• Fiona (10/5): The perfect location for your trip to Rome. - The location of the property was a 5 minute walk to the metro station making travelling around the city really easy. The host was exceptional, checking in with us frequently to make sure everything was alright and responding to our questions really quickly. The view from our balcony was stunning. • UlalaPatka (7/5): - We liked the location of the apartment. The balcony was also a nice bonus. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a shared kitchen available, and nobody disturbed us while using it. It was also good that free Wi-Fi was included. The beds were soft and comfortable, and overall the apartment looked clean. The biggest issue was the check-in process. The host wanted to give us the keys exactly at 1 p.m., so we had to rush to arrive at that specific time, even though we could only properly check in later. It was not very convenient. The Wi-Fi was free, which was good, but unfortunately the internet connection itself was very poor. The bathroom was also not very comfortable. The shower was extremely small, the water pressure was low, and the water did not drain properly, so we had to help clear the drain ourselves while showering. There was not enough space near the sink for four people’s toiletries, and we also could not find any hooks for towels. The lift in the building was very small and only fit about two people at a time, which was a bit inconvenient for a group of four.

• Gea (10/5): - The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro and just a short 15 min walk to the Colosseum. It’s a perfect choice for anyone wanting convenience and a pleasant place to stay.
• Natalia (10/5): Bardzo dobre miejsce i warunki, naprawdę warto. - Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo miła obsługa. Pokój jest niewielki, ale wystarczający, jest czysto, łazienka wyposażona (płyny, szampon, suszarka, ręczniki). Ogólnodostępna kuchnia z mikrofalą, naczyniami, ekspresem do kawy na kapsułki (kapsułki dostępne). Miejsce jest świetne, widok z balkonu na bazylike świętego Jana na Lateranie. Kilkanaście minut piechotą od koloseum, autobusy pod samym budynkiem i metro kawałek dalej. Balkon malutki, mieści krzesełko i stolik, ale wystarczy, zeby zjeść śniadanie czy kolację ze wspaniałym widokiem. Nie słyszeliśmy ludzi obok, więc ściany wystarczająco grube. W pobliżu kilka knajpek godnych polecenia, pyszna piekarnia na śniadania. Po drugiej stronie ulicy supermarket. Nie mieliśmy zastrzeżeń.

• Joop (8/5): Uitstekend voor een korte stedentrip. - Erg vriendelijke gastheer en een mooie locatie in Rome om te zitten. Dichtbij het treinstation en nog dichterbij de A lijn van de metro. Hierdoor is het makkelijk om de belangrijkste plekken in Rome te kunnen bezichtigen. In de buurt zitten voldoende betaalbare en lekker eetgelegenheden. Het bed kon een nieuw matras gebruiken, gezien het wat doorgelegen is. Voor mijn zoontje was dit geen probleem. De kussens zijn wat plat, maar dat is een detail. Een aantal zaken konden wat reparaties gebruiken. Dit zijn voor mij echter geen belemmeringen in het plezier geweest.

• ANA MARIA (10/5): Mi hogar en Roma - Todo. Es literalmente mi casa en Roma. Un lugar acogedor, limpio, amplio. Agradable. Con una ubicación inmejorable y unas vistas maravillosas. Especial mención a la cama, comodísima. Cuenta, además, con un office que puedes utilizar. Y su anfitrión es muy atento y flexible. Me hizo la estancia inmejorable y me facilitó toda la información que le pedí durante mi viaje. Es mi tercera vez allí pero sé que volveré pronto. Ciao Todo perfecto.

Apartment was clean and host was very friendly and made our stay in Rome easier. The Wifi connection could have been better.

• Jessica (9/5): Amazing stay with good service, the bathroom had a few small issues - The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was great. The shared kitchen area had some good facilities as well. We had great customer service and everything went smoothly. The toilet had an annoying issue where the water would continue running after you flush it even though the button would return to hits normal position, and the shower doors didn’t shut completely and made the shower a bit tight.

• Vanda (10/5): Fair price at a very nice location - Great place at a very nice location for a reasonable price. Loved the tiny balcony with a view to the city. Giuliano was a great host, and immediately attended to our needs, let it be extra blanket or late checkout. The breakfast place near the apartment is great for a very local experience. Free coffee and tea all day in the common area kitchen. We had a great time here and would come back anytime. The mattress could be changed as it is a bit worn already, but otherwise no issues at all.

• Galina (10/5): Highly recommend. - Great location close by (restaurants, historic sites, bakeries, shops,..) and it’s a very short walk to a bus or metro that can get you everywhere in Rome. Cute little balcony with a beautiful view of the Archbasilica Cathedral. Spacious modern and clean room. The separate shared kitchen had everything you needed. Good communication with Giuliano. He gave us all the necessary and clear instructions for check in and during the stay kept checking if everything was ok. We had a very pleasant stay. Aria Rome Rooms - highly recommended! I like everything.

