• Rózsa (9/5): Ár-érték arányban kiváló. Ajánlom. - Tiszta, modern. Kiváló elhelyezkedésű. A parkolás jól megoldott a mélygarázsban. Wellness részleg és fittnes terem ingyen használható. A deluxe apartmant vettük ki 4 felnőtt részére, de szerintem 3 fő részére alkalmas. A nappaliban a sarokülő csak 1 személy részére kényelmes. Egy kávéfőző hiányzott.
• Adrienn (5/5): - Very well located at the heart of Budapest, within easy reach to all sightseeing attractions, bars, restaurants. Great to have wellness and sport facilities in the building and price included in the fee. Prior online check-in is also a great feature. We had issues with the timing of the key takeover, a prepayment and keybox could easily solve this issue, especially that prior onlinecheckin was possible. The apartment had a bad smell from the canal or kitchen sink, and the fridge was hardly working and was super noisy that made it impossible to sleep, so we had to switch it off during the night. It may need inspection in room 204.

• Andrea (8/5): central accommodation with wellness included - Well-furnished apartment, fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with tub and shower; gym, pool, and sauna included; Andrassy Street just steps away, Santo Stefano a 10-minute walk away. The heating is not adjustable, either turned on full blast and extremely hot or turned off and very cold. There's no coffee maker in the kitchen; no dishwasher detergent; the sofa bed is very firm; the bedroom mattress is sagging and uncomfortable.

• Martina (9/5): - Apartmán bol super, výborná lokalita, všetko v blízkosti na pešo. Vybavenie pre tri osoby, úplne postačujúce. Sklamal nás wellnes, fungovala len jedna sauna, whirpool plný, malý počet lehadiel na odpočinok. Mali sme väčšie očakávania podľa popisu.

• Mesiarik (8/5): Ubytovanie hodnotím taktiež dobre, izby boli pekné a čisté v modernom štýle. - Slečna, ktorá nám sprístupnila ubytovanie a odovzdala parkoviaciu kartu bola veľmi milá a ochotná, hodnotím veľmi pozitívne. Vysvetlila všetko potrebné ohľadom ubytovania a akýchkoľvek informácií o ktoré sme sa zaujímali. Nepáčilo sa mi to, že už vopred sme nemohli mať prístup pre parkovanie, pretože ulica je jednosmerná, nebolo kde zaparkovať pri čakaní, kým sme dostali parkovaciu kartu. Neviem si predstaviť, ako by som sa k tej parkovacej karte dostal ak by som sem pricestoval sám, je tam dosť problematické odstaviť niekde auto a čakať na niekoho, nakoniec som musel ulicu opustiť a opäť sa tam vrátiť. Takže toto bolo za mňa úplne zle. Očakával by som mať prístupový kód do garáže vopred ak si raz spravím rezerváciu aj na parkovanie.

• Monika (9/5): - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Można zwiedzać i na piechotę i podjeżdżając dowolnym środkiem komunikacji - metro, autobus czy tramwaj. W mieszkaniu było czysto i komfortowo. Wyposażone w potrzebne kuchenne przybory i sprzęty. Polecam na przyjemny pobyt w Budapeszcie. Basen zdecydowanie do remontu i gruntownego czyszczenia - stare kafle, zagrzybione prysznice. Nie zachęca do korzystania.

Parkování v podzemní garáži v centru města super, wellness odpoledne super, večer plno, ale to se dá předpokládat. Nebylo nic, co by se nám nelíbilo

• Patrycja (8/5): Wróciłabym do tego miejsca! - Super lokalizacja wszystko pod nosem! Cały obiekt nowy, bez strachu wychodzenia na klatkę, bardzo ładny. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo łatwy, dodatkowe pytanie o sprzątanie czy ręczniki - na plus! Łazienka już niestety wymaga remontu, wanna dość zniszczona - zasłonka niestety niehigieniczna i dodatkowo zasłania całe światło. Reszta bez zarzutu!

