• Verified traveler (2/5): Αισχος - Βρισκεται σε καλη τοποθεσια....αυτο μονο...θελουν εξτρα 30 ευρω την ημερα για καθαριοτητα..εγω εμεινα 3 βραδια που επιμεναν να τα προπληρωθουν τα 90 ευρω...δεν ηρθε ποτε κανεις...ουτε σκουπιδια ουτε αλλαγη πετσετων...με τα λεφτα που εδωσα πηγαινα σε ξενοδοχειο...ασε που ηθελαν να μου στειλουν ταξι να με παραλαβη απο αεροδρομιο και ηθελαν 75 ευρω....το ταξι ειναι 38 ευρω απο αεροδρομιο στο κεντρο...κλεφτεςςςς..........
• Verified traveler (6/5): - appartement très bien situé et dans un état très bon. il faut regretter que personne ne nous attendait lors de notre arrivée malgré un mail annonçant notre heure d'arrivée. Nous avons dû rappeler à notre arrivée devant l'établissement. Nous conseillons de renvoyer un mail ou de retéléphoner le jour "j".
• Anouk (8/5): - Appartement bien centré, un super petit bistrot en bas de l'immeuble. Rue calme. Par contre les charges à payer comptant de 30 € en plus par jour et justifier Hotel.com comme du ménage déroute car en fait c'est les charges dûes pour l'appartement. Ce serai plus clair de le rajouter directement au prix de base
• Amanda (2/5): Locked in and trapped - We were very disappointed with Eternal Luxury Suites for 3 reasons: 1 -- The promised internet connection was down for almost half of our 4 day stay. We contacted them numerous times, but nothing was resolved. 2 -- The person who checked us in indicated that towels and sheets would be changed daily as part of the 30 euro/day cleaning fee. Later we were informed by management that towels only would be changed. For that fee, both items should be changed daily. 3 -- Upon leaving the suite, we left the keys in the unit as instructed. However the front door to the building was locked preventing our exit, and we were trapped in the lobby. With a taxi waiting and a plane to catch, we made multiple calls to the management but the response was not timely and we missed our connections. What if there had been a fire in the building? Very unsafe and not recommended for this reason alone.
• Jones (4/5): - The apartment itself was nice and clean, but it was not cleaned. There were no toilet paper and cupboard was full of coffee grounds. This is unacceptable, considering they charge 30€ per night cleaning charge (they do not not come to clean every day). That's outright theft. The apparent was also somewhat sparse. there were no tables to store stuffs in the bathroom nor was there any hooks for towels. I do not recommend this place.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Disappointed Stay - Nice location but didn’t get the impression they cared about us once they got their money. First of all we had to pay a cleaning fee per night even though they don’t clean in between. Cleaning fee is cash without a receipt (not legal in Greece). Half a roll of toilet paper...ridiculous that we need to go find/buy some when we should be enjoying the city. The hot water was nonexistent. There were two tiny garbage cans that we overflowing when we left. Couldn’t empty them even if we wanted because the garbage cans didn’t even have bags in them. 2 out of 3 lightbulbs were burnt out in the bathroom so it was dark. Lights randomly went out in bedrooms and wouldn’t come back on. No kitchen towel made the kitchen not practical. Had to wait around for checking in. They only have a phone number as contact which makes it frustrating when they don’t answer. Would not stay in again.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - 위치는 산티그마 광장에서 많이 먼 편은 아니었으나 캐리어를 끌고 가기에는 제법 힘든편(길이 안좋음) 출입구에도 잠금장치가 있어 안전한편임. 단점으로는 수건이나 이불 청소상태가 좋지 않고 1박당 청소비 30유로를 받는데 실제로 청소를 해주지는 않음 체크인시 미리 연락을 해야하는데 기다려야함 냉장고가 있어 음료수 등 보관하기 용이하고 마켓에서 얼음을 사다 먹으면 아주 좋음(얼음3kg에 1.7유로-다못먹고옴) 헤어드라이기 없고 따로 화장대가 없는것은 아쉬움 내 외부 소음은 심하지 않은편 실내가 건조하여 빨래가 매우 잘마름 하이라이트가 있고 각종 주방도구가 있어 요리가능 방은 그리스 여행중 넓은편에 속함 가성비는 나쁘지 않은 곳
• Hege (4/5): Vil ikke anbefale ut fra vår opplevelse. - Dette sto ikke til forventning. Riktignok billig men ikke rent, vi betalte 60 euro for vask, ingen vask av det allerede møkkete rommet, vi ba om nye håndkler, de sa de skulle komme, kom ikke, for dårlig AC, vi ble innelåst den dagen vi skulle dra og fikk ikke hjelp fra resepsjon.