• Serafeima (2/5): απογοητευτική σε σχέση τιμής και παροχών - Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή Στρώματα παλιά, χαλασμενα και μαξιλάρια πολυ κακά χρειάστηκα επιπλέον να κοιμηθώ! Το κρεβάτι είχε σπασμένες τάβλες , πετσέτες άλλαξαν μια φορά στις 6 μέρες και πολύ φθαρμένες, το μπάνιο δεν καθαρίστηκε ΠΟΤΕ, ούτε άδειασαν τα σκουπίδια.(6 μερεσ) Μια φορά σκούπισαν πάτωμα και αυτό όπως να είναι !!! Πολλές φορές δεν είχε τσάι και έλειπε ο καφές ! Στις παροχές έλεγε ότι έχει θερμαντική κρεμάστρα ρούχων , μου χρειάστηκε γιατί έβρεχε όλες τις μέρες και δεν μου την παρείχε εντέλει ποτέ , μου είπε να χρησιμοποιήσω τις ομπρέλες που είχε στην πόρτα 🥴για να μην βρέχομαι !! ( είχα μαζί μου μικρό παιδί με καρότσι) , πιστολάκι μαλλιών δεν δούλευε έπη 3 μέρες προσπαθούσα να του εξηγήσω ότι θέλω αλλο( έτσι στέγνωνα τα ρούχα μας) αφού μετά μου έφερε πιστολάκι που δούλευε επιτέλους! Βρώμικη τοίχοι, στην ντουζιέρα γινόταν πλημμύρα, μούχλα στους τοίχους, μόνο οι κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα ήταν λίγο καθαρή γιατί την μαζεύαμε μόνη μας !

• TriskelCris (8/5): Bona estada per celebrar l'Any Nou - La ubicació és perfecta, tant si vols anar a peu com si vols agafar transport públic (metro i bus). L'espai compartit de cuina, amb nevera va genial, per si vols desar alguna cosa. I després el café i té de cortesia és tot un detall. En Giuliano ens va atendre molt bé. Potser un canvi de matalàs seria important, perquè era força incòmode.

• IRINA (10/5): O aniversare foarte specială, la a cărei magie Roma a contribuit din plin! - Am ales Aria Rome Rooms pentru locație și curățenie. Un bonus a fost costul, care s-a potrivit perfect în buget. Odată ajunși acolo, am fost foarte bucuroși să primim confirmarea faptului că ceea ce am citit în descrierea de pe site corespunde și cu realitatea. Giuliano, gazda noastră, a fost foarte amabil și dispus să ne ofere tot confortul: o pătură în plus, deoarece am prins câteva zile mult mai reci decât în mod obișnuit la Roma; cafea bună din partea casei; disponibilitatea și răbdarea de a ne aștepta la sosire (chiar mai devreme decât ora uzuală pentru check-in), deși am întârziat — fiind prima oară la Roma și nefamiliarizați cu navigarea eficientă folosind mijloacele de transport în comun. Nu putem spune că a existat ceva care să nu ne fi plăcut. Întotdeauna există detalii pe care, în mod subiectiv, poate ni le-am dori altfel, dar nimic care să afecteze în mod decisiv starea de bine.
• Zoltan (8/5): Good stay - Location is very good, metro is nearby, supermarkets are close, bars and restaurants are on the street. The view is also great. Size of the room is well above average for Rome. Noise - if you are a light sleeper, take earplugs. With the nice view comes also the street noise (until late night and early in the morning). There is also noise coming through easily from the common areas (kitchen, hallway), where other guests are passing through.
• Juliano (3/5): Consider choosing another option (I'm frequent traveler and I am not picky person, trust me!) - Location only and easy access to metro and bus stop. Worst mattress I’ve ever slept on in my life. The walls were really dirty, something you can’t see in the photos. Dirty walls give such bad vibes. We stayed for 3 days and received zero room service, no towel exchange, nothing. Also, be aware that checkout is at 10 AM. Yes, it’s technically written in the description, but let’s be honest: when you’re visiting multiple cities, you don’t read every detail line-by-line. The universal checkout time is 12 PM (or even 11 AM), which is reasonable. But here, at 9:30 AM the host sends you a message asking you to leave. Really unpleasant. And why 10 AM? Because with remote check-in, they push the inconvenience onto the customer so they can clean earlier. To make it worse, the fee to store your luggage after checkout is one of the highest you’ll find in Rome. In summary: the environment is unwelcoming, the room was dirty, the building very old, and overall it ruined part of my wife’s birthday. I could find even more simpler options, but with decent stay.... Go for another option!

Close to metro station, few minutes by foot and 15minutes to Termini station , if you want to take a walk. To coloseum around 10 minutes by foot, and many locations are reachable like that if you decide to explore the city. Giuilano is very kind and available whenever needed, thanks a lot.

