• Nicola (8/5): Comfort in a great location - The room with balcony was very comfortable and it was nice to be able to sit outside and look onto the street. Everything was clean and there was hot water in the shower. The family were very welcoming. The location is excellent. A couple of minutes walk from the old town and river boat rides, yet very quiet as there is no traffic on that road. There is a good coffee shop just across the road. Good value for the price. My only slight negative is that breakfast finishes at 9.00. On holiday it is nice to be able to eat a bit later.

You felt they cared that you had a lovely time staying with them. It is part of someone’s home, it’s not a hotel so there was nothing to ‘dislike’

L'unica pecca è stato un brutto odore nel bagno che ci ha costretti a tenere sempre la finestra aperta e una sera è entrata una blatta. Je wandelt zo het oude centrum in en een straat verder is de rivier. De kamer is comfy en gewoon wat je nodig hebt. Je kan gratis fietsen lenen van het verblijf wat een super voordeel is. Ze zijn erg vriendelijk maar had het leuk gevonden wat meer tips te krijgen over de omgeving

Jai demandé aux patrons qui mont permis de choisir entre deux temperatures. de plus j'étais habitue au hotel avec bouilloire et café ce qui n'était pas présent dans la chambre c est pas derangeant plus que ca mais quand tu es habitué a ca dans les hotels

Ontbijt kun je kiezen en er is voldoende keuze. De kamer is heel basic en verouderd en wat saai voor onze begrippen. Laat je er niet door afschrikken, het is schoon en je slaapt er alleen. Prima douche en prima (snel!) wasservice. Wij hebben hier 3 nachten geboekt. Uiteindelijk niets, eenvoudige homestay en met die mindset is het écht dikke prima

• Laura (9/5): - Very central location, the family who own it are very helpful and willing to advise you. We also made good use of the bicycles available to explore the surroundings of Hoi An and go to the beach.

Vị trí gần ngay khu trung tâm nên đi đâu cũng tiện. Tối mua đồ ra ban công ngồi hóng gió nhậu chill phết. Anh chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện^^ Mình khum xem được tivi, có thể do không biết điều chỉnh :)) Nhưng không sao vì mình cũng không cần lắm :>

The location is 5min away from the center but still in a quite street. We liked that the bicycles were free to use anytime :)

• Claudia (10/5): We had a great stay in D Central Homestay and would recommend it to everyone who visits Hoi An. - The service from Rin and all staff was exceptional! The cleanliness was outstanding and the location perfect, less than a 100m from the main bridge, one street parallel to the madness and loudness of the people by river. We had the top apartment with a balcony which we sat to relax with a few drinks and enjoy the music coming from the bars by the river. The propoerty has push bikes available to cycle around the main area. Rin sorted out our rental motorbike and the taxi to the airport. He also recommended a superb restaurant (ask for the name) where we ate the most amazing food so far in our trip around Vietnam! Ron made our experience one to remember, not just by his service but also with local information on what to do, what to visit, where to eat and the things to be aware of so you can avoid them. Do not look anywhere else in Hoi An, this is definitely a place I would recommend to everyone and go back in my next visit to Hoi An. Nothing. Everything was superb!

The family gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and tailors and were really helpful, continually checking in to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. We decided to do laundry at the Homestay which was ready the next day and smelt wonderful! It’s the perfect place for if you want to make the most of the bars as they’re right in the doorstep, and there’s a brilliant spa on the corner too. The room was clean and had great air conditioning, perfect for the hot weather! Would happily return.

We stayed in the top floor room which was quite noisy at night due to the proximity to the river bars and clubs. I don't think this is an issue for the rooms on the lower floors. Overall excellent value for money and a great spot to explore Hoi An.

• Darron (9/5): Lovely homestay in a central location - Location of hostel was excellent, a short walk from the river and main entertainment area. It's located on a quiet street. Owner was really friendly and the breakfast while basic was good. We had the 4th floor room (note - no lift) which had a nice balcony with a view over the street towards the river. Owner's family also run the Faifoo Central restuarant which we did not have time to visit. Nothing - great stay!

• Sally (9/5): Delightful Hoi An homestay - The location of the homestay is sensational: it's so close to the UNESCO recognised historical centre but set back one street from the hustle and bustle of riverfront bars and restaurants so it feels like a little urban haven. Hosts are so kind and keen to make sure that everything about the stay goes smoothly. Bikes to use free of charge was a bonus!

• Adrian (7/5): Good - The place is ok, but the pictures are not the same as the reality, the rooms are a little bit smaller, worn up, but is not a bad place to stay a couple of days if you want to visit hoi an. The owner doesn't accept card for payment, I had to pay with cash for the accommodation, and was a lot of cash, and when I asked for a taxi, his price was 100k more than the rest of the town.
• Ahana (7/5): Decent room, excellent location but poor communication - The best part is the location of the homestay, right next to the Night Market. The room was smaller than expected; it was tricky getting out of bed on one side as there was hardly any space between the bed and wall. It did have a tiny balcony which was great to get some fresh air. They offer free bicycles which we didn’t use since it was raining for the entire duration there. It’s a homestay so things are rather informal which is expected. However, the first morning we had an early start and breakfast was from 7am but no one was really there. Had to wait a while for everything to be put together. Also we could tell that the coffee that was there was not fresh and avoided it. We also wanted to extend another night since we liked Hoi An and were told the room was available to do so I went ahead and made changes with the next booking. On the day of the extension, we were told that someone else booked the room the previous night (!!!) and we’d have to check out. We were given the option of moving to the sister’s homestay so we did exactly that - what other choice did we have? Our taxi fare was paid for but we spent the morning packing instead and entirely defeated the purpose of our extended stay. The experience definitely left a bitter taste.
• Charlie (10/5): Amazing stay!! - Amazing host who runs this Homestay. The young las (sorry I forgot your name!) was so welcoming from the minute we arrived, he couldn’t do enough for us. He arranged various trips and made our stay hassle free. Rooms are lovely, clean and tidy. Exactly what you need to explore Hoi An. Breakfast included also sets you up for the days ahead. Oh and free bicycles for the whole trip - highly recommend!

Owner will take you to destinations for a fair fee. Reasonable view of city. Free bikes! Mould in the bathroom and small amount on ceiling in bedroom. Hot water was broken for two days and when we complained again on the second day the owner tried to gaslight us and told us it was hot when it clearly wasn’t. Small rooms, can hear your partner using the toilet because there is a gap above the bathroom door.
• Donac2022 (9/5): Perfect Hoian stay and experience - It was our first time to experience a stay like this and the weather was rainy. We reached the homestay and the guy there greeted us. He speaks good English and explained us the map and things nearby. We also took his help to get our parcel to be delivered to our next hotel in a few dollars that we forgot I our previous hotel. The guy is just super and very helpful. They offered umbrellas as we went out. They re a lovely family running the homestay ; i will visit again in future. Nothing as such. Everything good.. Bathroom water wasnt flowing well but they changed our room next day; There are no lifts may be problem for old people but for us it was ok. Just weather was damp but even then we liked this old part of vietnam.