• Avichai (2/5): - כשהגענו לדירה שהיתה נקייה ומסודרת ובמיקום מעולה, שאלנו את הנציג מה לעשות עם המפתח כאשר הטיסה שלנו היא לפנות בוקר ועלינו לעזוב באמצע הלילה. תניחו את המפתח על השולחן בתוך הדירה ותטרקו את הדלת אחריהם. כאשר עשינו זאת, ירדנו למטה ללובי והבנות שאנו תקועים בתוך הבניין ללא אפשרות לצאת. הדלת היתה נעולה ובמשך חצי שעה של מריטת עצבים לא מצאנו דרך לצאת. כמעט שברנו את הדלת מרוב תסכול של אי יכול לצאת לשדה התעופה ולמונית שחיכתה לנו בחוץ. האם היינו אמורים לדעת את הפרט הזה, ? האם היינו אמורים לדעת שהמפתח לדלת נמצא בכניסה לבניין בתוך קופסת נעליים? אם לא היינו מוצרים את המפתח הקטן שהיה שם ללא יכולת תקשורת עם החברה שהשאירה את החדרים מה היינו אמורים לעשות? כי לחדר בטוח לא יכולנו לחזור. זו חוצפה ואי עדכון של פרט חשוב זה מצד החברה. השאיר לנו טעם רע
• Verified traveler (8/5): - posizione strategica, a pochissimi minuti dalla fermata della metro linea 3 blu da/l'aereoporto, a 15 minuti dall'acropoli e dal museo nazionale. nonostante il mio inglese sia scarsissimo, siamo riusciti a farci capire per telefono e sono arrivati dopo 15 minuti dalla telefonata per le chiavi. palazzo nuovo, appartamento spazioso, arredamento minimal ma funzionale, tutto pulitissimo. aria condizionata rumorosa ma necessaria visto la temperatura esterna ( abbiamo pulito il filtro ed ha migliorato un pochino), letto comodo, bello grande, bagno spazioso. dalle finestre si può ammirare uno squarcio del Partenone, vicinissimi vari ristoranti tipici strabuoni, uno dei mercati della carne, insomma ci siamo trovati benissimo

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Appartamento centralissimo , pulito, spazioso e vicino a tutti i punti di interesse. Il problema è la consegna delle chiavi dell'appartamento e la comunicazione con la struttura. Abbiamo aspettato parecchio ma per fortuna abbiamo incontrato delle italiane che alloggiavano lì e che ci hanno fornito il recapito telefonico del gestore dell'appartamento. Fra l'altro prima di arrivare avevamo fatto nelle settimane precedenti varie mail in cui chiedevamo informazioni ed indicavamo il Ns volo ma non avevamo avuto alcuna risposta. Basterebbe dare il recapito telefonico per avvisare un' ora prima dell'arrivo. Per fortuna che chi ci ha consegnato le chiavi è stato gentile e parlava l'italiano. Avevamo, inoltre, richiesto informazioni sul servizio navetta ma non abbiamo avuto alcuna risposta
• Verified traveler (6/5): Αρκετά καλό με κάποιες χαζές ελλείψεις! - Μειναμε 4 άτομα δυο διανυκτερεύσεις κ είχαμε ένα σετ κλειδιά... έπρεπε δλδ να βγαίνουμε κ οι 4 μαζί!!! Το βράδυ κ το πρωί κλείδωναν την είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας για λόγους ασφάλειας αλλά από μέσα δ είχε χερούλι να μπορέσεις να βγεις κ έπρεπε είχες το ένα μόνο σετ κλειδιών π έδιναν για να βγεις! Επίσης παρα το ότι πληρώσαμε το τέλος γι την καθαριότητα 30€/μέρα δεν καθάρισαν καθόλου το δωμάτιο την δεύτερη μέρα ως όφειλαν! Όσον αφορά το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, σε καλή κατάσταση κ η ιδιοκτήτρια αρκετά εξυπηρετική.

• Petri (10/5): Spacious apartment in Monastiraki - The apartment is very clean and spacious. Location is close to the metro station Monastiraki. Easy access from the airport. Good supermarket close by
• Brian (4/5): - The apartment was ideal, however the problem we was contacting them both on arrival and especially on leaving, we ended up locked in the apartment building for over an hour nearly missing our flight home.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great location - It was was a great stay. Altough there was no great view, the bed and location was great. There was many utilities to use like cups, bowls, plates, pan, pot, ect. However, the owner do not responde to phone calls often so it is hard to reach him whenever is needed and could also improve on a more frequent cleaning routine.