• Laura (10/5): Perfect Accommodation in Prime location - This accommodation had so much old Italian character to it while still being so modern. The rooms were gorgeous, spacious, spotless clean and had gorgeous tall ceilings. The little balcony with gorgeous views was perfect for a coffee in the morning. The beds were big & comfortable. There was an added bonus of a shared kitchen with a Nespresso machine and coffee pods free to use. The location of the accommodation was perfect, right around the corner from the collesseum. Lastly, the hosts were so friendly, attentive and accommodating - thank you again for your gorgeous hospitality. Will be recommending Aria Rome rooms to all our friends who visit Rome! Would have loved stronger water pressure in the shower
• Andrea (5/5): Il soggiorno è stato pienamente soddisfacente solo per quanto riguarda la location della struttura. - Posizione con vista bellissima, dal terrazzino, sulla Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano. Assenza del servizio colazione, orari poco flessibili di check in e check out, videosorveglianza con videocamera in movimento nello spazio comune in cucina: seppur segnalata da adeguata cartellonistica dava agli ospiti un senso di soggezione.
• Bunry (4/5): Passable, je ne reviendrai surement pas. - Situation de l'appartement proche des stations de métro et tramways Cuisine équipée mais sans micro-onde (disparu au lendemain de notre arrivée) Le propriétaire n'est pas très arrangeant avec les locataires : Obligation de payer une prestation non souhaitée (Extra-bed obligatoire alors que la chambre disposait de deux énormes lits 150cm et 200cm) En plus, obligation de payer cette prestation en ESPECES uniquement et à un prix supérieur à ce qu'avait annoncé Booking.com Impossibilité de rester avec des amis dans l'appartement (on voulait juste rester dans la cuisine pour partager une pizza "al taglio" entre deux visites) Impossibilité de laisser les valises en consigne pour se balader le dernier jours en attendant le transfert

• Weronika (10/5): - Lokalizacja jest super, 10-15 minut od Koloseum, ale już w spokojniejszej okolicy. Mieszkanie z widokiem na Lateran, blisko restauracje, sklepiki, przystanki autobusowe i metro. Mieszkanie jest czyste, przestronne i dobrze wyposazone. Gospodarz jest bardzo mily. Klimatyzacja działa bez problemu, jest przyjemna temperatura. Bardzo przyjemnie i bezproblemowo. Wszystko było super.

• Francesca (10/5): - La pulizia della stanza era impeccabile. La stanza spaziosa ed il bagno funzionale. Nella cucina in comune vi erano molte comodità e forniture a disposizione. Non ho particolari lamentele.
• Dillon (10/5): Exceptional would stay again as was fantastic location - It was in the most perfect location you turned the corner and the colosseum was there, close to shops and within 2 minutes of trains. The host was great and helped with recommendations for us and checked in throughout.
• Rita (10/5): Perfect stay! We recommend it! - Location is great. The room was big and clean, cozy with new furniture. The host is the kindest person. We loved it. All went good, nothing to complain about.
• Adriana (10/5): Exceptional - The host was nice. He provided me with everything we needed. He was available when I needed him too. He made sure we were having a good time during our vacation. We are used to colder air-conditioned. I think this was one thing that could improve.
• Konrad (10/5): Good choice for a good price - The room was very tidy and comfortable. There is a very efficient air conditioner in the room which was a crucial issue for us during a heat weave in the beginning of July. Location is great, close to the metro, train station, bus stop and of course to a couple of tourist attractions in the area. Contact with the host was on a high level. There are some noises from outside like traffics and sirens. It might be problematic when somebody would like to sleep with an open balcony door, but because of the heat wave and air conditioner we kept windows closed during sleep time.

• Oana (10/5): Highly recommend - Everything was excellent. The location is a big plus, great connections with bus, tram and metro. It is at 2 metro stops from Termini so you can easily avoid paying a taxi (around 40 eur with taxi) from/to airport, just take a bus from airport to Termini then the metro. Walking distance to Colosseo and bonus, wonderful view to Basilica St G. Laterano. Good pizza restaurants near and highly recommend Cafè Laterano where a romanian lady served us very good sandwiches. The bus station is in the front of the coffee shop and there is a tabacco store from where you can buy transportation tickets. The room and kitchen were very clean and Giuliano is a great host, very communicative. All perfect.

• Iulia (7/5): Nice location - The host Giuliano was very friendly and ready to answer all our questions. The location is central. The ac was working fine. One of the bed's frames was broken, and the room was clean but looked tired and needed refreshment. The pillows were not comfortable, and the other bed was squeeking. For the price, I expected a bit more

• Per (10/5): For us it was perfect! - Perfect location with a view on San Giovanni di Laterano from the balcony and close to Colosseum and Santa Maria Maggiore. Its lovely to sit in the evening on the balcony and watch the city life. Rooms are comfortable and the community fridge is very helpful! Good bar and restaurants just around the corner. Good communication with Giuliano for check in and check out!
• Aneta (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was excellent. Communication with the host was smooth – they were very helpful, responsive. The location was perfect: close to key attractions, I highly recommend this place.
