• Emily (8/5): Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend the condo to other travelers! - Location, clean, comfortable beds. Liked that all the linens seemed fresh. Had enough space for our family of 5. Heated pool was great. The bug situation was not pleasant, but I appreciated that we received a quick call back and someone came to spray. The condo could use some updated kitchen utensils and beach chairs. and the beach towels, while plentiful, weren’t great quality.

• Erica (8/5): Clean condo in a good location with a wonderful view! - The condo balcony faces the bay. We saw dolphins everyday, sometimes multiple times a day! The condo was clean and everything worked as described. The property manager Terry was not helpful. I reached out through the app before we left to ask if there was a cooler in the condo? He didn't respond. I then emailed him to ask again, he called and emailed with the response "I need to download the app because all the information is in there". There was no cooler listed so we packed our own which isn't convenient when you're flying in from Michigan. When we arrived at the condo there were many beach toys, umbrellas, balls, etc., as well as a cooler in the condo. I understand guests probably leave things behind and Terry may not know every item, however I felt his response was very short and a bit impatient. Several days before our vacation ended I went through the app to request late checkout. Terry didn't respond. The evening before checkout I reached out to him through email asking again for late checkout. At that time my request through the app was declined. I emailed him and said any amount of time would be helpful since we were on the island till 5pm, even if he could only give us an extra 30 minutes instead of 60. He responded and said he was boarding a plane and could not accommodate my request at that time. Both brief encounters I had with Terry left me frustrated and of the opinion that he didn't have the time to help. I did meet the owner of the condo on my way out. He was a very nice man who seemed to care about our stay and if we enjoyed the condo.
