Lot of attention to detail has been given while designing the room. I asked for fresh towels , but was given dirty ones. Service is also slow.

I will recommend everyone of my company to stay here. But, food is pathetic... No taste ... I ordered food from IRD... They don't even know what I want to order. Later what I get as food for 257 rs which is q club sandwich.. no one can go wrong in a club sandwich.. I recommend either take training for your kichen staff or replace them .. it's spoiling your hotel reputation when everything is excellent but food is beyond bad

They could have provided an airport pick up by calling since I had shared the arrival time. The airport drop as requested was very good. Daily room cleaning was always late. It should be in the late morning so that the guest after returning from work enters a clean room.

The reception staff are very professional and extremely kind and helpful - they even helped me organise a birdwatching trip to a nearby bird sanctuary. I'd stay there again. My room was facing a busy street so I could hear the noise of the traffic till late at night - take earplugs or ask for a room on the other side. Anyway, it's nothing comparing the comfort of the room.

Uncomfortable bed Had arranged a pick up but hotel - forgot. Great inconvenience as I can’t use my chip in India. The hotel has responded by saying I gave a poor review simply because I had to pay for the breakfast on the first day this is Not so I didn’t mind paying for the first day as I know it wasn’t covered. I would’ve paid Double if the food was nice my critic was on the food test and choices. When you go there you’ll see for yourself. I had already mentioned to them that I do not have an India. . When you go there you’ll see for yourself. I had already mentioned to them that I do not have an India cheap on my telephone so it was vital. that the driver came with the board as I could not communicate with them otherwise. I have an image of this conversation with them on my text. Why does the hotel not to take this criticism positively and try to improve instead of trying to find false with their guests? I was in fact recommended to you by my brother and he was quite disappointed at how the hotel has changed, can you please reply?

We were served Idli sambhar for continous 8 days. More options and variety in food and fruits should be added. Electronic Make my room and Do not disturb signs did not function once the room key card was removed while leaving the room.

Bed very clean and comfotable. Shower well functioning with a good pressure of water and good balance between hot and cold water. The kettle tv and good view...all is there Perfect location for food stalls and commerce. To be perfect an hairdryer for women guests and a box of napkins on the table. More care for cleaness of corridors and stairs

• Bansri (2/5): AVOID! Awful hotel and lying staff - The size of the room was good The service was awful and the hotel management were rude. When we arrived after a long flight, we went to the restaurant for a quick grilled sandwich but over an hour later we were still waiting for it to arrive. We kept being told it would only be 5 mins about 6 times. Eventually it arrived an 1hr and 15 mins later, and i wish we hadnt waited as it was not good. The towels in the room were dirty and stained. The next day when we came back in the late afternoon, there were no towels or bathmats in the bathroom and we had to call 3 times for someone to send them, we were told the housekeeper had already left them in our room even though they hadn't, essentially calling us liars which I thought was very rude. When we spoke to management about these issues they informed us they actually had logistical issues which would've have been fine if they'd just told us instead of lying and in turn calling us liars. We asked for compensation due to the issues and were told no as the housekeeping said the towels were already there, even though they weren't. I've never stayed somewhere where as guests we've been called liars and it's incredibly rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

• Sanjay (8/5): Pleasant Stay at Anaya Beacon Jamnagar July 2024 - Good location. Near to the city centre. Courteous and caring staff. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast spread was also good. They allowed us late check-out until 3pm. Really appreciate the same. Enjoyed our stay here. Perhaps breakfast could have some more options in the bakery section.

The photos on the booking.com are misleading. the place is small entrance with lot of other shops around. crowded area outside the hotel and not so nice with lot of labours etc double room had 1 towel . took 10 mins to get the stuff. the a/c remote had no batteries. so another 12 to 15 mins to get batteries. we checked in at 9.30pm against check in time of 3pm . which was pre informed. the room was not ready !

• Murali (9/5): VERY HAPPY STAY - Well, We liked everything about Anaya Beacon. On booking this highly rated and with the price being quite reasonable for its rave reviews by visitors , we were looking forward to a decent stay. But honestly the stay was very special , pleasing and to our total satisfaction. Our first positive word will go for receptionist Ms.Nagma who was all politeness , fast in checking us in and upgrading us to a bigger spacious room. Cleanliness , ambience , service everything was perfect for our liking. The room very spacious we have to repeat again, with all amenities and facilities top notch. Food service from kitchen was excellent and very tasty and price too very reasonable and they also made a discount to us. When we felt that the lemon coriander soup had gone a bit cold, they promptly replaced with a fresher hotter bowl. These things are immense in todays time where hotels on being successful and prosperous forget the basics of servicing customers and attending to their genuine issues. Sleep quality was very good and so was the bathroom with all accessories and toiletries well in place. The room was bright and clean and with a small street view as well. Complimentary breakfast was very filling and had a good range of fruits , nuts , juices , beverages and quite a few cooked items as well. At the time of checkout we had ordered for a club sandwich for our train trip to dwarka and they had the food very well packed with tissues, , ketchup sachet and the sandwich was yummy will lots of stuffing's. Over all a very happy and comfortable stay and experience and we will honestly recommend all visitors to consider Anaya Beacon , Jamnagar and this at a pretty reasonable price, I must say. We booked property through booking.com for a known family whom we did not want to pay for stay. Though credit card details are taken, they did not charge from card and made guest to pay

For example, 3 members of our family were fasting and even though we were late in notifying them, they still made french fries (without salt) for them.
