• Anna (8/5): The best pool ever! - The pool. That was the highlight of the whole stay. It's incredible and we spent most of our time in it. It's DEEP! And huge. And it has a jacuzzi. The outer area is lovely and green, with beautiful trees. We loved the location - just a few minutes' walk from a lovely secluded beach (although you need beach shoes). The property is a short drive away from Ayia Napa and Protaras and it's super quiet at the same time - unless you get noisy neighbours. The villa is huge. It has three big en suite bedrooms, massive open plan sitting/dining and a well stocked kitchen. The kitchen has all the appliances, and there's also a washing machine and a dryer. The AC works really well and the villa is well insulated with double glazing so it doesn't get very hot and it's quiet. There is no covered parking and it's very strange as there's plenty space to install some kind of roofing for the parking. The villa is devoid of any thoughtful touches you'd expect from a "designer holiday" - it's bare. While the property itself is very nice, it is in need of major maintenance - a lot of things were broken (lights, blinds, shower heads, microwave was impossible to figure out - possibly also broken), furniture in the lounge and outside was old and covered in old stains. The pool furniture was all covered in spider webs. The BBQ could have been better. Pool mosaic pieces were missing in quite a few places. The mattresses were not super comfortable with very little support. The staff didn't give an impression of caring about us at all. We complained a couple of times - about blinds and microwave - they brushed it off. When the next door neighbours decided to have a loud party all night (villa also managed by Luxel) their response was - it's not our property (it was) and there's nothing we can/will do. The party only stopped when we went over there at 4am and threatened to call the police. Gardeners and pool cleaners come in at all times without warning. Still, it didn't ruin our holiday at all and we will be back - with lower expectations hoping to be pleasantly surprised if some of our comments will be taken into account and actioned :^)

• Agapi (7/5): The area and the Villa were very good for our family and enjoyed our short stay - The Villa was great, the location and facilities as well as the pool area were great for our family and our small dogs. The furniture in the living room, the master bedroom and the outside sitting area should be cleaned. The window in the bathroom of the master bedroom was broken and was opening because of the wind. The drawers in the 3rd bedroom were malfunctioning. The shampoo, shower gels and soaps provided were below expectations and very limited for the property.

• Samantha (8/5): Beautiful, clean villa in a wonderful quiet location. Perfect family holiday. - The location was in a nice quiet spot about a 7-minute drive to Ayia Napa. We opted for the buffet breakfast each day. Emily was always on time ensuring she delivered our breakfast with a happy smile. The food was kept warm in a hostess trolley. There was plenty of food which kept our son very happy! The swimming pool was very cold. Us parents couldn't swim in it but the children just about managed it. This was in October, but with outside weather temperatures of 27 degrees it was a shame the pool was so cold.