• Libor (10/5): Velká spokojenost. - Ubytování bylo velmi hezké, parádní lokalita blízko centra. Bazén a wellnes je hned v budově, stačilo přejet do jiného patra. Bazén klasika, sauny 2x, většinou byly plné. Bylo to zdarma, tak člověk moc neřešil, mohl jít kdykoliv. Parkování přes víkend je zdarma ve okolních ulicích. Komunikace s dodáním klíčů, trošku jsme čekali, ale vše nakonec dopadlo dobře. Jinak žádné zápory nejsou.

• Maria (1/5): - Ingenting Sängarna var hårda som sten. Det gick inte att sova på dem. Vi fick så ont i våra ryggar att vi övervägde att byta hotell mitt i natten. Vi var tvungna att avbryta vår vistelse och flytta till annat hotell morgonen efter. Dessutom luktade det unket i hela lägenheten när vi kom in. Jag påpekade det till ägaren som var på plats men hon sa att det var rengöringsmedel. Det stämmer inte det luktade mögel eller avlopp och lukten försvann inte. Att vädra hjälpte inte heller. Badkaret såg smutsig ut och var så gammal det var motbjudande de att bada eller duscha. Vi hörde av oss till hotellet efter första natten och de lovade att återkomma med har inte gjort det och slutat svara.

• pippa (10/5): Would definitely recommend and book again when I visit Budapest - Perfect location. Spotlessly clean. Use of spa facilities. Very comfortable and spacious. TV, WiFi, kitchen and big bathroom. No reception worker available inside the hotel so had to ring up for check in (we were not told this in advance) but it was still easy and a friendly man arrived within minutes

• Stephan (6/5): Good Appartement, be aware that there is no possibility to store luggage after check out - ​The apartment itself was excellent: very spacious, modern, and extremely well-equipped. It truly felt like a comfortable home base for exploring the city. The location is also perfect, putting everything within easy walking distance. The biggest issue arose on our departure day. Upon check-in (when we received the key card), we were told to vacate the room by 10 AM on the last day, but were explicitly assured we could leave our luggage at the luggage room belonging to the hotel located in the same building until our evening bus departure—"no problem" was the exact phrase. ​However, when we arrived at the hotel's reception desk on the day of departure, the staff denied any knowledge of this arrangement and refused to store our luggage until the evening. We were left standing outside with all our bags and a small child, forced to drag our luggage everywhere with us until our bus left later that day.

• Nemanja (8/5): Positive experience, but nothing spectacular - Very clean, location is great. Parking is very near. Parking spots are not numerated, so even when you reserve a parking spot, there are a lot of private parking spots in garage, so you will need to search for available parking spot.. When you leave garage and return back parking spot that you we using migth be occupied so you will need to search for a free spot again.. Pool, gym and jacuzzi can be used by everyone, not just guest, so basically anyone can use those facilities and its basically full of people every day.

• Ole Jonny (9/5): Central Budapest - Nice place to stay in central Budapest. Clean and modern. Spa was never crowdy, very nice after a hot walking day.
• Debdyuti (9/5): Affordable stay at a great location - The location of the hotel was great, short bus ride to the Chain Link Bridge and Parliament. We had a 3 bed room with a double bed and a single bed. We found the beds comfortable and considering it was like a studio apartment, it had a small fridge, microwave and some basic cutlery and dishes. This helped us to prepare our breakfast in the room itself. Overall the room was clean and easily accessible. We didn’t access the spa so can’t comment. Though it wasn’t an inconvenience, the rooms are separate from the main spa facility. The property owner was really helpful and you would need to coordinate directly with them as the reception themselves wouldn’t offer support for the stay. However, you can still store your luggage at the reception if you have some time left on your last day.

• Lynn (8/5): - Central Location, very clean, spacious and airy. Access to the gym and pool was great. Would recommend Host that met us was rushing to another visitor, rushed us into the apartment, had no real time for questions. First time being in serviced apartments and in Budapest so would have been nice to have a minute to ask general questions. Also, let the hosts know there was water coming from the upstairs apartment through the ceiling in the bathroom everytime the upstairs shower/bath was used. It didnt disrupt our stay but it would have been nice if they were more reactive. They did eventually send someone.
