover, one of the bathrooms was not as clean as expected upon our arrival. While the villa had many positives, the service issues and lack of attention to cleanliness affected our overall experience. We hope the management will address these concerns to improve future guests' stays.

Clean I would have so appreciated if when someone came round to collect the deposit, to care enough to show us how the system works and also tell us howto heat the water, we were stuck all night with no hot water after a beach trip... Was uncomfortable. Also the outside Jacuzzi didn't work, we were promised someone will come round, we left with out having use of it, which again was a very big deal for us. My children can't swim, and the pool is VERY deep. The hot tub was a 4 seater so again didn't accommodate our family size.... For us this was a VERY BIG SPOILER.

• Benjamin (5/5): Excellent villa, but a few services hiccups. - Lovely villa, lots of space, great for the family and great pool. The location wasn't shared clear enough to us for self check in. There are 2 roads to access different villas and the number and names of villas are not identifiable on the outside, resulting in us walking around people's villas looking for numbers and names at night. I had to call out of ours helpline to be directed to a different road to access the entrance of our villa - no instructions prior to arrival were given. There was no hot water when we arrived at 9pm. Again a call to the helpline the instructed how to turn the heating on and wait for the tank to warm up. 2 hours later no hot water. We went to bed having not showered after a day of travelling. We were told we'd get a visit to fix it the following day. The following day came, we chased a few times and someone arrived in the afternoon who stated the heat element was faulty. Now that the heating was working we were told by the maintenence guy once you turn the hot water on its only on for 2hours but takes 15mins to warm up. It was closer to 35mins for hot water to be warm enough to shower with. This setup isn't ideal. We also had issues with the villa we booked, the description of the villa we booked didn't match what we had. I'm speaking to booking.com separately for this.

• Manuel (10/5): - Really nice house with nearly everything you need. Unfortunately no big table in the garden area, so for breakfast or dinner quite uncomfortable. We asked for one, but it was not brought during our stay. Maybe for the next stay they will re-consider ;-) Barbecue area was also not ready, but I think this was just because of the start of the season. All in all this is really moaning on high level, but with these facilities it would be perfect! :)
