• Nitesh66009 (10/5): Amazing Family and friends Trip to Melon Igatpuri Hills - Hotel is run very professionally, new management Melon Hospitality has taken over, Guests requirements r taken on priority property seems to be well kept rooms r well designed and freshness is felt, chicken handi with hot chappaties makes your day, swimming pool is right in front of the reception and restaurant it's a treat to the eyes, pool deck dinning can also be experienced they also HV sauna, steam and couple jacuzzi it's little costly but superb experience ..i recomend this hotel strongly

• Diandra (8/5): Excellent - Room was noise free,pet friendly, in house jacuzzi and also a pool to use. Food was very expensive and not upto the mark. Other food options are very close and hence can be availed easily.
• Dhiraj (1/5): Bad Experience - Nothing as such for the price we paid. 1) The switches in room were not working. 2) AC/ TV was not operating 3) Intercom was not functional 4)Had to check in to other room 5) other room had ceiling leakage , continuous dripping water. 6)The other room was unhygienic with bad stinking smell all the time. 7) There was fungal growth due to moisture in the room. 8) The beddings had stains on it. 8)Refund was denied as we requested for checking out immediately after checking the room.

• Anjalitraveller (8/5): Reasonable and clean - They provide AC/ NON AC and day room. We booked the day room as we just needed some rest. Room was small but clean at Rs1000. Only issue was that for water we always need to call them. There staff was not aware of the water system. Also just mind your head if you are booking this room. As the room is so small the wall touches your head almost. Okay only during this season do not opt for it durning summer
• myhotel123 (8/5): About Comfort Inn - The hotel looks not so impressive from outside but inside is pretty good. Behavior of staffs is very good. Food quality is above average and all time available. In-house facility like intercom, swimming pool, restaurant, free WIFI all good. The hotel is close to station, within 1.5 km. The overall atmosphere is relaxing and has money worth. Moreover the place is hygenically safe and secure for kids. Room service demands a special clap. If you plan to visit Igatpuri, I think this is one of the best place to be considering economy, safety and well mannered staff.

Staff is courteous, The bathroom was clean & all the toiletries.There is a highway view from some of the rooms.The swimming pool is good & well maintained. The restaurant is good food quality is good & lunch, dinner & breakfast buffet has enough varieties. It is located on the Mumbai Nasik highway. Overall a good location & good budget property with potential.
• Passenger22158171833 (2/5): Terrible stay Never book this Hotel - I booked this hotel from Agoda.com for 2 days, payment to be made at counter of Hotel. For dust bin, water etc. after telling 3-4 times on mobile to manger they attended. Intercom not working, A.C. was not upto mark, Light was blinking - complained but not attended, No hot water coming, no credit card/debit card facility - only cash payment or online transfer. I decided to stay for 1 day instead of 2 days with my family then they told to send email to their email id & modify date in Agoda.com first. I sent email for modification of 1 day stay only to hotel email id & Agoda.com. Then Manager told me to confirm final reply from Agoda.com first or pay Agoda.com's commission for 2nd day also in cash. After a lot of try of around 1 & 1/2 hr. with Agoda's customer care no. - keeping on hold only no reply, at last I paid Rs. 4,248/- for 1 day stay in hotel plus Rs. 637/- 2nd days commission of Agoda.com in cash, they relieved me - no bill was given for all these payments made by me. I really spent lot of time with harrassment to myself, my wife, my kids, really very bad experience with this hotel & Agoda.com.

• 808s_m_k (2/5): Horrible service and donkey's working their - I have given 1 star bcoz. Their is no option of 0 star. Staff is literally donkey and greedy for money. Please think twice before check in. Me and my hubby has booked the room and I went out for park our car(that donkey on counter told us to park at road side bcoz.parking is full) within 5 min we came in to pay money but they told us room is already sold out to other 6 people group bcoz. They were paying more to them and the Manager of hotel is biggest donckey he was giving us the optuopof stay in spa or conference room which is having Glass door and no AC or nothing. Imagine guys at night 9 pm we were so exhausted and we have to rush out to check other hotel on Saturday night when most of the hotels are booked.
• hukumd2017 (10/5): Superb Hotel - Visited this Hotel on my way to shirdi this hotel to situated next to manas near mahendra gate i was going to shirdi last weekend planning to stay one night at igatpuri one of my friend suggested to try this hotel so decided to stay here thanks to my friend this property is worth for money very nice property superb location on the highway, very neat and clean rooms, nice ambience, huge swimmng pool, well maintained spa, Mouth watering food with prompt service i think this is the only worth place for people who is looking for a nice property with all the basic amenities in their budget property is small but it gives a star category experience .. will visit very soon in mansoon. • nitinz2015 (6/5): Good hotel and affordable as well - this is probably the best Affordable hotel, egatpuri is most enjoyable in resorts only , so prefer resort over any hotel but if budjet constraints , then this hotel is ok. its on main road only , and very close to main food junction, so u can eat outside. hotel food service is not so good but manager is very helpful.
